My experience at Accurate was amazing!! My Buick needed a lot of work (oil leak repair, new intake manifold, valve cover, battery, etc) and it was all done so quickly! Julian was so personable, he was really patient in explaining what was going on with my car, and super helpful in answering all my questions. The place looked so nice and clean thanks to David, and I appreciated the complimentary candy . As someone who doesn't know much about cars, I felt so comfortable and welcome there. Staff were super friendly and I could tell my car was in good hands. I've never had such a great experience at an auto repair shop before, and I was super impressed with the work they did on my vehicle. Much thanks to Julian and the rest of the Accurate team!!

My parents and I have been coming to Accurate for years! I have to admit, when the new ownership took over from Jim I was a little nervous - trusting people with your car maintenance and repairs is a huge deal! With that said, the new family with the Victory team have 100% transitioned the same level of professionalism and care as Jim's team had.For me, it comes down to this. Genuine care for their customer's and always going the extra step by doing a full inspection every time you come in and letting you know what should be taken care of now and what you might want to prep for down the line in your next visit. The prices are also reasonable and the best part, THEY DON'T PRESSURE YOU. At the end of the day, you have the final call on what to repair and they respect that. You don't get that at a lot of car places.I truly can't imagine trusting any other place to take care of my car. 10/10 recommend 5+ stars

Accurate Auto has consistently exceeded my expectations during the two occasions I've sought their services. Their outstanding customer service, paired with competitive pricing, truly sets them apart. During my second visit, they surpassed expectations by reattaching a fallen heat shield and removing a loose one, all without charging anything extra. I wholeheartedly recommend Accurate Auto a choice praised not just by me but also by others who have relied on their services for years.

I have had multiple check engine issues in the past 3-4 months. I ve had the pleasure of working closely with both Julian and Taylor and they re both so amazing. They have helped me work through my multiple issues and provide amazing service. They help to explain the issues so I truly understand what s going on and lay out the costs before any work is started. I m never surprised by what my bill is when I go in there and I love that! Highly highly recommend them!!

My 2011 Ford Edge has had multiple issues for a while. I requested an appointment online and was contacted right away the next morning to set up an appointment. They were able to get me in quickly for an oil change and new headlight. While my car was there they did a thorough check on everything to make sure it was ready for the season change and were able to repair the shocks, put on new tires and do other miscellaneous repairs that were needed. Would definitely recommend!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Wiper blade installation, Oil change

I never thought I would thoroughly enjoy my trips to the mechanic, but at Accurate Auto, that is definitely the case. Taylor and crew always take care of us like we are family. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!

Great experience at Accurate Auto! Called this morning and was able to get in and out quickly. They had a great spot to hangout while waiting with complementary snacks and beverages and extremely kind employees. Highly recommend!

These guys Rock!! Some trouble with the 15 Silverado and they handled in great fashion. Taylor was awesome fielding and handling my concerns. The repair was done, with a fair price, and timely manner with no run around. Cannot ask for anything more. They treat you well there at Accurite. Highly recommend a good mechanic and these guys fill the bill.Thank you.

I drove in like a turtle on a Friday night after 5 because my 16 Malibu wouldn t let me go over 30mph I was so very thankful Julian was there to help, couldn t get the diagnostic done before closing time but I was given a loaner vehicle, which worked great cause I thought it would be an Uber weekend right away I got an update Monday afternoon, and it ended up being the acceleration pedal He did also politely tell me I wasn t being a Good car mom so I got a few services completed all at once and the price was very fair once I called around to compare Once all the parts were in, I was able to pick up shortly there after David was also very helpful being sure to offer snacks/ beverages, keeping the shop tidy and indulging me in random conversation WITHOUT A DOUBT, I RECOMMEND THIS SHOP!

The technician that assisted me and the team that greeted and helped me were without parallel in their friendliness, customer service, and efficiency. I had been going to a dealership previously and the delays and return visits from the dealership made me decide to switch my business to Accurate. I can't say enough good things about my experience. The required work was done extremely quickly, accurately, and priced very reasonably. I'm now a lifetime customer, I wouldn't even think of taking my vehicle anywhere else. I will recommend Accurate to friends and family and strangers, and be confident that my next visit will be equally as satisfying. This place is honest and the technicians really know their trade - down to the details, and their passion shows when explaining what's going on with my car. Flat tire, hobbled in on a spare with no appointment at 5pm, they got the tire fixed and had us back on our wheels within half an hour. We could have waited much longer, given how cozy their waiting room was!

The crew at Accurate Auto is top notch! We have been taking our vehicles here for a while now, but this most recent experience was worth writing a review for. I tried to go somewhere else because I got a "coupon" in the mail and wasted a lot of time and money, but once I went to Accurate I quickly realized I should have come here first! Once you have a good garage to go to you don't want to take chances. Don't make the mistake I did shopping around when I already knew these guys were always going to be the most helpful. These guys are great. Really kind, customer service oriented. Was having issues with my Jeeps throttle body, and went into limp mode during my lunch break. They got me in the shop earlier than expected, provided a loaner free of charge, and worked with me on price and parts, diagnosing my vehicle all within 24 hours of my vehicle being dropped off. Really upstanding guys. Shout out to Taylor being very helpful. Will definitely come back as much as I need to.

I cannot over stress the honesty and skill Accurate Auto has provided over years of service on multiple vehicles I owned. I know I can can take their diagnosis as gospel and make decisions with confidence.I had concern that this might be lost with the recent integration with Victory but after some research, discussion with Taylor on Victory's history, I'm pleased to learn the values of Victory and Accurate Auto align perfectly.This may sound a bit "over the top" but take your vehicle in on its next repair or maintenance and test them for yourself as I did years ago. ...or not, and I get them all to myself :-)Service: Transmission

Accurate Auto is the best. They're always super helpful and they do what is right. We have been using them for years since my husband got a high quote for repairs from a different company and Accurate was straight forward about the quote received being overinflated.
