updating because they called me and asked to take my review down. any good company would ask how to make it better. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. gave them a radio and a amp to put it. it cost about $530 and they did a bad job. they didn t even connect my amp, set everything to max and called it good. after they placed my radio in they called me and tried getting another $155 for my steering wheel controls which they said they were going to include the first time around. you d be better off doing it yourself. They didn t make the cable long enough, and my my signal wire disconnects and in the 2 weeks, has sheered twice already. i m not sure if they have recently gone under new management or what happened my boyfriend look at it since he wasn t around to install and he calls them a bunch of idiots just by seeing the work they did.

We have used the services at Rockin Ronnys since they opened many stereos and remote starters bought and installed, we love having someone local to service and install what they sell, we will definitely keep shopping here.

Rockin Ronny s has been doing custom work for our business and personal vehicles for over 15 years. They did an awesome job on the sound system in our pontoon, lift kits in my 1 ton trucks and my wife s Jeeps. They have also installed our Amp electric steps, tunnel covers, remote starts and window tinting. There crew is always very professional and knowledgeable when it comes to what works best with each installation. We look forward to using them for more projects in the future!! I had them put in a line output converter on my 2018 Silverado, it took 30 minutes and turned out really well and works as it should. I had a underlying issue with the speakers I bought (not from R&R) and they told me what to do to fix the problem and now everything works as it should. Really great people and service.

Derran and his crew at Rockin Ronny s have clearly cornered the market on anything and everything when it comes to auto enhancements. From car starters to high end audio all the way to turning your ride into a custom show piece, they are simply incredible. Yet, what makes them the best is delivering exactly what you want, how you want it. In an industry that demands meticulous product and finish, they have it figured out. Many of their jobs have turned into works of art.

I bought a remote vehicle starter about a year ago.It was roughly $400.It wasn't long before the remote starter started having issues on & off again. Now it's almost never start's with out issue.I would not recommend the $400 unit.It's difficult to get a appointment with in a week for warranty work, which says a lot...I've heard lots of good in past about this business,.I can't say that I'm a happy customer.I had to reschedule a couple of times due to distance & my medical issues ( why I invested in a remote start)Today's call got dropped, don't believe it was at my end because when I called back I got voicemail.We'll see if they call back.

These guys were so easy to work with. I bought my vehicle in November of last year, it has a Viper remote start in it. I had some alternator trouble and after the new alternator was put in, my remote start wouldn't work. I recently called down and request a Saturday appointment, no problem, they had several options for me. When I arrived, they were very easy to talk to, went through the information I had given them when I called and said I could wait in the wait area or if I chose to leave they would call when my vehicle was done. I chose to wait. The waiting area is very comfortable and clean. Within about 20 minutes they told me my vehicle was ready. I walked out front to pay my bill to have them tell me the service is covered under warranty! WOW!!! AMAZING customer service!!!! Thank you for a great experience!

I spent $5300 in one visit. Had a front and rear suspension kit installed on my 2020 F350. 37 tires and rims as well. When I picked up my truck that s where it all went south. I didn t even get out of the parking lot. The tires rubbed with the slightest turn of the steering wheel. The 4x4 didn t work. ( it was done in February) and the steering wheel was off center. The guy that was there working advised me that the truck was test driven and they didn t notice any of these things wrong. I also noticed that the rear suspension sat noticeably lower than the front. I called and talked to Darren the owner. He advised that I had purchased and they installed both the front and rear lift-level kit. I asked how I could tell if the rear kit was installed. Darren advised on what to check. And it turns out that the rear kit was never ordered or installed. I talked with Darren and he offered to install a kit for free as long as I paid for the kit. I explained to him that I had already paid for a kit and never received it or had it installed. Long story shorted up now. They installed the kit. I had to pay again for the kit. I will not recommend them to anybody nor will I ever go back there.

Spoke to the owner Derran about putting new tweeters, 6x8, head unit and sub w/ amp in my classic 89 Bronco. Was a big deal because I was going to be driving it back to California in 3 days. We were able to settle on a price with the guarantee that it would be completed in time.Well due to shipping issues we weren t able to get the 6x8 in time so he was able to reinstall the factory speakers free of charge as well as taking off an hour of labor.The head unit that was put in was also a dud. So you might be thinking why should i go here? Well let me tell you this, they care about the quality of their work. In the span of 24 hours they took apart the receiver 3 times until they fixed the issues. Not only did they make sure that everything was up to their standard but they also put in a newer model of the head unit in order to guarantee the highest service quality.If you want the assurance of getting everything done right no matter how many times it takes you should definitely come here.

What an awesome spot. Derran took the time to listen to what I was looking for and helped me find the right solution for my vehicle usage. Never once did I feel pressured or led astray. He was upfront about time line and still got everything ordered and installed fairly quick. My 4Runner looks great . New nittos, 2.5 lift and a remote starter all installed in a few days. On top of all that Derran was able to recommend a great mechanic that has plethora of knowledge on Toyotas. Rock on guys Great job!

