I went to Autozone last minute on a Sunday night for a headlight. Donovan not only helped me find the right headlight but went out of his way to put in in my car. Donavan was very professional, great demeanor, and friendly. EXCELLENT service!!! Thanks Donavon

I went to buy a battery for my Jeep. I was quoted a price that I could afford $129. The man that waited on me was very arrogant and insisted that I buy a more expensive battery. The battery that I wanted he said wasn't good enough and too cheap for my Jeep. What I could afford was the $129 one what I had to spend was over $200. I work in retail and I'm very good at customer service this man made me feel like a piece of dirt. I will not ever shop at that store again. I bought the battery because I couldn't go anywhere without it. But if I had a choice of getting it somewhere else I would have. Customer service is a big deal!

Just want to say a huge THANK YOU to Sean for his excellent customer service and knowledge! He assisted me with my headlight making sure I had the correct bulbs and actually installing them for me. Huge help and highly recommend this location he went above and beyond my expectations.

There is a hero amongst us here in Maple Grove. His name is Sean, and he works at AutoZone. He just did a complimentary challenging battery installation that I lost sleep over.Late last night, my 2011 Prius wouldn't start, and after finally jumping it in -25 weather and having it run for 20+ minutes, it died again. I was desperate, and I didn't have time to wait to get an appointment later this week at a garage. My only window of time was this afternoon.I called AutoZone this morning, and Sean answered, saying that if I brought in the Prius, he could change out the battery, even though it is located in a difficult spot to remove in the trunk.I brought the Prius in, and Sean jumped into action. He went outside and looked at the Prius, found me a great battery (Optima), and went to work barehanded in the shade in -15 degree below zero weather. It was cold, and I was wimpy, so I watched from the window.On a few occasions, Sean had to get different tools from inside the store so he could remove/install the battery, and I then realized that I don't have any of these tools in my garage. Heck, I don't even know the names of the tools he was using, let alone knowing they exist. Therefore, I would have been absolutely frustrated trying to do what Sean was able to accomplish in about 15 minutes.15 minutes for Sean would have been an evening+ for me. In the cold. I would have needed to make multiple trips to the store, not even knowing what I needed to buy.Please note that Optima batteries are the same price everywhere, but Sean's service distinguishes Maple Grove AutoZone from everywhere else. From the time I walked in to the time I drove away with a new battery, I was at AutoZone for 20 minutes. I have spent that much time simply in line at other auto repair locations (Walmart, Fleet Farm, etc.) Additionally, I didn't need an appointment. Sean provided promptness and total flexibility at an unstable time. Lastly, Sean used tools that I didn't need to buy. He saved me money, from future garage clutter, and several hours of anguish.I will enjoy tonight and be at work tomorrow because of Sean.Thanks, AutoZone!

Called ahead to let them know ill be coming in just before closing and i was told its no problem, i arrived and they closed the door before the store was supposed to officially closed nobody around to see me knocking on door. Horrible service, cant believe employees can lie like that, what a shame.

My car battery was dying so I went to AutoZone for a replacement. The staff member who helped me pick out and install a new car battery was honest, informative, and efficient. He answered my questions about their options well and told me if needed he would help jump start my car if I wanted to buy from somewhere else. I would recommend this place for their car services.

Even though I wasn't greeted as I entered, and I had no help on the floor, this place does have everything I need. I'd much rather purchase it online and pick it up though. The cashier was friendly and did a price check for me.

Great customer service. The sale person really went above and beyond in helping me with a new battery. They installed it even in -7 temperature, I appreciate the service they provide and glad they opened up in Maple Grove.

Their posted hours state that they are supposed be open at 9 AM on Sunday, but when I arrive at 9:30 AM The store is still locked up and dark. They have the parts that I ordered and I am currently waiting on.

The gentlemen at the desk helped me pick out my wiper blades and even installed them for me. Super friendly, quick and honest. I was nervous going into the shop as I didn t know how to install wiper blades, and the guy working the front desk quickly made me feel welcomed!

Stopped by today to get a new battery for our car. Staff was helpful and quick, and a young man named Christian was incredibly helpful, braving the cold to install our new battery. We were very happy with our visit. Thanks again Christian!

