First of all, I am writing this review while fully aware and having read all the other customers' reviews and their bad experiences at this location. I took my car in having all of those bad experiences from other customers in mind. However, my experience was a 5-star one. That does not mean yours will be the same so don't just rely on my review. Read all of the reviews from all of the customers. Elizabeth at this Tires Plus location was great and very friendly. I specifically asked for an early morning appointment because I believe I get better service at the start of the day. I do the same with all my medical appointments, too. My Jeep was in and out in about 30 minutes and the alignment was done quickly. P. S. I had my cute 3 year old boy with me, but not sure if his presence made a difference in terms of faster service. I will update this review if I get a bad experience in the future! Again, please do NOT just rely on my review.

Tried calling no answer. So I go online to make appointment, put in credit card info, watch a huge chunk on money come out of my account, and then screen, says place order again. No confirmation. Now I have money pending in my bank, no appointment-per the man who answered phone when I called again. I know where I won t be getting tires when I get my money back in my account.

Long time waiting even if you made an appointment so don t worry of coming early because you won t be getting any fast, reliable and on time services just waste of day and time I recommend not to use this place. No fairness and equity in the appointment area. P.S from experience

Went in for oil change, alignment and wheel balance for my 2500hd. I was really impressed that instead of putting a half pound of lead on one of my wheels, the technician unmounted and reclocked the tire. Good attention to detail and doing it right.

Took my van in for a simple alignment. Waited in the store for just over an hour just to be told I needed an outer tie rod end. I get that, can't align with a worn part. But, how can it take an hour to do an inspection and find that. Plus over 300 bucks to change it! It's a 35.00 part at 30 min! I was wondering why I went there in the first place and I will never go back nor would I recommend anyone else.

Came in close to closing and William went above and beyond to try to help me when my car started acting up on me. Was unable to get it done tonight as the mechanics had already left for the day but totally appreciate how hard he tried to get my car back on the road tonight despite it being close to closing and him not being able to access the tools.

Went to fix a small tire leak, had to wait a week to get in. Once I brought it in early morning it didn t get looked at the whole day so I had to leave it overnight. Couple days later my tire still had a leak, had to wait 3 days to get back in and was given false information on a promised time my car would be done. To top it off they pealed off a plastic dip I got professionally done not even a month ago (In photo). I did get my second service for free which is the only reason I gave it another star.

Girlfriend went in because she had a coupon for like 30 oil change and got robbed they charged her 91 dollars for a few quarts of synthetic. They said it was what manufacturer recommends but I can get the same oil for 30 bucks for five quart container at the most expensive parts stores in town that means they upcharge a 200% markup on from MSRP and the manager Issac was completely incompetent when asked why and I am now working thru corporate to addresses my problems I'll update review after they get back to me

I was in a bind with a slow leaky tire and Dan was able to get me in and fixed up right way. I ll be back for a new set in May thanks to Dan s awesome work ethic

Had an appointment at 11am was told it would take a few hours to get done. After an hour and 20 minutes my vehicle was still not taken in so I got my keys back and came to discount tire as a walk in appt and they got me out withing 45 minutes..probably less. Very disappointed in the way they handle scheduled appointments.

I had an appointment for an oil change at 3:30. An hour and a half later, my truck hadn't been brought in, with open bays available. No apologies from them. Will never use Tires Plus again.

This place does more than just tires! The people here are great to work with even though they are very busy. These people get the job done right. They are conveniently located right off Madison avenue and you can call to make an appointment or make one online!

My college student brought his car in for an oil change - he was told that his car needed $3000 in work done. We brought the car home for a second opinion and $79 later all was fixed! This Review is for Issac Regla posing as the "manager manager" and the "other manager" Shawn. I purchased tires and had them sent to the Tires plus location on Madison in Mankato. Made sure they had arrived, made an appointment with car advise Wednesday the 27th for Monday the 30th for my mother who had just recently had two knee surgeries. She was told essentially the online appointment would be overlooked as they are booked and to just leave the car there. She went walking as the tire she had on was losing air pressure. Upon calling them and figuring out nobody knew exactly what was going on with 3 different stories they loaded up the tires into my mothers car and was told to leave that they could not get the job done today. RUN away, not only is there nobody that can actually handle being a manager of any sort of retail location but the disrespect towards a customer is truly mind blowing. Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else where the customer is appreciated. I feel bad that Tires Plus was so poorly represented by these employees.

The staff here are awesome. They are very knowledgeable and genuine. They tell you what s wrong and what steps to get something done/ fixed right. My vehicle is my baby and I trust these guys to keep her going. Thank you to your crew! I will definitely be back! I went here on 09/07/23 and was helped by this guy named Greyson. He was vary disrespectful towards me and my kids, I went in to fleck my brakes cuz they were squeaking but when I went in there I was greeted with well if you didn t drive like a dumb blonde they wouldn t be like that then refused to do my brakes because I was being disrespectful for saying to not talk like that in front of my kids. I will never be going to this place ever again as long as he s working. They are still consistently getting one star reviews every month and that's a sign that they don't care or change. The only care enough to reply on reviews after the fact.Got brand new tires and they wouldnt align them for free. When I pointed out everywhere else does it, for free they told me "Well go everywhere else with your brand new tires and see if they'll do it for free now". Just dropped hundreds of dollars and you can't provide a free service?Long service with people I don't trust anymore

This place is the absolute best. We ran into a few issues and they were quick to solve. I had an issue after an oil change: the engine splash shield fell off. I asked them to replace it and they did. They could have argued about it, but Kara the store manager took care of me. Very friendly service.Services: Tires, Oil changeServices: Tires, Oil change

Scheduled tire install and alignment check for 4pm. Previous tires were worn unevenly. Paid $1360 then they told me the alignment guy went home. They offered to check it but could not service it if needed. So I drove home on new tires no alignment.
