Where do I even begin with tire salesman Andy? This young buck, exceptionally handsome, was very professional and thorough with his job. I came in for a tire condition inspection. I mentioned that I was in a hurry, to which Andy told me I would "be taken care of." Within five minutes Andy pulled me aside and mentioned I would need four new tires and an alignment as his technicians had found Cambridge alignment wear. He mentioned that my my slug nuts looked good and all he needed was to order the tires. THOROUGHLY impressed with this HANDSOME young man!

I was thoroughly impressed with the professionalism at this tire center. Especially the young "man" Andy.When he shook my hand, it was comforting, like a hug from my father. My father was a good man, strong like an ox, with a kind word for everybody. I was loved and accepted. I will miss my father.When Andy told me that my tires were deflated, probably because I "drove over some stained glass", as he put it, I looked into his eyes, the same stormy eyes I looked into when I made eye contact with my father. My father had kind eyes, the kind you look into and know you're loved, unconditionally. How I miss my father.At the end, when Andy rung me up and told me my total was $1,669.76, I felt loved. He might not have said it, but I knew that deep down we had the kind of connection that you can only get from blood. My father never told me he loved me, but I knew he loved me. It's one of those things you just know, ya know?

We like Costco for most things, including the tire service. I see lots of poor reviews, and I'm sure there's valid issues. We've had to wait and be patient and check in again, but the prices are great and the work is guaranteed. We've had a tire repair or two - the nails and screws must be attracted to new tires - and they couldn't get us in before close the one day, but I was able to get in the next morning.

The guys that work here are incredibly kind and knowledgeable. We were struggling to fill up our tires and one of the guys from the shop took time out of his day to help us fill up our tires and make sure our car hit the road with the right pressure for the weather conditions. Learned something new and will definitely return when we need new tires!

Andy, the short tire salesman, is impressing everyone with his calm demeanor as he prepares for his upcoming trip to Vermont. Despite the stress of travel planning, Andy handles it well, showcasing his efficient and organized nature. He mentioned the importance of following original tire speculation size unless you get after-market rims like Veelocks Wheels. His ability to stay composed under pressure deserves not just an applause but a standing ovation for such a celebrated individual. His tyre knowledge is off the charts. Maple Grove Costco members will surely miss him while he is out in Vermont advancing his promising career!

I brought a tire in for repair and they were able complete the repair under the tire warranty the same day. The technician was courteous and the customer service was great. I bought these tires there and will be back there when I need tires again.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The absolute worst customer service in the tire industry. I was told at my appointment time that the tires would take 1-1.5 hours. Obviously, delays can happen, but after 3 hours, I went to check on the status and was told my work order had been misplaced. They stated they would start the tires as soon as possible with another estimate of 1-1.5 hours..... go anywhere but Costco for your tires.

Wasted My Family s Time & Weekend Away ! We Are Not Happy At All ! I Recommend People Who Want to Get There Tires Done On Time & Efficiently I Suggest You Don t Come Here ! I Been Having Issues With My Right Rear Tire For About 3-4 Weeks Now Thinking I Can Get It Done At This CostCo , I Ended Up Wasting 2 Of My Weekends ! We Talked To A Asian Female With Tattoos To Book Our Appointment & Get New Tires ! She Promised In A Week We Would Get Them , So We Come Back The Weekend After Finding Out They Didn t Come In & In Her Word She was Hoping I Am So Confused By That , why couldn t she update us ???? So We Were patient once again now she made it up by making a our appointment for the next weekend so we are back today super unhappy with here service & finding out today that they still don t have my tires , this is Unbelievable no update no nothing wasting our time once again ! Terrible & Very Unprofessional . Finding out my tires are on back order in there words & still no apology no nothing ! Not Very Sincere At All , We Will Never Come Back & Make Sure No one else does too Good luck to Everyone out there ! You Have Been Warned ! I work in the car industry business too so I know how good customer service is no matter what color or race you are ! You treat every one with respect & like family !

Yeah, i got here at 1:30pm for my appointment. Then left to dave and busters for some food. Got a call at 3:30pm and it sounded like they were just starting the job since they had questions about my luggage nuts.So if theyre just now starting and wait times average 1.5 hours. I will total have waited 4 hours on site for new tires.

