Went there for an alignment before I went on vacation. When they we re finished with my alignment they left the steering components loose(adjuster sleeves) costing me $1,920(with receipts) in damages and repair bills. The only thing they said they could do about it is redo my alignment and offered me $50 (that they still haven t even given me) for my tires that were wore completely bald. $50 won t even cover the mount and balance fee for new tires. Now mind you this is a 3/4 ton truck so tires aren t exactly cheap And yes all 4 tires were wore bald because I rotated them so I could get home since there were no shops open at the timeUpdate: they gave me a check for the original $50 and an extra $25 for the inconvenience still have to pay the rest of the $1,845 out of pocket

Bad service, today I went to have my car aligned and it turned out that the steering wheel was crooked, so he asked me: Did the alignment they did not help? Maybe the guy who performed the service didn't know how to do his job. Is a gotcha.

Avoid it if you can. While the people are friendly they aren't fair with labor prices and they dont provide upfront honest pricing estimates. Could've saved 200 dollars on brake line changes but we weren't consulted prior to them doing the work even after we asked them to tell us the final estimates first. Each time I've gone ive had this experience. I think it's fair to ask for honest prices and honest work.Update: the break lines weren't even fully put back! There was a line hanging out from under the truck. We paid over 400 dollars and the job wasnt finished. You can clearly see it in the picture. This company probably gets by bc they are next to the Ford dealership and send people there. DONT GO. I don't write reviews for the hell of it. I do it to help honest people out. You deserve honest work for the money you spend and this is not the place to go to.

Took my vehicle there for alignment had to wait three hours for them to preform the job. After it was done I was told they had left my headlights one and it had drained my battery. My option was to wait another two hours until they could recharge my battery. They jumped my vehicle and I decided to leave. I was never told my battery could have issues in the future. Little did I know. My car died that day so I decided to buy a new battery that cost me 180 that I didn t need to spend. The next day my vehicle broke down on the highway. So I decided to call Quick Lane to see if they had an idea of what it could be since my car did NOT HAVE any issues before it went into the shop other the alignment. I spoke to the manager and he said it was more than likely the alternator because my battery had drained the day before. But he couldn t have the courtesy to tell me that the day before. I had to get my the alternator fixed and paid 700 for that. Just because someone at Quick Lane left my headlights on. How professional is that? As I was stranded on the side of the road. I would NOT recommend or advise anyone to take your vehicle here!Service: Steering & suspension repair

UPDATE 6 years later: this place is a SCAM now, you've been warned!!! They used to be our go to place for oil changes and tires. After Kaitlyn's scam of telling me the lug nuts were worn out and her co-hort John at the desk chiming in that lug nuts wear out due to ice and snow (this is our Florida car). I knew it was a scam right after I agreed to change them out. I was concerned they would do some harm to my vehicle so I just let it be. When I called the manager Cameron in the morning, he relayed there is a lug nut problem - even the manager backs these scams. Google lug nut scam you'll see. I left my prior google review from 6 years ago to show that this place used to be better.I called around for a specific tire for my SUV. I finally found my tires in stock at Quick Lane. The service advisor, Daniel couldn't of been more helpful and even price matched my tires. Service was performed promptly and the courtesy shuttle service was a bonus! This is the second time I used Quick Lane for tires and I've been happy both times.Service: Oil change

I just had my first visit there. I rarely write reviews but I d like to share my positive experience. Joel is the name of the employee that worked on my car and I m very grateful for the service I received from Joel. I brought my car in for routine maintenance (oil change, tire rotation, etc). Joel came into the waiting area to let me know he was almost finished. I asked him how the air filter looked and he said it looked ok, it didn t need changing just yet. I mentioned to Joel that I had been getting a few miles per gallon less on the highway recently and thought maybe the air filter needed changing. Joel asked how often I park my car outside. When I said all the time , Joel offered to check my vents to see if I had anything lodged in there. A few minutes later Joel came back out and said he found a mouse nest in my vents and he had cleaned that out. He suggested changing the air filter now because mice can be toxic. I was more than grateful for Joel going the extra mile in servicing my car. I never would have found the mouse nest myself and I m glad Joel took the initiative to look.

