Car accidents are no fun, but the people at Advanced Collision Repair help ease the stress. They go above and beyond and show great attention to detail, showing that they really care about their work. They were able to return my vehicle before the estimated timeframe, which was much appreciated. I even received text message updates throughout the entire process. These guys are really good at what they do, and after using them twice over the course of a few years I would highly recommend them.

Branden was so great to work with! He communicated well with me about my car repairs, he even had Jake pick me up to help ease my stress with coordinating my car and rental. I have used this company several times for different cars over the years for repairs and they never disappoint with the work being done. Excellent quality and timely service. Highly recommended!

Advanced Collision Repair was top notch! They were easy to work with, communicated often, and had my car ready when promised with very short turnover time. Fair pricing and high quality work. They went above and beyond; my car was cleaned inside and out when I drove away and they also returned my rental car for me to save me time. Branden at ACR explained everything clearly and had the best Customer Service. Can't recommend enough!

I chose Advanced Collision in Maple Grove because they had a great rating on Google. Let me tell you that they did NOT disappoint.They weren't in State Farms network, but I'm glad they weren't because I spoke with a few people who used the in network shops, and they weren't happy with their experiences.I, on the other hand, could not be more pleased. Branden was my contact, and he was amazing. He kept me informed every step of the way and did all the dirty work having to deal with the insurance company. I was expecting my truck to take 2 weeks to get fixed, and Branden and the team had it done in about a week.When Branden texted me and said my truck was done, I couldn't wait to see the results. The team over there at Advanced Collision went above and beyond. Yeah, the work they did was impeccable, and my truck was back to looking like it was off the showroom floor, but they even vacuumed and detailed the whole inside as well. They're a body shop, they work on the outside of the vehicle. The fact that they went out of their way and cleaned my truck inside and out shows they truly do value their customers and the relationships they have with them.I would take all my vehicles to Branden and the team over at Advanced Collision. If anyone asks for a recommendation, my vote goes to Branden and his team at Advanced Collision in Maple Grove.

I had some damage I needed to get repaired. I came to see if I could get an estimate, Branden took time to take a look right away, explained & answered my questions. I also had my estimate before leaving in hand.He was able to get me on the schedule right away, had a complimentary vehicle which was so helpful.When I got my vehicle back the amount was just what he said it would be as I was self pay, I didn't want to go through insurance.I had my vehicle back fixed AND they cleaned the inside of it along with the wheels and windows! BEAUTIFUL!!!I couldn't of asked for better communication. Superb!THANK YOU!If you need any body work done I highly recommend this company!!

100% recommend Advanced Collision Repair in Maple Grove. I choose Advanced Collision because they have loaner vehicles available if needed and I only had to wait a week for one to be available for me. I also chose it due to good reviews. The estimate they provided was quick and free and there was no short cuts in the work done on my car. Paint matched perfectly, even my hood was touched up which was a pleasant surprise. My hub cap was also damaged on the passenger side as well and I came back to see 4 brand new carbon grey colored hub caps which look amazing. Also to my surprise the car was washed, tires shined and interior cleaned. Branden was great to work with and even complimented my car. Very professional company, would highly recommend.

I have used quite a few different auto body shops around the metro area and this one was by far the best experience I have had. Branden went way above and beyond what you would expect to get when you bring your car somewhere to get some work done. I got in a little read end accident and needed to get it fixed. I called and talked with Branden and he told me they were pretty busy but he could probably get me in 3 weeks from when I called, he ended up setting up a row to come get my car before the 3 week date which was the first good vibe. He then worked with progressive to get the estimate for all the work that needed to be done approved and got almost everything finished and gave me a call saying progressive approved a tire alignment and a new wheel but it couldn t be done until I got new tires and it didn t really need a new wheel. He had me call discount tire and buy new tires and set up an appointment and then they brought my car there to get the tires and picked it up and did the alignment. I had also asked him if he could replace the 2 hubcaps I was missing and that I would pay for them when I paid my deductible. Well when he called when it was finished he told me since it didn t need the approved wheel that he just credited that towards the hubcaps, win for me! To top it off they delivered my car right back to my house for me. Not sure I even need to mention how perfect the car looks, they obviously did a fantastic job on the work like anyone who cares enough about customers to do all the rest of the things they did would. Would give it 10 stars if I could. I don t think I could thank Branden enough for how well he treated me!!!