Salesman Andy was very kind and professional. He even went as far to mention that his staff would "keep it professional" as my car was being worked on. His customer service is off the charts! He took me through all the steps of the tire installation process and reminded me to have my luggage nuts torque checked after 25 miles. I could write a whole book on this fine young gentleman Andy.

They Told my wife that her tire was repairable. She drove on the tire under inflated and severely damaged the sidewall. So I aired it for and told her it needed replacement. This tire was so grounded down on the side you can't even see who the manufacturer and size. Charged her for a tire repair and said it was fine. Total disregard for safety or what the customer wants.

Bad customer service. Don t waste your time going getting your tires here because even if you have appointments, you ll have to wait 1-2 hours. The manager there should be fire and the whole team needs to be retrained. How are you going to take my wheels and tires for 2 hours and called me saying you can t work on them because you don t owe any of the parts? What a joke and what a waste of time. I purchased tires from Costco before and this is how they treat their customers because they re understaffed or untrained technicians.Will not buy tires or wheels from this place again.

Wasted 3 hrs of my day to fix a mistake they made 2 days ago. Calling into this place is also a hassle as it takes at least 10 redials (happened 3 times) to get someone to answer. My time is worth more than I saved coming here. I will not be buying tires from Costco again.

I've been coming to Costco for years. I have purchased several sets of tires from them and they are always very busy which is why I generally make an appointment. I recently had a poor experience with tire installation and the manager Kyle took responsibility and made things right.3/4/18Follow up today with my first rotation/repair after purchasing the tires about 7500 miles ago. They told me 1-1.5 hours... it took 2.5 hours. At some point your time is worth more than saving a few dollars. Costco has been such a pleasant experience I am not sure why the tire shop has such a hard time.4/20/22I gave this tire shop a few years break but with being a member and having the credit card I was lured back. 10 am appt today and it took 2 hours to rotate and balance my tires. I worked in a shop many years ago and my boss always gave me 20 minutes for this job. I m not sure what they are doing with that much time or why they even take appointments. Horrible customer service, they don t value your time. Save yourself the trouble and buy from anywhere but Costco. I hope to never be back.

I've only had good experiences here. I schedule all my appointments online. When I go in, they have my paperwork ready. I have been here for new tire installations and tire rotations. The new tire installation took half a day. I live close enough to walk home, so no big deal. The tire rotations only take like an hour (I was 30 min late to an appointment once and they still finished it in an hour).I had an issue with one of my tires immediately after a rotation. I came back for a re-torque of the lugs and pointed out my TPMS light. Carter was the one to help me and did an absolutely fantastic job. He checked all my tire pressures, explained how one might have leaked and also how scheduling was booked out for three weeks but that I could do a "drop" and leave my car at Costco all day if I needed it done soon. All of that with genuine empathy and a smile. Give him a raise. Make him a role model. That is customer service done right.Sure, some of the members could be nicer, but eh, they got the job done. I'm happy.

I called a day ahead for an appointment for low tire pressure, just needed my tire looked at for a slow leak. No problem booked me for the following day because they said they were very behind that day. Came in at 4 for my scheduled appointment, was told it would take 90 minutes (for a tire pressure check!).It did take 90 minutes, I asked what tire it was and the girl working didn t even know, said it was on the paleo towel. I then hopped in my car and the same pressure light was still on. Was told to pull right up, they d reset the sensor. Pulled up; didn t get helped for another 10 minutes and the young man helping me didn t really seem like he knew what I was talking about. Seems like it s very poorly ran here. And I can see why they re running behind all the time if they re having to correct what they didn t fix right away in between appointments. 2 hours later I m finally on my way and hope the light doesn t come on again! Would not go back here burned up my afternoon for a simple fix!