I bought their Black Friday deal on remote starters for $150. After all is said and done it ended up being over $300. That was not even the bad part, although it seems like misleading advertising if you ask me. I was totally fine with paying the extra money... the bad part is I was told my appointment would be from 3-6 pm on Friday 12/13/19. I dropped my car off a little before 3 pm and was once again told my car would be finished by 6 pm. I told them I would be back around 6, and they told me they would call me regardless when it was finished and they verified my phone number with me. I ended up not receiving a phone call, so I decided to stop back at around 6:20ish to pick up my car. When I get there all of their doors are locked, lights off, and no one is in the shop- everyone left for the night. I checked my car thinking "maybe they left my keys in there," and when I checked, my car was left unlocked and no keys inside (thank god). I ended up having to leave my car there over night unexpectedly and skip something very meaningful for me because I had no transportation.The next morning they called me to apologize and took full responsibility for their mistake. They offered me a couple sweatshirts (to continue advertising for them??) to make up for their mistake. And not to mention, they didn't even have my size. I am normally a VERY understanding person, but this was by far the worst customer service experience I have ever had. Highly disappointed.

We had new speakers, amp and sub installed in our pontoon. The sound is amazing, the price was right, and they look great too! We had spent an entire weekend cleaning our boat before bringing it over for the install and we got it back in the same, or better, condition than we brought it in. They went above and beyond our expectations! Thanks so much guys!!

My son had a remote start installed. When complete the truck wouldn't start. Had to take the truck to the dealership to get repaired. Rockin Ronny's stated it wasn't there fault and would not talk to us unless we contacted them. Truck ran when it went in their shop wouldn't run when they finished. Owner wouldn't speak to us and the manager claimed wasn't his fault and we needed to prove otherwise. Would not recommend and very unprofessional. Would recommend to do your research and definitely look into other options as we were not the only ones they did this to. Would give zero stars but not an option.

I've had two Viper remote starts put in, and both have worked great, and everybody was nice and professional. The big thing, though, was when I stopped by, without an appointment, because my starter wasn't working. The guy at the desk took my controller, went out to my van, and fixed it immediately and didn't ask for any payment. Good service at the point of sale is one thing, treating a customer well when no money changes hands is what gets you to 5 stars.

So I bought one of those remote starter earlier this year and the batteries died I tried replacing them myself and it wasn't working. As I tried putting it back together I broke it. Or so I thought I stopped in to see what they could do and the guy at the front counter quickly took it apart, replaced the batteries, and put it back together no problem! I can't even see where I thought I had broken the remote. This place really does rock! They live up to that awesome radio ad.

I have installed remote starters in three different vehicles throughout the years and have been very pleased with the A+ customer service all of the employees at Rockin Ronny's provides. The last remote starter that I had installed in my Honda CRV somehow went bad and the staff went out of their way to troubleshoot, was able to determine the bad piece causing the issues and quickly replaced it at no cost. Would highly recommend Rockin Ronny's to everyone.

I won't take our vehicles anywhere else! We've had 4 vehicles with remote starts put in by Derran, Travis and the boys and all have worked great! Our latest issue was we had transferred a remote start from our old vehicle to a new one we purchased at a dealership. My voice recognition wasn't working so I took it to the dealership and they thought maybe the microphone was unhooked by Rockin Ronny's when they installed the remote start? So, I took it to Rockin Ronny's. No issue with the microphone. However, Travis had done some digging on the internet and found out sometimes the microphone issue is a blown fuse....which had nothing to do with the remote start installation. Sure enough, that's what it was. He replaced the fuse, worked great, saved me from taking BACK to the dealership ( who, in my opinion should have found the problem to begin with) , AND didn't charge me a dime! Great customer service in my book!!

I was a little hesitant to get any work done on my brand new car. My two previous vehicles had upgrades done at another shop in town and I had nothing but bad experiences. A friend of mine told me to go to Rockin Ronnys because they do professional work. He was right. Not only does my sound system look amazing in my car but the sound is out of this world. The staff there was friendly, professional, and really made sure that I was not only getting exactly what I wanted but was happy with the results before letting me drive away. I will definitely be going back once winter comes to get a remote start if this is the kind of care they put into all of their work.

Took in my JL to get a light bar taken off. Had been causing me issues since I got my Jeep. They took it off within 20 minutes and I was out the door. Also, for half the estimated cost! Definitely will be going back for more accessories.

Derran stayed in good communication with me starting from the planning phase, through completion. He was knowledgeable in knowing which parts would be best and didn't recommend things that would be a waste of money for me. He did the research on parts to make sure I was getting what I wanted. I think he got as excited as I did about the additions to my vehicle. He made sure it was done right, and the way I wanted. His staff was good to work with and were very helpful when I had questions. They installed am AEV lift with 35" Nitro RG tires on 17" fuel assault wheels with stepbars and LED headlights. They also recalibrated the speedometer. The manual transmission shifts smoother now than it did out of the factory. We will be getting some vinyl work done next, and a tuned JL Audio system later this year. It's nice to have a shop like this in town that specializes in custom work and treats you well.

I went to Rockin Romney's two years ago. Home of the one dollar install. I was charged shop time, charged for wire, connectors, removal of old system. I had two brand new pioneer speakers I had to dig them out of the dumpster. All together I was charged $200 + $1.00 for the install. The antenna was not plugged in and before I got back to Arizona one speaker did not work. I paid over $700 for a 100 dollar deck an two 6�9 speakers. No Vaseline included. I guess the one dollar install is for sliding the deck in because I was charged for every other part of the install.