Great experience overall, Brandon was very helpful at explaining the process. A slight issue with communication on timeline. Also, FYI, they will be incredibly hesitant to accept AMEX.

By far the best collision shop I've used in the Metro (past experience with Rogers, LaMettry's and Central Ave Collision). I've entrusted 2 of my prized vehicles to Brandon (and the pros at ACR) and both of them were returned to me in pristine and "like new" condition. Add that to personable employees, great communication as the repairs are being done, reasonable shop prices and a quick turnaround time and there is no reason to take your vehicle anywhere else.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I used Advanced Collision Repair for an estimate for my daughter s car after an accident. Although the car was deemed totaled from damages Advanced Collision was very helpful and responsive with the quote to me and the insurance adjuster

I was sideswiped and didn't notice the damage until a couple days later. My side mirror was bent backwards, and there was a little damage to the door. I planned to replace the car within a year or two, so I didn't want a costly full door or mirror replacement. I especially didn't want to go through insurance. Advanced Collision Repair worked with me and my budget. They were able to correct the damage and put everything back in place, all at a reasonable cost. It looks amazing and everything works like it should -- there would be no way to tell there was damage. Brandon at the front desk was responsive and knowledgable. Thanks again!Service: Body & Trim

Taylor and the entire crew at Advanced were very professional, courteous, and communicated very well. They also adhered to their estimate and my truck looked better than new when I picked it up! I highly recommend them!

Unbelievable. This company attempted, in my opinion, to extort us by holding our car as ransom. No other way to put it. After sending us an estimate on body repair and having our insurance companies approval, work was to begin. A week later I was notified that the part for the repair was not available and the original repair and approved estimate were not going to be completed without this part. We decided to take the payout from our insurance company and take the car elsewhere as Advanced Collision said they couldn t fix it.When it came time to pick up our vehicle (nearly 2 weeks after drop off ) from Advanced Collision, the owner, Sergei, informed us that he has assessed a storage fee and other fees that our insurance company has refused to pay. Our insurance company told us these were made up fees and that they have never paid these fees before on any non-totaled vehicle. The owner of Advanced Collision then informed us that we owe him roughly $3000 out of pocket to pick up our vehicle or it would not be released. $3000 to get our damaged vehicle back the way we brought it in .still damaged! And by the way they demanded the loaner car back immediately.After putting us, the customer, in the middle of the negotiations between all parties, it came down to someone having to bend. This is not the proper way to conduct business. After much anguish and the thought of never seeing our vehicle again, our insurance company and the owner of Advanced Collision finally came to a settlement. Wow. This is how the customer is treated?! As a negotiator for your business? Never again. Be warned. This company was prepared to withhold our vehicle, leave us without a vehicle, force us, the customer, to negotiate with our insurance company to get these fees, that were never discussed with us, paid out by our insurance company to Advanced Collision. Unbelievable! If I could give negative stars I would. Horrific business practices. What took so long to get our car back? Were they just trying to rack up the fees? Every day an extra $100 plus. Must be a nice car hotel at these prices! Was there a whirlpool tub for our car too? Maybe a complementary bottle of synthetic oil by candlelight??I will be submitting a complaint to the BBB. Looks like we aren t the only ones. They have a complaint for a similar circumstance from another customer on the BBB site. Avoid this company.Update.. after getting a reply from the owner, a few things; Our insurance ended up sending around $2400 for storage and other fees for the issues this company caused, so no free loaner. If AC would have met their obligation and expectations this problem wouldn t have happened. I also believe if we weren t with our insurance company for over 15 years they would not have paid most of these fees and we would have been on the hook for them. Notice the nice demeanor by the owner in public. Totally different guy when no one is watching. This guy threatened his customer with astronomical fees or get your insurance to pay them or we keep your car. Wow. Nice try Sergei! Watch out for fake reviews! I had the best experience with Advanced Collision Repair. They fixed my front and rear end. They did a great job explaining everything to me since I am not really experienced in cars. I got my car back in perfect condition really quick. Overall their customer service is great and they exceeded my expectations.