I m not one to typically write reviews. But wow, I ve had a terrible experience with this place. I was the first appointment of the day. I was here before 9am. I didn t even get my car back until 10:45. Unbelievable. You know what s even worse? Not even 5 minutes into my drive I got a flat tire. Those tires were brand new. Should ve never happened. Looks extremely unprofessional on your part. I d also like to address your front desk lady. Glasses, long black hair w bangs. She needs to be retrained. Is extremely rude with how she handles the guests and chose to ignore a male that was waiting at the counter. I watched her ignore him for 20-25 minutes. She wasn t busy. She was twiddling her thumbs. There was no line. Extremely disrespectful and will not be coming back

So many issues with the garbage Customer service the tire center provides. Can't honor appointments for new tires because of staffing issue. Can't repair a leak on another car that should be warranty because of staffing issues, and finally can't get anyone to answer the phone there which is a basic part of doing business. I give up and am done with my Costco membership.

Jan 2021. Great service. New tire installation appointment was scheduled for 2:30, they estimated 1hr30min my vehicle was ready an an 1hr15 mins. No issues with installation or damage to my rims.Not sure why the other reviews here are so bad. I was a little hesitant to switch from Discount Tire to Costco but the member discount on the Mich Defenders for my CUV were too good to pass up.Schedule an appointment vs doing a walk up.They also promptly called when my tire order was in and fit me in earlier than my original scheduled appt.

I have been a Costco member since 2009. I bought a truck 3 months ago and previous owner bought tiresless than a year ago from this location. A large staple went into the sidewall, so it can't be fixed, I need a new tire. Warranty is only good for the original owner, which does not bother me.WHAT BOTHERS ME?I called to see if they had that tire in stock and they did. I was asked when I'd be coming to the store and I said in 15 minutes, he said okay. I got to the store at 4:00. I pay for the fire and all the other add ons, that are normal. I asked how long and I was told 2 1/2 to 3 hours. I am good with that. 7:10 and my truck had not moved. I talked to employee and long story short, he said I would be better off coming back tomorrow. I went and asked for store manager, who went back to service department and came back saying it would be in the shop soon. No apology. The fact they thought it was okay to tell me to come back tomorrow after waiting for over 3 hours, tells me they could care less about their customers time or safety. They wanted me to drive my truck with a bad tire. Just my opinion, but I would stay away from the tire department. Not worth the savings. End rant. Peace

CRAPPY EXPERIENCE!!! After making a reservation for a tire rotation two weeks out on a weekday at a time that would not be busy I was pleasantly surprised to walk up to the counter for my appt which was correctly noted in the computer. They took my car and told me it would not take long. An hour later I inquired if they were close to done only to be told they had written my appointment down for a later time and hadn't started. It took another hour to get my car. When I suggested they return my car with clean wheels, something they didn't do when they put the tires on, the kid told me you can wipe them down with water. He looked at me like I was crazy when I told him that was his job. Folks, the irritation was not worth the cost saving. I have been a member forever, but I will pay more elsewhere for my next tires to avoid an experience like this again/having to return for more "free' service. My lost time had a value and this was certainly not "free."

What a pathetic service from Costco Maple Grove. Forget about talking anyone on phone about the status of your ordered tires or anything else. They don't bother to contact you once the tires arrive in the store. Costco really needs to hire more resources for handling phone calls. I won't buy tires from Costco next time. Avoid using this facility if you can for better peace of mind.

I purchased a set of Michelin tires in 2015. It is now November 2017. I have a slow leak in a tire. I called Costco, I wanted to know the best time when I could come in and wait (maybe an hour?) for them to repair the tire. They told me the first appointment was December 7 - that's two weeks away!! When pressed, I was told: "Well bring it in first thing, and we will get it done by the end of the day". I said 5:00? No, he said 8:30.They do not service what they sell.

It takes about three weeks from ordering the tires online to having them install in the vehicle. Then, Costco broke all of the hubcaps on my vehicle and left them in the front seat. I called them the next day to see what happened, and they couldn't explain why they broke all of my hubcaps and placed them on the front seat, except to say I should come in and have it checked out again. I saved $100 on tires, but it wasn't worth it.

Came in ready to spend $700 on tires. Unprofessional and very uninformed service made me change my mind.These guys/gals don t seem know a whole lot about the products they re selling.Their recommendations sadly carry little weight because of this.They also didn t seem terribly concerned about the quality of their customer service.I don t recommend giving this particular tire center location your business.

Great prices and good people. Just expect to stand in line for literally hours to get through the whole process. Unfortunately my time was not worth the prices and as a result I wouldn't do tires through Costco again.
