This place always do a great job and customer service is excellent! I highly recommend it.I took my car there to get oil change and the mechanic Jaevin noticed that my oil still looks clean so I didn t need an oil change until another 2k miles. This saved me over $100. Most places would just charge me and changed the good oil. He provided great advice!

Can I have a ZERO star review? Got my oil changed yesterday and car died on the way home. Got towed to my local mechanic and there was NO OIL FILTER! How does an oil change shop not put in an oil filter correctly??? I have a completely screwed engine now. Yes I've started a claim with Valvoline but are they going to buy me a new engine? I recommend staying far away from this business if you enjoy driving.UPDATE: I increased my rating by 2 stars only because customer service has been helpful in filing a claim, and due to the value of my vehicle being less than the cost to completely replace the motor, I will be getting a check from them. Highly inconvenient to wait another 7-10 days, and then have to go car shopping, but at least they took responsibility.

"I must admit that this has been one of the worst car services I have ever received. Although the staff were friendly, they forgot to top off my fluid levels. They tried to shift the blame to my car's condition and insisted that they had already topped it off during the first service. However, I had to return a second time because the coolant light came on, indicating they did not top it off the first time. After topping off the fluids during the second visit, the coolant light stopped showing up on the dashboard after driving for about 20 to 25 minutes. I also noticed that other fluid levels were low as well. I will update on any positive or negative experiences in the future."

Awesome new location and super friendly staff. Tyler and his team were very friendly, helpful and went above and beyond what was expected. Always have gone here and will definitely keep recommending.

Service was great but the technician informed me that he spilled a little bit of oil in the engine bay and usually that s no big deal. Driving home I notice smoke coming through my vents and all around the hood. He managed to get oily handprints all over the engine bay and cover the engine with standing oil. The rest of the oil is dripping down to the pavement and burning on my exhaust. Not a small amount of oil was spilled and little effort went into clean up. Dont know what their deal is lately, but they have nothing in stock, once broke my oil pan assembly and on weekends they act like they're not open by shutting off the lights. I'm glad there is a new Valvoline near Slim Chickens.

This location has caused more problems than it has fixed. One of the most recent things was they didn't tighten the bolts on my skid plate, which caused it to drag on the concrete beneath my car. Then, I found out at their new location that the old location had stripped the bolt to get to my oil and they didn't have the tools to untighten it, so I couldn't get my oil changed. I lost the confidence that they will get the job done and do it right.

Came in just after opening. Person came out to my vehicle and first words out of her mouth were, "unfortunately we don't have your oil filter".Its a GM vehicle!I quickly left. No time for this nonsense.

Planned my day around coming here for an oil change. Got to the store around 3:30 (which the shop closes at 5) and waited about 10 min when someone came out and said that they are closing early at 4pm today. I would recommend not having your hours posted online if you are not going to adhere to them.I bring my work vehicles to Valvoline frequently but this was my first visit to the one in Mankato. I would have understood if I got there right before close or if there was a long line of people but I was the next person in.

I would agree this place is fast and efficient! If you need to get an oil change done in a hurry, this is the place to go. I was in need of an oil change ASAP and my normal place was completely booked. The price did seem to be a little higher than I've paid at other companies for the same thing. I waited about an hour with 2 cars in front of me, my visit took about 20 minutes, which is great compared to other oil change shops!There is a timer to tell you how long your visit takes, which I think is neat!

Had multiple issues with this location regarding my vehicles. Has cost multiple trips and other fixes due to their mistakes.Positive that makes this a 3 star is the manager/owner of this location reached back out to me after I called to notify of the mistakes and heard me out and refunded me. She sounded like she wanted to make a change and teach her employees the mistakes they madeI do hope they make the improvements for customers in the future don t have the experience I had.

Excellent customer service! Oil change was quick and easy. Cost was a slightly higher than some other places but price was still competitive. Plus you always get what you pay for and what they offer is worth every penny! The drive through style service was very pleasant and satisfactory. Overall they did an excellent job and I look forward to returning to this location for all of my future oil changes and fluid services. Well done! Service: Oil change

usually just change my oil myself, but they offered a great service and i didn t feel like they were trying to scam me. got the job done quick and informed me of everything else they were doing (checking psi, air filter, etc.). there was 2 cars ahead of me and i had a wait of about 20 minutes. not sure of any other services they offer but i will be coming back again.

I ve used them a bunch. Service is great. Today is the first time I showed up right when it opens to get an oil change. I arrived at 7:45 am. The shop opens at 8:00 AM. Not a soul in sight. The employees didn t show up until EXACTLY 8 AM and then need to get prepped. And some of them are walking around like they need a strong cup of coffee. It s not surgery, but if you re working on a vehicle, you should be focused and alert. Long story short, I value my time and if your shop opens at 8, you should be ready for me at 8. Not 8:15. Not a big deal overall, but a little more morning promptness from the employees would be cool.Service: Oil change

Stated hours on the website, google, and building say open until 7pm Monday-Friday. Myself and 2-3 other vehicles were there today between 530-6 with not a soul in sight. When we called the number on the website the lady said I can t get ahold of anyone there they must ve closed early. I completely understand wanting to go home early on a Friday night or if possibly there was some sort of personal emergency. But if you are going to advertise hours of operation, be present and prepared during those hours. Hopefully someone will be around during their supposed business hours of 10-5 tomorrow.

Their billboard says, quick, fast, and easy. THIS WAS NOT QUICK, FAST, OR EASY. Sat in line for 30+ mins while 6 workers stood around smoking their vapes. Very slow service. Would not recommend.

Been there a few times and everytime they change my oil a different way. When I ask why or bring it up for them to explain. I immediately can tell they don't want to tell me why and said to me "its just the way it works". If I'm paying 100+ per visit I want a explanation. Which is why I won't be returning.

Quick in and out time. Extremely friendly staff. Pricey, but you pay for the convenience and top notch service. Overall, very satisfied, will use them again and again.

This was the fastest oil change I ve ever had; I was in and out in under 20 minutes. As soon as I pulled in, I was greeted and told an estimated wait time. They tried to get me to get a new battery even though I had just bought a new one recently. If they think you don t know about cars they ll definitely upsell you on items like windshield wipers and such. The technician working on my car literally said my battery s fine then another one walks up and says oh you may need a new one. Also very high prices for an oil change considering the other alternatives.Service: Oil change

Had an oil change completed and within a day I had fluids leaking out from under the vehicle. Took it back to give them a chance to check it out and fix it and after waiting 60 minutes they looked for about 45 seconds and told me I had a small transmission leak that I "wouldn't be too concerned about" and sent me on my way. Took it to a mechanic and they informed me the filter was installed improperly, oil had been leaking, and there was no transmission leak. Haven't previously had issues here but this one was a pretty poor experience.Service: Oil change

I am pleased by how well I was treated here. It took about an hour with the wait to get my car in, getting my oil changed, wiper blades and air filter changed, and have my fluids checked. However, it was well worth the wait. The staff are friendly, fair, and incredibly knowledgeable. I will absolutely be back for my next oil change. Thank you all so much for your time and energy!

Not 5 but 10 star service! Great team! They are fast, professional and thorough. They figured out what was wrong with my air conditioner. Gave me a quote on how much it would be and even threw in a coupon! Shout out to Jeremy for his excellent customer service!

I will not be going back to this place for my oil change ever again. I just took it to Jiffy Lube and was told the last people that changed my oil striped out my oil drain plug and did not replace the oil filter. The last people to do service on my vehicle was Valvoline. Disappointing

Two girls helped me out and they were wonderful! Very quick service and made sure my car was in tip top shape! Definitely going back there again when i need it.
