I have been very happy with the service at Hyundai of Mankato. I live out of town and they offer a very nice waiting room during your appointment. It's always pretty quick and they keep me informed if there is anything additional that needs to be done. Kyle Johnson was the tech this time and he was very helpful and informative!

I brought my Tuscon here and will continue to bring it here for service my service advisor Sam Blohm and the rest of the service team are are very responsive and knowledgeable. I would say that they have offered me better service then most places I have been and they always have a smile I would recommend that anybody looking for a car or service give Hyundai of Mankato a call!

Went to have the new anti-theft software installed for my vehicle. My appointment was very pleasant. The advisor Sam Blohm, was very friendly and directed me to the waiting room where there is a variety of refreshments offered to customers. The website was easy to use to set up an appointment. I recommend this place.

The staff are great to work with, polite, knowledgeable, and timely! I appreciated the fact that I was able to take a loaner car to do my errands while my car was being serviced for 1.5 - 2 hours -- oil change, tire rotation, transmission fluids. I was able to do all my errands and got done right has they called to say my car was ready to go!Service: Oil change

I had an emergency on my way to work in the morning and was able to talk to the service manager Morgan. He reassured me they would look into it right away and even got me to work and back at the end of the day! My car was fixed and it s been perfect since then. Morgan greeted me as soon as I pulled in. He asked if I had any concerns, which I did and he either addressed them or had a tech address them. He gave me a timeline for the service, which was met, also told me how my concerns were handled and informed me of a tire issue without making me feel pressured. It is people like Morgan and the rest of the Mankato team that will keep me returning to this dealership. And the car wash card is an unexpected added bonus!Services: Tires, Oil change

It was a very pleasant experience. They even did a waalk aroud to document any body damage. They were very pleasant and timely and when they were finished they even gave me a coupon for a free car wash. Nail in tire sidewall. At other company they mention 5 hours.At Hyundai they said within an hour. They like all places are super busy, but Service Adviser Sam Blohm was able to find a service tech willing to give up a break to replace the tire.
