The best experience for getting my oil change! All of the employees were welcoming with huge smiles on their faces, and I will ALWAYS choose TGK over any other automotive place. They re only there to help you and take care of you and your vehicle, and as a woman going in there alone, I will always appreciate that. Best service out there!

Friendly staff, They explained everything thoroughly to me in regards to my car, showed me what had been done in the past and had not been done and copied it off for me to have. Great service today! My first time to this location and I will bring my car back here, if need be.

TGK has my future business indefinitely!I new to the area and very particular about who performs service on my vehicles, after reading several reviews I booked my online appointment with TGK and could not be more pleased with their quality of their service.In addition, I dropped my car off only to find out I had mistakenly scheduled it for the prior day, and put it into my calendar incorrectly missing my appointment. However Jacob squeezed me in and the level of service that was provided was top-notch.Thank you for your service!Nicole

Great place to work with. Easy to book appointments online including text notifications. Excellent summary of work done, and inspection report is always provided but not pushed in terms of additional work.

Very polite and helpful. They explained all the work that needed to be done for approval before starting repairs. They even picked me up from my house when my car was ready. They were very professional. Would recommend

This was my first experience with TGK Automotive, and I couldn't be more pleased and satisfied with their service. I was not local to the area when my vehicle suddenly needed an immediate repair. My vehicle was on the verge of a catastrophic breakdown with a high probable outcome of engine seizure and loss of vehicle. I contacted TGK Automotive and explained my situation. They scheduled a service request for the very next morning. I arrived the next day with my vehicle and we discussed the issues. I left to run errands while they serviced my vehicle. Within 10 minutes, I received a call from the service technician. He explained the issues and the necessary repairs. Fortunately, a major (and costly) repair was not needed. They put my mind at ease. They were upfront, honest, timely, respectful and very caring about my situation and cost. This caliber of vehicle service is rare to find. So, when I find this degree of excellence in customer service anywhere, I stick with them as a loyal return customer. They are so kind and treat all people equally. They let me go in the back to see what work they were doing on my car and explained everything in-depth in such a respectful and comprehensive way. As a woman, I appreciate this a lot going into car repair places! Thank you for being awesome!

We had a great experience here. No one wants to have to bring their vehicle in to have repairs but they were great and made us feel welcome and confident in the work they do. We have had not so good experiences at other places but we would definitely return here if needed! I've had many experiences with the guys at this shop and all have been wonderful. As a woman, this industry can be overwhelming to deal with. However, Travis has the ability to explain this without being condescending. I feel truly valued at this location and plan to return for any future vehicle needs I may have.

I had an oil change and also had a check engine light get looked at. Travis and his crew were friendly and helpful from making the appointment all the way till picking up the vehicle after it was done. They also have text updates and gave me a call to touch base on things. Appreciated being kept up to date. Thanks TGK!

I go here because of the fast professional repairs.. wish they were open on Saturdays.. they would get all my business then.. very expensive but you get what you pay for.. I'd like to thank Jesse Roberts and Mason for all the great work they do on my vehicle these guys really know what there doing. I have gone to them twice for auto repair and they have not disappointed me; In fact, I am always happy after leaving. Everyone is always so nice, welcoming, and understanding. They don t try to trick money out of you, they want to get you the best deal to effectively get your car fixed. I highly recommend these guys!Service: BatteryService: Battery

Needed an alignment after being towed out of a ditch, was told there was front end damage once they got the car in the air. Dan had an estimate ready when he called me and once I got insurance involved I was pretty hands off. There were snags along the way (as with most insurance repairs) but the guys at TGK were quick to communicate, were up front with costs, got me the best deals on parts and worked hard with my insurance to get my car back on the road as quick as they could! There was no run around, I had clear expectations, and had a 10/10 experience!Services: Auto body & trim repair, General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment, Oil change

I came in a month ago to get a oil change done with a basic diagnosis check done to the whole car, at the end I was told my driver rear speed sensor was the issue to my abs light and traction control light being on. I call to schedule an appointment to get that part replaced and one week later I go in to wait a hour for them to put the part in just for my lights to still be on. I m told to either A, get a diagnostics check done in the specific area for $170, or B get my old part put back in with no discount for anything for my wasted time. I m told by 2 different tgk automotives store employees that THE SPEED SENSOR WAS THE ISSUE! All false information and time wasted. Spoke with the manager Dan Dibley about all of this, felt like I ve just been robbed of my time and false information.

We've been coming here for a while but we probably won't come here anymore. The service was fine but Kevin decided to go over to QuikTrip on his lunch breaks and start calling customers names and joking about it with another quick trip employee that he knew. Arrogant, unprofessional, and childish behavior from a grown man. Very unfortunate.Travis was respectful and seemed to not be very happy to hear this. I have only been here one time and it will probably be my last. Below I will share my experience as well as family members experiences.My experience was good, I ve only been here one time. If this was my only experience I would rate it 4/5.One family member had their oil changed and had to come back due to oil leaking. They hadn t tightened the oil drain plug.Another went in and nothing went wrong until the next oil change. When another shop tried removing the bolt, it was stripped to all hell and impossible to remove, TGK didn t want to admit fault.Another one went in for an oil change, only thing wrong was they didn t tighten the skid plate bolts so it was loose and flopping everywhere when driving.Lastly, a family member went in to get their oil changed. Note, they had gotten their oil changes done there the past 3 times, with proof. The 4th time prior was done at Snell Motors. When doing the oil change recently, TGK said the oil pan threads were completely stripped and needed to be fixed immediately which involved pulling the engine and installing a new oil pan for $4k! TGK refused to admit fault even though it s not possible for anyone but them to have caused it as they were the only ones to work on it in the past 3 oil changes. You d notice the threads messed up after one oil change after. (DISPLAYED IN PICTURE)They ended up having it fixed by a family friend who works as a mechanic for very cheap by just fixing the threads without pulling the engine and replacing the oil pan.