I'm surprised at the bad reviews, I've had nothing but good experiences here for the last 2 years. Good prices & efficient service, especially speedy if you make an appointment. Only a couple of times did I have problems with this location, but the managers resolved it very quickly. MUCH better service than Tires Plus or Jiffy Lube, & much less expensive than some of the other shops around town.

Very disappointed to find out today the oil filter that was put on during my last oil change at Quick Lane was never tightened and was a quarter turn from coming off! That coupled with a hood that wasn t latched when I left the day of the oil change has me seriously questioning the skill level of the people working on the vehicles serviced there! Might I note there were three people, yes three, working on my vehicle during my appointment. Guess if I have to check these items myself when I leave I will change my own oil. #whoisaccountable

Avoid them like the plague they are! Their salesmen will make you think you have a serious problem, and will overcharge in parts and labor while their mechanics "work" on your car. They have "worked" on my power steering 3 times in the past 2 months, costing me $700, and it's still not fixed. They replaced one hose for my power steering, which lasted about 1 hour before I had to bring it back in. Then they replaced another hose because they didn't fix the problem with the first hose and almost tried to charge me for the extra part. I watched them work on my vehicle and I must say I was very disappointed by the way they work by dropping screws and other parts without a care in the world. They are very unprofessional and are only looking to make money off of you. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!

I hardly ever make an appointment only visit when I need my oil changed. Besides being efficient and timely with the oil change they provide a thorough review of your car and advise areas that may or may not need attention. Store location is neat and tidy and staff very helpful and friendly

Although they did a great job with the oil change on my vehicle I noticed minor discrepencies in professionalism. First of all they could not find which vehicle was mine, they went to two other completely different vehicles before finding mine which was sitting right in front. Although it's not the biggest concern, it does worry the owner of a vehicle when they can't discern different makes and models. Secondly, they told me my one of two batteries was bad, I refused to let them fix it and took it home where I tested the batteries myself. On top of that I took it to two other shops for second opinions. Neither battery was bad, they tried to make an easy profit by convincing me a battery was bad.

I Made an appointment to have work done on my vehicle arrived 10 minutes early and my vehicle was not taken into the bay for 30 minutes. After waiting 5 hours, at the store, I was informed that the issue with "might be *specified part*". 5 hours for something that could have taken me 3 at home with the right tools and another body. The only reason this place is getting 2 stars from me is due to the customer service.I do not and will not recommend getting work done here.

Worst experience with tires I have ever had, purchased tires in October 60k Mile warranty, bald after 20k miles in may, told the tires were under full warranty and would not be charged for anything but the alignment, made several phone calls to confirm the tires and appointment were ready to go, went in was then told I had to pay for the labor on the tires, not mentioned prior to the appointment. I accepted this charge, offered to pay at the time of service and was told to wait due to the fact the service rep didn't know if I needed to pay for the labor or if it was in fact included. Five days later I received a phone call that the tires would only be prorated and I needed to pay almost 600$ after all was said and done, absolute garbage service and I will not trust anyone who works for the company.

My wife needs to stop going here. She got an appointment and a price for an oil change. (The works package for $39). When service was "complete," they tried charging her over $70 for the oil change only (they reluctantly agreed to do the tire rotation for free since we just bought the tires at New Ulm Quick Lane, so that price was strictly for the oil change). Happens every time she goes there. Luckily she can herself and didn't pay that price. If you don't ask for the cheaper price for the same work, they charge you double. When the wife got home, I found that the tires were not rotated even though when I called the location, the tech who did the work insisted the tires were indeed rotated. I made note of the tire locations before the service was done...these tires were not rotated. Oh and don't let having an appointment time fool you into thinking they will be quick. Quick Lane of New Ulm on the other hand is top notch.

Good place to wash. They have self serve and you can buy extra cleaning accessories from the vending machines.

