Overall, great customer service here. Come here regularly for either work or personal. That said, I would call it about 80% of the time I've have a good experience. I certainly appreciate all of the good advice I've received here. Would give 5 stars but tend to be a lack of transparency, told the wait would be under 1.5 hours, waited over 3 and did not hear anything until work was done. Despite this, the work was all done well and will certainly continue to use and recommend.

I ve been going with them for years, my only place for great service and professionalism they are. Always friendly and fast service.One time they lost my wheel cap but a call to them and they solved it easy and quick in friendly manner. They ordered it without a charge and called when part came in.My only place for tires needed.

I needed tire inflation and the tire pressure indicator light reset on my Honda CR-V. The Technician discovered a hole in my drivers front tire with low psi. He repaired my tire. And they did this all for free. I have been a loyal customer at Discount Tire for many years. I recommend them to anyone needing tire service. You can t go wrong with Discount Tire.

Mitch helped inform me on tires and he treated me so good. I've got a van that needed tires and mitch is the guy. Would recommend people to come to this location. The people here are great. Very professional and exactly who you'd want to talk to.

Second visit: Updating to share I brought another vehicle in for tire rotation and Logan shared that the tires were pretty worn down and we should think about replacing. He helped us get a refund from our last tire manufacturer because the tires wore out way before warranty guarantee and that saved us $200! Really appreciate Logan s work today!First visit: Made an appointment online for the next day to get a leaking tire checked. Adam explained the process and was a rock star to work with. Repaired the tire for free. Mitch the manager also took time to teach my son how to look for new rims online and gave him a lot of tips. Really great experience and appreciated the individualized attention.

I have taken all my vehicles to MG discount tire. They are always professional, efficient and when you have an issue from balancing to premature wear Mitch and crew always have a solution. In todays world where customer service lacks or buyer beware, MG Discount tire is exceptional

This is my second time coming to Discount Tire Maple Grove, MN. They are always extremely friendly and helpful. They make it painless to get you the best options and get back on the road. There has never been pressure or upscale pressure just the facts. As a single Mom in a large city, it can be hard to find honest places to help with vehicle issues. It is truly a blessing to find people and places like Discount Tire Maple Grove where they only try to help and not line their pockets. All of them are awesome, but special thanks to Logan for laughing with me when I felt like crying. Appreciate you!

I ve purchased many tires from Discount Tire in Maple Grove and every single experience has been excellent. Today I went in for a slow leak on a tire that the was on my car when I bought it. In and out in 15 minutes with a fixed leak, and no charge this time. They know how to earn a repeat customers loyalty. Go here!

I had the best experience here today! I came out of a store (9 months pregnant) to find my tire completely flat. AAA put my spare on and I headed over to Discount Tire across the parking lot to get a new one put on. Jeff M. looked at my old tire, found a puncture, and told me he wasn t going to try to sell me a tire if I didn t need one. Within a few minutes they checked my old tire over, found a screw, patched it up, and had me on my way free of charge. I will definitely be back next time I need tires.

Fantastic customer service (Jeff and Jason I think?). Fast, easy, and convenient. I ve gotten a total of 6 tires and have been a customer since 2021. Things happen with tires, that s life, but they will back their products 100% and always make sure the customer leaves happy.

I purchased a set of new tires from the website and scheduled an appointment to have them installed the next day. They provided fast and friendly service, and proactively asked me if I had any questions. The process couldn't have gone any smoother.

I can't say enough about the customer service and integrity of the store manager and his staff. I recently discovered that my transfer case needed replacement, to the tune of over $5,800. The repair shop indicated that three tires were the same size and one was different. I talked with the store manager because Discount Tire had put on all my tires. He looked at my record and noticed that they had made a mistake and said they would pay for the repairs. He didn't stop there, he also said that once the repairs were done he would put on a brand new set of tires at no charge to me. That's almost $7,000 in repairs and tires that Discount Tire took care of. I was already impressed with their customer service prior to this incident and will remain a loyal customer going forward.

Jeff is the best! He helped me get new tires at the best price available. He seemed to genuinely care about getting me the best tire for my vehicle for the best deal possible and wasn't trying to oversell me to make a profit. I very much appreciated his great customer service and for just being a nice human!! You rock!

I can't say enough great things about discount tires. The staff is super, super quick, and nice. I got 2 new tires, and they were balanced. I got there at 8 am and was out by 8:20 am. They even bring you your car upfront at the door. I had the best experience I've ever had. Thanks, everyone, for all your hard work and amazing attitude here.

Great customer service! I had air leak on my Tesla rear tire. Executive looked at the tire, found the nail and patched it for FREE in less than an hour. It was amazing experience and executive took the details and mentioned that if they cannot fix the tire, we have to get a new one. But, never tried to sell it. This is the reason it is great and people will come again and again for tire needs and help.Thank you Maple Grove team!

Went to Discount Tire today for my car. Set up a "start time" which was very convenient. Andrew the Assistant Manager was above and beyond helpful. Was very attentive to the needs of every customer. Showed me many options of tires for my truck also. They supplied face masks and hand sanitizer at the door and throughout the store. We were in and out in 30 min. Keep up the great work everyone!

The management and whole team are awesome! After finding a flat tire one morning, they were so accommodating to fit me in their schedule to help me get back on the road. I can t say enough good things about their customer service and speed. You are all amazing!!

Love these guys. Was stuck at home with a flat tire. They had the tire I needed. Husband dropped off bad one and called me maybe an hour later informing me it was ready. Went there on my spare tire which was on its last leg and they guy at the desk (can't remember name) saw me with both of my kids. He brought the tire out to my car as my 5 year old helped him roll it and placed in my trunk. And I was asking about any deals if you buy so many tires. Answered my questions and took a look at my tires and informed me only 1 other tire needed to be replaced and that saves me some money. Very happy with this service. My very first brand new tire! They have great prices!

The staff here is out of this world!! I was needing a tire replaced same day and they went out of their way to get the tire there. Unfortunately, I was unable to get my vehicle there to use the actual services but I am confident that there would have been no issues. I had to leave a review simply because the service was something you don t find much of anymore - it was actual customer service. I will use these guys going forward for any tire issues.
