So happy with Caliber in Maple Grove, MN! My vehicle was Bradley damaged with hail. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Kept me well informed on the repair process. Flexible and accommodating when I asked to pick up my vehicle two days early. Repair job was excellent; better than brand new! I felt like a valued customer. Great service and communication throughout the entire repair process. They were upfront with the initial estimate and how long it could take to repair my vehicle, which I appreciated. The repair process went very smoothly, with daily updates to let me know how things were progressing. The end results looked great and it was done ahead of schedule! They even cleaned up the interior of my vehicle too.

Customer Service was pleasant and friendly.Reason for two stars, the service repair was a bad experience. Had to bring my vehicle in twice for repair.Long story shortSomeone backed up to my vehicle and their insurance directed me to Caliber Collision. Damage was on the driver side door.First repairThey attempted to repair the door instead of replacing it. Took about a week and got the car back and noticed my door looked a little faded, but as I got closer, it had very tiny scratches all over, probably from wet sanding. One of the plastic molding was peeling off from the door, and the side mirror was crooked due to some areas of the door was still dented in. Waited another two weeks and brought my car back in for repair.Second RepairThey decided to replace the door completely. Took about a week to get my car back. Went in to pick up my car. Paint job and door looks good. But my window wind deflector was missing, but luckily they found it. Noticed huge gouges/scratches on my window tint!! When i tried to start my car, it didn't start because the battery was drained. They had left my headlights on..... . Did a jump start and car finally started.Spoke to one of the Managers and now they will have a third party call me to setup an appointment to replace my window tint. So now it's another waiting game.... All of this was time consuming and frustrating. Dealing with rental, having to pay up front fees out of pocket. I think that the person at fault should be paying these deposit fees, but that's another story for Enterprise and Nationwide.To conclude all of this, customer service was great. Service repair was poor.

Great service and great work. I was not happy to have to have collision damage repaired, but they made the process as good add out could be. Very communicative and lots of attention to detail. Very satisfied with the process and the quality of work.

All of the staff were so friendly and explained everything i needed to know in great detail. They were able to tow my car to a different location and I was able to get my car back in one week! I was frequently updated throughout the wholeprocess as well. My car came back cleaner than I left it! Overall extremely satisfied and would 10/10 recommend to someone else!

The repair was great, customer service was good but some of the update communication could have been better on the final day....BUT...my tire inflator was stolen.

I was extremely satisfied with my service at Caliber Collison. They were able to get me an appointment fast and they got my car done in a timely manner, and even earlier than the estimated date. They also kept me updated every step of the way. Yuepheng was very helpful and communicative throughout the whole process. They also washed my car and gave it a light detail, 10/10 experience!

Caliber Collision in Maple Grove is top notch! Caliber got me in quickly and repaired my Explorer to good as new. They kept me updated throughout the process. Staff was very friendly. I highly recommend.

We got a very good and professional experience working with Caliber. Our vehicle needed immediate attention after it was hit by a deer. The team at Caliber gave a very professional advise and solution to take care of the car. Nicole who worked on our case, remained very professional and kept us completely updated on the progress of repair. This was my first time coming to Caliber as it was highly recommended. At first I was impressed with the on-line estimate tool and scheduled appointment but after that it was a complete disaster.I scheduled an appointment and my vehicle didnt even get looked at that day. It was only after I referenced the estimate that Tony acknowledged it and ordered the muffler.Even as I expected it to be several weeks to get it, I was told I would get a call to schedule and only did several week after that upon me leaving a voicemail. I then brought it in at scheduled time and again didnt even get looked at after 3 days. When the advisor called saying it might get done by Friday I was beyond irritated as I needed my vehicle that weekend.Had I not been forceful and constantly having to call or updates, ask what is going on etc... I may not have my van repaired.This was the WORST experience I have ever had in dealing with an auto shop and I have had some bad ones. I would not recommend Caliber based on this experience and will likely never be coming back

From start to finish my vehicle was estimated, repaired, and delivered to my home in under 2 weeks from when I contacted them. They were polite, and concerned about getting me back on the road again. Caliber's team kept me updated, and finished my vehicle before the estimated time. It was returned to me clean and the insides detailed. Very professional!!! The crew at Caliber were awesome to work with. Ben and Stephanie were fantastic. Ben provided daily text message updates on the status of my repairs. This went above and beyond. From what I can tell, the workmanship was excellent. You can t tell that there was ever damage. I had the best service at Caliber Collision in Maple Grove. My car was worked on very fast and had it before the expected completion date. Would definitely recommend to have your car repaired there.

I am so glad that I contacted the Maple Grove Caliber Collision for a second estimate of repairs on my vehicle. The first shop gave a very high figure. Working with CC was an entirely different experience than I had with the first shop. Every step of the way I was treated with respect, friendliness, and courtesy. They "bent over backward" to get my car back in shape at a lower cost. I hope to never need car body work again, but if anybody I know needs a body shop, I'll be sure to recommend them.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Had just stopped by to pick a friend and Caliber pulled my car in and helped me fill air in my cars tires as they showed low pressure as temperatures were down to sub zero.

They replaced my door after an accident and make sure that the paint matched (flowed) the next panel to the front and to the back. It took a while to get in (they were busy), but once I dropped off the vehicle, they got to it quickly.