Nathan was absolutely awesome to work with! Super informative and great customer service. It felt like he truly cared about us. He helped us with a bad car battery by testing it and then recommended a great replacement. When they didn t have the one we wanted in stock, he price matched another, a better, battery so we could get back on the road ASAP. 100% would recommend going to this location so you get things done right!! Nathan was awesome!!

Incompetent worker's. My husband called them 2 day's ago, and ordered a part, then we went there today to pick it up and they didn't have it. I called O'Reilly's, and they had me come to the store buy the part, then go pick it up down the street at the warehouse. Every time we try to use Auto Zone for our automotive needs they find a way to not help us and give us a big headache!!! Save your time, and go to O'Reilly's.

My car would not start after golf today and I got someone to jump it. I had noticed that the clock was not correct, which should have been my first clue before I left home. I originally intended to pick up my bike and go to my usual car maintenance shop and bike home, but a little voice in the back of my head suggested I stop at AutoZone which was close to my home. The technician (whose name I wish I got) took a look at the battery, said it was one of theirs, checked to find out it was still under warranty and replaced it quickly at no cost. Great customer service!!

Visited the store in attempt to request assistance troubleshooting on some odd electrical issues with my low beam headlights. Tony and Fred were there to assist. Unfortunately, they didn't have any tools to assist in potentially finding a short in the wiring. But what they did have was years of collective knowledge and time to talk me through the 'most likely' and 'least likely' culprits based on the symptoms so I could focus my efforts. In the end, it ended up just being a need for new, non-LED bulbs to replace the LEDs I had in the vehicle at the time. These two guys likely helped save me hundreds of dollars in diagnostic fees and probably being scammed into an unneeded high-cost repair. This MG location has earned my business in the future. Folks, pay a few more dollars and shop at your local store versus buying autoparts online. The knowledge you can gain is well worth the money.

Clean, easy to find stuff. I happen to like Duralast parts, and these guys have pretty much everything. The only thing that bothered me was there was one guy behind the counter, and a decent line. The other employee was outside talking to someone. Which I get it, that's gonna happen, but when it gets like that, gotta jump in and help the other people too.

Nathan P was awesome. I m traveling cross country and had a headlight go out and the screw to the headlight was stuck shut - I tried and tried and I could not get it open. Nathan went out of his way to help me and I couldn t thank him enough!

I ran into an issue when I purchased a bottle of petroleum based fuel injector cleaner which had a broken seal. Long story short half the bottle seeped through the cap which was loose and into my fabric seats. I didn t expect it to leak so it never crossed my mind to double check the bottle. I ve never had this issue before either.Well I got ahold of the store manager and regional manager which they are going to take care of me which has been very fast and professional.I ll be getting my car interior thoroughly cleaned and they re covering the cost. That is very nice and appreciate considering what happened. This company overall seems to care about their customers!

I appreciated the attention to detail and assistance the staff provided for me. We made sure the part I had researched online was the correct one and we ordered it. It was delivered promptly the next day and team members advised me on the installation. The process was smooth and staff members were very helpful. Nice store; nice addition to the community.

Great store, great staff and customer service. Good return policy. Mohamed helped me a lot. The store personnel even helped me over the phone with an installation problem. Also, the AutoZone parts/repair online knowledge/repair database is excellent. It is finally nice to have an auto parts store in Maple Grove, a city of 72,000 after NEVER having one before, (and a good one at that).

My check engine light was on so I stopped there without an appointment. My daughter had recommended them. A VERY nice young man asked if he could help me. Told him my problem and he went right out to my car and ran a check on it. He told me sometimes it is that the gas cap isn't tightened enough. Sure enough... that was it. I asked what I owed him and he said nothing. Said they were glad they could help. I would gladly go back there. SO VERY NICE AND HELPFUL.

Good clean auto parts store in Maple Grove. Easy access and good parking. It might be the only auto parts store in Maple Grove. Prices can be a little high at times compared to online, and selection is sometimes limited, but if you need a part NOW, it's a great option. Nice, helpful staff that I've met so far. I'll definitely be back when I need a part right away.