Did a wonderful job fixing my leased vehicle with original parts so it s good as new! They even gave me a loaner when my coverage ended with my insurance company so I had a new car for the gap time. This brings me no pleasure at all. I'm rating Advanced Collision Repair at 2 stars (once upon a time, my rating would have been a solid 5) because, while the actual quality of repair is very good and always has been (for the several years I used them), you can't...based on my experiences...rely on the prices you are initially given. Unfortunately, you also can't rely on them actually "wanting" (or being willing) to do the work once you go through the effort of bringing your vehicle to them...even if it is on a trailer and is towed in from far away...AFTER talking to them about it, in advance. On occasion, you must also deal with an owner who calls you AFTER YOU'VE DROPPED PARTS OFF AND HAVE ALREADY DISCUSSED PRICING WITH HIM to tell you it's going to be 30+% more, then tells you, "If you don't like it, come get your parts" (literally, I'm not paraphrasing)...tells you it's because two new parts need primer, first (even though you told him that on the phone that they would, before bringing them there), and tells you that certain parts have to be masked off (a 15 minute job). Somehow, the price jumped nearly $600 because of these things, one of which (primer) he already knew about when I initially called, because I told him. I will never use this business again, unfortunately, after repeated failures in customer service. A good friend of mine brought his car there, upon my referral, and had a similar-yet-different negative experience. He wanted to write a negative review months ago, however, I asked him to please not do so because I knew they knew me, and that I referred him to them, and I really wanted to remain on good terms with them. Why? Because the quality was NEVER an issue and because I was hoping the customer service experience would improve for me. I won't go into the details of his experience but, suffice it to say, he won't be returning, either. All of this bums me out because high quality auto body repair is hard to find. I just couldn't deal with the above-described issues any longer. Fortunately, I have found another body shop that not only does very nice work but that has employees who treat me kindly and considerately.Service: Painting

I used this shop for an insurance claim on auto body work for a sports car and the experience was very smooth. The paperwork was easy and the turn around time was very reasonable. They even detailed my interior and gave me a free ice scrapper! I would use this shop again for any body repairs. Advanced Collision was able to take my car in for repairs from an auto accident in early November 2022. I worked with Brandon the whole time, he was very kind, attentive and helpful in working with my car insurance and myself on all updates regarding my car repair. I m very happy with the outcome of the work done & would highly recommend Advanced Collision Repair and Brandon!

I took my BMW X5 to Advanced Collision after reading the many reviews on Yelp and on here. I have to say I was very satisfied with the work done and the details done to my Vehicle. My rear bumper got nicked by a snow plow in a parking lot and needed to be replaced. Taylor and the shop were very good at doing that. I expected them to do a very good job as the reviews on here stated that. What I didn't expect was the cleaning and detailing of my vehicle. They cleaned and detailed my vehicle better than I do without me asking for it. The inside was super clean and and my leather was cleaned very well also. Excellent work!

This review is long overdue, but I seriously want to thank Advanced Collision and their team for doing a fantastic job on my car after an accident. They absolutely go above and beyond for you and ensure the job gets done correctly. They worked on my car almost 4 years ago and do this day, you can't tell the car had ever been in an accident.I honestly would not take a vehicle anywhere else to get fixed because these guys really mean business!Service: Body & Trim

I would give them a 10 * if I could. Had decided to go with them after reading the excellent reviews.The work was immaculate, prompt and professional. I was completely kept in loop on the progress being made. They had a couple of loaners available when I had dropped my vehicle off, and what they told me was very touching and speaks volumes about their customer first mindset.They said, "We do have a loaner available but would request that you go with a rental, if your insurance covers it. That way, we could save up the loaner for someone who really needs it and doesn't have a rental rider on third policy". It was a simple thought but would be of great help to somebody and would just make their day.That was the moment I knew my car was in safe hands and the work was completed well within their estimated wondow. Looks brand new, and like many other reviews have echoed, they had cleaned the interior as well. All round performance start to finish. I would highly recommend their services. Thank you, Advanced Collision and Repair. Kudos on the wonderful job, again!

I looked up some reviews before heading over to get an estimate on my car... I m so happy I did because Taylor & his team were amazing! The price was great for me considering I did the damage to my car by accident. I dropped my car off same day and they loaned me a car for free... when my car was ready the bumper looked brand new and the paint matched perfectly! It was like nothing had ever happened. They also cleaned the inside of my car, vacuumed and shined my wheels! I do highly recommend this company if your needing work done! You will not be disappointed.
