We had a wonderful experience trading in and purchasing a vehicle with Mankato Snell. The manager and salesman, Eric P, were great to work with! Eric was super helpful and made the entire process very easy to navigate. We had a positive experience with the service team at Snell as well!

Wonderful people, wonderful experience!! Snell had just what I wanted .enough to make me jump on a flight from Texas!! Matt, Jon, and Dylan made my purchase one of the easiest experiences I could have hoped for, 10 out of 10 recommend!! (Except for it s dang cold in Minnesota ). I guess that s not y all s fault!! Thank you Snell family, love my truck.

Melissa and Konor were professional, friendly and detailed. I had the opportunity to test drive the New 2023 Cadillac Lyric @ Snell Motors.It s the best value in its class. Not even close.As a current 2022 Tesla Model Y Performance driver on the road 3-6K miles amonth. I can tell that the 2023 Lyric is very underrated. Fantastic vehicle in this price category. Recommend this vehicle 100%.Spooky quiet on the highway. So smooth, plush, great seats, huge sunroof with a power shade. The mileage range meter was very accurate (unlike the Tesla guess-o-meter) and this car will exceed the estimated MPG range of 3xx miles. Plenty of power, it s strong. Quicker than a long range Tesla Model Y, just a hair off the pace of the Model Y performance is my guess on how it pulls off the line.The road noise is the lowest in any car that I have test driven including Tesla Model S, Model X, Model Y, Model 3, Polestar 2, Audi E-Tron, Hyundai Ionic 5 or 6. The 2023 BMW ix is the closest other vehicle for a comparable and that vehicle is +$100K. Get to Snell ASAP and check out the car. You will not be disappointed.

I had such a great experience at the Snell Auto Wash today. Owen and Ally were so helpful with addressing my needs. I would highly recommend the Diamond Detail. It is top notch.

Myself and my family have bought vehicles here for years, they are some of the best people. I just brought my car in for maintenance and they went above and beyond. They even cleaned my car for me and ran it through the car wash upon me picking it up from the service shop!

Purchased a truck from put 1000 miles on and have had nothing but problems. Was assured that "all service work was performed by our team and a clean history". Would highly not recommend them.

Wife needed a new vehicle and Erick Lind was such a nice guy and found a great Buick Encore for my wife Jodi. We spoke to other salesman at other dealers and they came off as being fake and some being dishonest. Snell is top notch and Erick was outstanding. Very patient and was able to keep the stress level down with my wife. Thanks Erick!

Always have been timely and kind my previous truck I bought new and now this one I had to buy ( just due to availability) elsewhere but snell continues to provide great service to my Yukon . Courteous and friendly !

My experience with Snell never changes!The guys at the service desk are the best. On my last visit, George went out of his way to be helpful and took the time to answer questions.Not once have I been disappointed.I was back again today and each one of the guys greeted me. Matt and Devin answered several questions about the next step with my vehicle.I cannot say enough good things about how we are treated.

My experience buying my first car from Travis Wetzel was amazing. There upper management team went above and beyound what was expected. They made sure that I got what I needed. I was treated like I was a good friend to them. Travis was a perfect sales men in making sure I left with a reliable vehicle. Reid Anderson worked with me till the end despite my credit and worked hard to make sure I also got what I needed. The team at Snell motors is amazing and will recommend them to everyone I know.

Been buying vehicles here for years, always good service and friendly staffI'm not real happy with my truck right now as GMC should never have designed the problem into the truck to begin with. To bury the evaporator drain so completely without putting adequate filters to keep out things that can clog the drain is inexcusable Period!! Snell motors did a great job of fixing the problem and listening to me as I groveled about my truck and why this never should have happened in the first place.Snell has always taken care of my needs and I'm happy to business with them.LayneLayne

I had the pleasure of working with Jeff and Jerry. They made the whole transaction a breeze. I cannot recommend them highly enough to anyone looking to buy a new car. Even with everything that was out of their control getting our vehicle delivered, we were informed every step of the way and had open communications from the day we placed our order. When we came to pick up the vehicle we felt at home in the dealership and not like we were just a number buying a new vehicle.

Snell Body Shop is an authorized facility by my insurance company. I had some damage as a result of the blizzard of several months ago. My vehicle was scheduled for repair on Feb. 28. I brought it a day early on Feb. 27. They were able to start repair work that very day. The projected completion time was up to a week, but they had the car ready March. 1. The repair work was excellent and it was thoroughly cleaned inside and out by Snell Auto Wash.

My husband and I purchased our 2019 Cadillac XT4 with Tricia Woitas. We are beyond happy with our experience and I will tell anyone who will listen about my experience with Tricia. We told Tricia what features and color we wanted and the price range we were willing to pay. Less than an hour later, Tricia had found our car and arranged for it to be picked up and delivered to Snell. After a disastrous experience at another dealership, Tricia's no nonsense attitude and excellent communication skills were greatly appreciated. She made the process very easy for us and we could not be happier with our car. When I picked the car up it was extremely clear to me that Tricia had spent time in my car studying the exact placement of the buttons and features so that she could clearly explain them to me when I arrived. The time, effort, and care she put into my car buying experience is unparalleled. The financing through Levi was very smooth, easy, and painless. He knew what offers were available and ensured each offer was clearly explained so that I could make an informed decision. I will quite literally tell everyone I know about this experience. Everyone involved including Tricia and Levi had my best interests in mind throughout the process and they were extremely efficient. I will simply never buy another car anywhere else. The experience I had was great, including but not limited to the customer service (Jon Teeslink) & (Ryan McMahan), financing (Levi Mulcahey), and knowledge (Snell Team). I walked in Snell Motors with an idea of purchasing a 2nd vehicle and ended up trading in my vehicle for one that would work for all aspects. I am so happy with my choice and glad I listened to Ryan McMahan who helped out with the process. I would highly recommend Ryan and the whole Team at Snell Motors! Thank you again.

I worked with Jon Gabler and had a great experience. I told him what I was looking for and he found the right truck for me. He also identified a small scratch that the Snell team fixed right away. Couldn't be more satisfied!

I had scheduled a routine oil change and tire rotation, but before coming in notice my vehicle had gotten louder. I called back a few days later, to have them make a note about checking for a leak in the exhaust system. They reminded it wouldn't be able to be repaired that day, I said I understood. I did indeed have a leak, and need the exhaust system repaired. But they referred me out to two local shops, since they don't weld at the center there. I highly recommend the Snell service center and either location they referred me to. I always appreciate that they guys helping me in the Service Center, talk to me and not at me when I bring my vehicle in. Thanks again Snell Service Center!

I really liked how they took pride in getting my extended warranty people to approve charges and get my repaired covered under my warranty.The guy that called me to tell me it was all covered was also excited but not as much as me :).Great work !
