I initially brought my Jeep Wrangler Rubicon in for new brakes front and rear after being told by another shop that I was due for new brakes. I came here for a second opinion as I was familiar with Christian Brothers Automotive in Illinois. The team here did not disappoint. They did a very thorough inspection of my Jeep and sent me a complete diagnostic to include multiple pictures of everything they inspected. After a few techs looked over my vehicle they concluded that my brakes were completely fine with plenty of life in them. They recommended some preventative maintenance (Complete fluid exchange for my front and rear diffs, transmission fluid exchange and a few other things). Their service was top knotch and the complimentary shuttle is also very convenient. They are honest, kind and happy to recognize those of us who are military/first responders with an added discount. I will not be taking my vehicles anywhere else but here. You all are awesome! Keep up the honesty and outstanding service. Thanks again for all your help! - Gerald :)

Working with Christian Brothers was a smooth and easy process. They are very determined to give their customers the best experience possible at an affordable price. After servicing your vehicle, they give you a detailed invoice and rundown of what needs to worked on- on your vehicle. Christian Brothers has very skilled mechanics on staff and will take good care of you. They also practice honesty and transparency. Will highly recommend

First time customer. I leveraged the Costco discount that is available. Ability to make apppontments was super handy. I made an initial appointment which i needed to cancel. Canceling was very easy and did not require a phone call or anything. Super easy!My appointment was for a drop off. I was immediately greeted and quickly checked in. Very smooth.When my truck was ready for pick up i received a call. When picking the truck up, i was quickly checked out and on my way. Again, very efficient.Receipt was immediately emailed to me.Overall, a great experience.

I bring my car in for routine oil changes and tire rotations because I know I can trust the quality of service at Christian Brothers. They found a great deal on my current tires, and they ve been the best ones I ve ever had on my 04 car. This last service also included brake work, which was an added expense to my car s maintenance, but Christian Brothers was wonderful to work with and gave me an honest opinion of what needed to be done and what could wait until later. I d recommend them to anyone!

Over the last decade, I have been to many to many repair shops in Maple Grove and the surrounding area looking for a great place like this. When you first walk in the store it is clean and professional. The whole vibe is customer service from the politeness of conversation to the hand shake. They have a high level of technology to review the issues with my vehicle. Photos of every item and great detail of every issue. The Tech had a conversation with me and reviewed all my options and identified the most urgent issues. Didn't try to sell me on doing everything on the list. I have already directed all my family to use them for car repair. Wish I could find similar service with other industries. Big recommendation!

Always very nice, and super informative. They keep you in the loop about all the things you need to know via text, which is fantastic. I ve had to bring my vehicle in as an emergent situation, and they will get working on it very quickly. I have never needed to wait for multiple days or weeks, before my vehicle is ready for me to take home.

Very professional and honest staff. Went above and beyond what was expected. Was impressed as to the great detail in inspecting my vehicle and pointing out other issues that should be addressed. I appreciated the pictures of those areas and the recommendations for those repairs. With that, a follow up from a service advisor to explain it and answer any questions. They got my vehicle done in a day which very rarely happens at any other garage or dealership. Will recommend Christian Brothers in the future to family, friends, and anyone else looking for a honest service garage.

My vehicle needed a new starter and after calling 3 different places, Christian Brothers Automotive pricing was the least expensive and they were able to get me in right away. The vehicle was towed to them and the shuttle picked me up when the car was ready. Very courteous & respectful business. The diagnostics report with photos showed some expensive suspension issues but they negotiated the repairs for less than the quote so I really appreciated that! The shuttle was a great service and it was nice to get the car done same day

Very good shop. They were very knowledgeable and professional. I called on a Monday, they had parts in on Wednesday, brought vehicle in on Thursday and it was done the same day. I will recommend to anyone that asks. Great job guys.

I ve been going to CB a little over 2 years now, these guys are awesome! When it comes to availability, customer service, servicing your vehicle these guys have that down packed! I m never left in the dark and I m never overpriced just because I m a lady. I ll forever bring my cars here love the work these guys do ALWAYS!

I called ahead of time and explained I have ignition interlock. He said bring my car in I'm sure we can fix the problem. When I got there he said because of covid we don't work on cars with ignition interlock. Although he did apologize; I wouldn't recommend this business to anyone. It's discriminatory and I was mislead also.

