I'm delighted to share that Kalen's expertise and meticulous attention to detail transformed my wheels, making them look absolutely awesome. Thanks to his efforts, my car now drives great, and I'm genuinely grateful for the prompt service provided by all the workers at the tire shop. A big thank you for a job well done!

I bought tires here and the old guy who helped me couldn t have been more inconvenienced by my presence. His condescending attitude towards me because I don t know anything about tires ensured I ll never go back.

If I could give this place negative stars, I would. I went in today looking to get a tire. There was no one at the desk so I waited a bit then went back to the installation area. I stood in the doorway and when one of the 4 guys looked up I waved and he ignored me. I tried it again. Same resultNext time one of them looked up I said I needed help. He said "what" and I said I needed a tire. This time he stuck his chest out and scowled at me and said "I'm workin' here" and I said I needed a tire. He repeated himself only nastier this time so I turned and walked out. His attitude was I was a big inconvenience and don't bother him, he's busy. I went down to Discount Tire where I could not have been treated any better and drove off half hour later with a new tire. Screw Sam's Club. They've seen the last of me.

If I could give negative stars, I would. I went in and bought a battery and they change it for free...simple enough you would think. Got back in my car and the screen on my radio is black. No power to the radio, which controls the radio, navigation/gps screen, dvd player in the backseat, etc. I walked back in to ask whats going on, all 3 employees from the tire area were out there looking under the hood, thinking it must be a blown fuse. They couldn't figure it out. They went and talked to a manager and came back to tell me I would have to bring my car into a shop for diagnostic testing to figure out what's wrong, and then let them know, they will reimburse me the cost for the diagnostic testing.I brought my car to the shop. The shop found a fuse in the fuse panel under the drivers side steering area (Sams Club employees never even looked there). He found a fuse for the radio, which was blown. He replaced it with a new fuse and it blows right away, which means the radio is fried and needs to be replaced. He said they probably hooked the battery up backwards at first, which fried the radio.Called Sams back and asked for a manager to let them know my result. Got the run around from 3 different people while on hold, about what the issue could be. Finally got ahold of the right guy and he just told me to go get an estimate of what it will cost to fix. Called back with the estimate, and now I have to wait for their claims department to call me and hopefully figure something out. $670 estimate from the Ford Dealership.I figured changing a battery is easy enough......apparently not. Went in to change my battery, and left with a $700 bill to fix a new issue.I would NEVER return for sevice in any Sams automotive center.

Not at all impressed. A week ago, I brought in my car for a quote on a couple of tires, and to see if I could set up an appointment for a balance. The guy working the desk was nice enough... but didn't seem enthusiastic at all to be working. After we set up an appointment for the balance, he couldn't find a tire in my size - which is a tire size on dozens of cars, as it's a 2000s GM. I was then told to just go online and see what it would cost. No suggestions, no ballparks, nada. Fast forward a week to the appointment. I drop the car off - I hang out for a while as I was told it'd take 45 minutes. No problem. I come back to the desk 45 minutes later and I'm told the car wasn't serviced due to safety concerns, as the body is rusty. I won't lie, the car is rusty, but not rusty enough to not be serviced. They were adamant on lifting with the pinch welds, but this is Minnesota, and often lunch welds are gone, but I was refused service despite the car having structurally sound subframe components and control arms in the rear, which is how a vehicle should be lifted anyhow. I was the only car there that day and didn't receive a call or anything that the car wouldn't be worked on.Not impressed, and likely won't be back, largely due to the an attitude I feel I picked up on where they truly just didn't feel like working much that day. Neither of the gentlemen I dealt with seemed to really care about their work. That's fine, I won't be returning.

Worst costumer service of any tire shop I have ever been to. Tried to warranty tires that were below legal requirements and they said they had to be worse before they would do anything. And good luck even getting in for rotation or new tires. I have never seen any tire shops turn away people wanting new sets of tires like this one, I guess they don t need or want business. Just try calling them, they don t even answer the phone.

Brought my tires here to get them dismounted from the rims. 2 tires have gouges on them from the tire machine.
