The service at the Mankato Kia dealership was 5 star. I was traveling to MN from SD for the holidays and had a flashing engine trouble light and next to 0 acceleration ability. They got me right. In and kept me posted on their findings and also the time frame and probable cost of repairs. I ended up getting a ride to my destination and left my car in the shop over Christmas. The service manager Jeff continued to message me about issues and costs. His communication skills are amazing and very much appreciated. I thank God that my car troubles happened near Mankato. The waiting room and amenities were also great. Thanks Kia, Sharon Smith

Excellent service. Was met as I drove up and was directed to my advisor Jeff. He went through the details of what was to be done and answered all my questions. Jeff periodically came out to the waiting room and gave me updates. Overall experience was excellent.

I always have a fantastic experience at Kia of Mankato!! Shelby Parker and Joe Radosevich are helpful, kind, honest and clear about what is genuinely needed for my Kia and my safety. I always leave with a SUV in great clean condition!! I have zero reason to shop anywhere else!! Thanks Kia of Mankato!! Our family appreciates you!

Went in for the 15K mile maintenance check. Service Advisor Lazaro was great. Friendly, personable, great communicator. I was told what to expect and everything went smoothly with no surprises. Another great experience with Kia of Mankato.New tires were need for one of our vehicles. Brenda was once again great to deal with. She helped with selecting the right tires and working with Parts to make sure they were available. She got the vehicle in as quickly as possible for the appointment, and there were no surprises when the work was done. Just the way it it supposed to happen.Brenda Dale is very good at her job. Had another vehicle in for service yesterday and she was friendly, communicated very well and often and made it a great experience.Service Advisor Jeff Rigdon is fantastic. Friendly, knowledgeable and very service-oriented. It was just another great experience at Kia of Mankato. I've bought several vehicles there and service them all there. I can honestly say I've never had a bad experience. I was thrilled with the service yesterday. Customer Service Oriented, Professional, focused performance behavior, was there for software update, no charge and service level was that of POS, purchase when I bought it. Post aa career in Performance Analytics, and BA work it was nice to see KIA; evidently checking off al the boxes. LOL Great work & Thank you!

Had an excellent experience with Jeff and team! My Sportage had a recall as well as scheduled maintenance and I was told it would take a couple hours. Was promptly offered a shuttle service with Eric to my home and had a lot of communication about what was going on. In the end it only took about half the time as I was told and I was quickly brought back and taken care of. Auto repair can be very stressful, so I really appreciate the communication and convenience offered to me. Highly recommend!

I made a appointment and I came in when I was scheduled and they said I didn t have that appointment and Shirley Parker straightened it out and got me in they told me it would be 2 hours turned out to be 30 minutes very happy with Shirley Parker s service

Great Company! Lazaro was extremely helpful by letting us know information about my daughter's car and we felt we were in safe hands which is rare these days. As a matter of fact my wife and I are most likely going to be owners of one, possibly even two, Kia vehicles in the future because of their service but also because Kia backs up thier vehicles which is also rare! These days everything eventually breaks down it seems like so why not have a great company that covers things themselves, backs thier names up, backs thier customers up, and keeps you on the road affordably and quickly. Many mechanics I know now are even proud of Kia and the company they are becoming which also rare to hear. Not only were they great for this last service, they quoted us for larger repairs on an older vehicle at less than half the cost of our local mechanic shops, but also said Kia might even cover costs on even more, depending on certain test results of the vehicle! I don't put much faith in material things anymore because of the change of times, but I have finally found an honest company. Thank Kia of Mankato!(By the way, I have researched other Kia sales companies, and Mankato is honestly the only ones I found that actually care 100% about thier products and helping customers out. They simply have a solid set of morals.)

I had a great experience working with Kia of Mankato! It was my first time there for service to be done on my new Sorento! Brenda was super great and very easy to work with! She was efficient, knowledgeable and very friendly! I would highly recommend Kia of Mankato! Their staff is so great!

Everyone was friendly and helpful. I had a shuttle take me to an appointment while my car was being taken care of, which did not take long at all! They even washed my car for me. Great experience there.

My experience with the Service Department at Kia of Mankato was great. I was able to schedule an appointment easily online and within less than a week of the day I was booking. Additionally, they made a courtesy reminder call the day before which I personally always appreciate.I was helped immediately upon arrival, the service advisor who helped me was friendly and kept me informed throughout the process. I was there to have a recall addressed and there was no up-selling or trying to get me to purchase additional services. The work was completed in just over an hour and the waiting space is comfortable and clean.While my car was being serviced, I was able to speak with a sales manager, Matthew, about potentially trading in my vehicle sometime soon without having made any prior appointment and he was friendly and knowledgeable. I was transparent about the fact that I was only beginning to consider a trade in and was not going to take any action on it today and he was respectful of that and I didn t feel pressured to make any decisions on the spot. I was able to test drive a vehicle with another member of the sales team, Jonathon, and he was also friendly and knowledgeable, and it wasn t awkward making small talk throughout the test drive like it can sometimes be.Overall, the entire experience was great and I have no reservations about working with Kia of Mankato when the time comes for a new vehicle, or when my vehicle is in need of maintenance or other service.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Every time I go there for maintenance, their service advisor Jeff usually helps me out. He does an all around great job and I don t know if he gets the credit he deserves. Friendly, and will always try to help you out any way he can. Great face to the company. Thanks Jeff.

Always a perfectly pleasant experience EVERY time I've come to Kia to have one of my vehicles serviced. We have purchased several different vehicles from this location specifically because of how polite and professional the employees are. They are very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. For this last purchase we dealt mainly with Matt, who was also very professional and worked with us to find what approach was gonna work for us.

The parts department took care of reprogramming my key for me, while Matt S. answered some questions for me about the value of my 2012 Kia Soul and the safety features of Kia vehicles overall.