One of the best experiences I ve had at an auto repair shop, and I ve worked at dealerships that don t have even half the respect or customer service that I received here.I noticed something was going on with my brakes and leaving for a cross-country road trip in less than a week. I was calling repair shops all over the twin cities and not a single shop had an opening same day. I thankfully found Christian Brothers and called and was immediately told come on in! . They did a diagnostic and found that I unfortunately needed complete brake jobs on all 4 brakes.As a woman who has had her fair share of car repairs, even at dealerships, I have been talked to as if I know nothing about cars and have never seen a car in my life. Not once was that the case here. Every person I spoke to was extremely respectful and the customer service was absolutely phenomenal.When I was picking up my vehicle, they remembered that I mentioned going on a road trip and even wished us a safe trip. I am so beyond thankful I found Christian Brothers and that they helped get my car fixed as quickly as possible with such a quality job. I can honestly say I don t think I ll ever go anywhere else for any future repairs.

Christian brothers is the best! They always are always accommodating, honest and kind! Best customer service I have had! They also provide shuttle service to and from my home, even if I have my kiddos they find a way to make it work! They also provide a very thorough, with videos and pictures. My boyfriend and I have been having our vehicles taken care of here for 3+ years! Thank you for all you guys do! I had my car repaired here and it was an amazing experience. Super helpful and knowledgeable staff, all of my questions were answered, and I was communicated with thru the whole process! Andrew explained all issues with the car, prioritized what was most important to fix and went the extra mile getting my battery replaced under warranty. Mike was very helpful and speedy giving me an estimate on upcoming work on our other car. I completely trust them and would recommend them to anyone who needs work done on their car! The service and staff at Christian Brothers has been a breath of fresh air from an auto shop perspective. My wife and I have nothing but great things to say about all the staff there, but specifically working with Pete has been a great experience. Pete has spent a ton of time on our warranty issue and helping us navigate the claim process with the warranty company all the while being very accommodating and transparent. That said, everyone we have engaged with has been nothing but kind and respectful and very transparent. Thank you for all you do and we will be continuing our business with you for a long time!

We continue to love Christian Brothers Automotive to maintain both of our vehicles. It's great that they perform a complimentary inspection during each job, and keep us informed about upcoming maintenance suggestions. Then when there are jobs to be done, they assist in prioritizing which jobs are most needed for safety and which can wait. Their garage has specialists in the different systems of automobile technology, and every need can be met by this garage. I highly recommend them!

I would recommend this place over and over again! Complete honesty and trust which I appreciate 100%. Especially being a woman and dealing with automotive places in the past that try and get as much money as they can from you. Not with this place gave me all the information and told me just trying to tell it to you like it was my mom or sister. I loved the service I received plus the website to check every services that I wanted to get today or not. Definitely going to be a customer for life! I have already raved about the service I received to several people! Fantastic customer service by everyone I encounterd there. I have never gotten such a thorough explanation of what was wrong with my vehicle anywhere else. Sending me pictures and video of the problems my vehicle was having was such a great help for a visual person like me. Everyone I encountered was friendly and courteous. And when I decided that my vehicle was not worth fixing, they basically took care of my need to get the vehicle towed somewhere else due to their non-profit organization. It warmed my heart knowing that they would fix the vehicle and get it to someone else in need. I have already told many of my friends and family about how wonderful they are and I will be using them for all of my vehicle needs in the future. They were all extremely professional and kind in every way.

I needed to do the front breaks in my X3. I scheduled an appointment for a Tuesday, left my car in their parking the night before. On Tuesday at 10:00 am it was already done. Good price and job quality.

I brought my car here after bringing it to another place to get serviced and the problem wasn't fixed. They immediately found all the problems contacted my warranty company it was seamless. It was the best experience that I ever had and they were so nice so so nice the courtesy shuttle drop me off and pick me back up to get my car best experience ever, I would totally recommend them for all your service needs and I got my car back very fast

Well, I made a review about 6 weeks ago about my experience with my Range Rover. I was not happy with my experience but I must admit, Christian Brothers went above and beyond to change the outcome that I ve deleted the review. I m pleased to report that not only will I continue the use of their services, I m gladly recommending them to everyone I know.Rarely do you have an organization work with an unhappy customer the way Christian Brothers did with me. During this process, the staff remained pleasant and professional in all interactions. I m grateful that they were able to repair my vehicle at no additional cost and its driving perfectly.Sometimes things don t always go right the first time but it takes integrity, honesty, reliability and professionalism to turn things around and that is what this team has.