This place is not at all professional or honest whatsoever. I started going here for oil changes and every time I go there they tell me something different than what they told me last time was "wrong" with my car. Thinking I won't know anything because I'm a female (joke is on them) so they try getting away with what they can. Tried telling me my check engine light was on, when it wasn't. Said my battery was bad so I got it checked at O'Riley's and they said it was still showing it was good. If I had belived Quick Lane and let them just put a new one in, they would have socked me for $150 bucks just for a battery that I didn't need. I got brand new tires in December 2016 and they wrote it up that the tread isn't all that great already. I have not put enough miles on to wear and tear them that much in only a few months. I can look at them and clearly see that they are still in great condition. They had the miles of my car completely off....on the receipt they gave me, saying it had 139,000 when I brought it in and on the sticker for when I need my next oil change, said it would be 133,000 and the date they put for when they changed the oil was 6 months off from the actual date. The actual miles on my car is 134,000. Nothing matched up at all! So they either mixed my car up with someone else's or they were not paying any attention and just guessingat details. Needless to say I have had enough of this place's dishonesty and will not be going back ever again and I will let others know of the poor service.

Every time I go to this place for an oil change they tell me I have an oil leak. I have had them attempt to fix the issue twice. Then I went to a Chevy dealer to have it done right. I recently put a new engine in my car. Today these guys tell me I have an oil leak. I question d them and they all look around like lost rats.... I tell them I just replaced my engine with a new one. Then it turned into that maybe it s residual from before... YAAAAAAAA RIGHT! Now I drive home and all I smell is burning oil. There was no burning oil when I dropped the car off. Be aware. I can t confirm but smells fishy.

My car was towed on Saturday to Quicklane Mankato. They examined my vehicle and they told me they could not get a shifter cable until Tuesday. They said they replaced the bushings that hold the cable. When I went to pick up my vehicle they left me feeling very uncomfortable about the work they had done. I did not feel safe in my vehicle so I brought my vehicle to the Ford Dealership on Monday although there notes said if it happened again to bring it to a Ford Dealership but with there uncomfortable phrasing I brought it in. They examined the work that was done by Quicklane Mankato and I didn t even need a cable. They Informed me the bushings that Quicklane installed were installed upside down and were the wrong bushings for my vehicle. I had to pay for new bushings and labor again at the dealership. I was never told by Quicklane that the wrong bushings were put into my vehicle nor is that anywhere on my paperwork. Quicklane Mankato will not refund me my money although the wrong bushings were installed and they installed them upside down.

This place is incredible. I walked in with a big problem, and they worked me in and got my car fixed in 40 minutes. The employees at Mankato Quicklane are very professional and extremely skilled. I will be bringing all my vehicles to Mankato Quicklane from now on. I will tell all my family and friends about Mankato Quicklane, and I will be buying gift cards for Christmas presents.

NOT HONEST!! I was at the quick lane in mankato,mn for an oil change a couple weeks ago. They tell me I'm gonna need a new battery, and the one I have should be at 500 cold cranking amps, but that it only tested at 417 cca. They even gave me a print out. I went to advance auto parts and AutoZone, both in mankato. Had them each test the battery, and the battery tests just fine! So much for quick lane. I know only the extreme basics of cars, but I do know to get 2nd opinions. NEVER again. And they wonder why they get bad reviews..duh!! They did it to themselves. One star rating is very generous.

Came here as a walk-in. The front desk told us that they could get us in right away. Our car was finally in the garage over 30 minutes later. Had I known, I would have made an appointment for another time so we weren't sitting around for over an hour.

Absolute terrible experience. Had a coolant flush done and took 2.5+ hours when I was told it would take no more than 45 minutes. Now I have my car home and I found damage on it from where they lifted it. Terrible customer service and horrible place to have work done. Will never go back.

I bought a new truck at ford next door, (spent $41k) my windshield wiper fluid froze up the next day( someone watered it down to save money) brought it to quicklane to have it changed. They changed it but happened to drive my new white truck through grease on their floor (poor housekeeping), then when i drove it home grease sprayed from my tires all over the side of my truck, so i spent about 40 minutes today degreasing my truck. This type of things falls on ford and quicklane, but i think they're owned by one person or business.

Save your money and go somewhere else. I've had my fair share of bad wheel bearings and noticed the the tell tale sound a couple of weeks after getting a new car. I brought it here for them to replace the bearings, but instead was told it was my shocks that were out. About a month later, I brought my car in for am oil change and tire rotation, and still they noticed nothing. Today I brought my car into a mechanic closer to where I work since the strange noise persisted and they identified the bad bearing right away.
