Profesional, courteous, and first class service received by Pomp's tire service in my moment of need. They took care of my vehicle's flat in no time and had me back on the road faster than I could finish the complimentary cup of coffee I was enjoying. I strongly recommend this business!

They were able to get me in quickly with a flat tire. Even with having to wait for the replacement, I was out in less than an hour. Very friendly, fast service.

Had purchased a set of tires earlier this year. One developed a slow leak, so stopped to see when I could get an appointment. They took care of it on the spot!! They re great.

I hope I have the right location. My truck broke down in St.James MN on 12/08/23. A man by the name of Mack Douglas (I hope I'm spelling that right) Arrived promptly, In the pitch black he was able to fix the blown tire. He went a step further to inspect my truck to find another tire that needed to be replaced immediately. Luckily he did this or it could have been another 8 hours until someone else could have arrived. I had a technician come out before Mack from another company who was unable to fix the truck. The bottom line is. Mack deserves a raise or some sort of acknowledgment. From the bottom of my heart. Thanks, Buddy!

My car wouldn't start so they diagnosed it and fixed it... they didn't ask about the seatbelt lights/alarm or the uphill assist lights being on...or if I would appreciate them being fixed... they DON'T go the extra mile to see if they can make more money they just did the bare minimum and didn't even ask...Update... they wanted to charge me a fee for the second diognostic and repair... took it to another place in Mankato instead of $214 origanal charge (Plus who knows how much for the second fuse replacement and diognostics) the new place charged me $65, replaced the (all of a sudden)MISSING fuse and now the vehicle works great!

Trustworthy, dependable and friendly mechanic shop! Have been taking all my vehicles here for last 10 years and they consistently solve problems vs upselling unnecessary costly upgrades/part replacements.

Stayed open on a Friday night to patch my tire (I was on my way home from a road trip) ... fast, friendly service and really helped me out in a bind -- highly recommend.

Bought tires they mounted, easy and quick. Then had a nail a few months later and took care of that no problem again easy and quick. I am hard to please but they did it! Thank you.

Prices are sort of high but so is everything these days & these guys are worth the service! They have a shuttle service and will give you honest work.

Called at 3:30 on a busy Monday afternoon, Pat told me to come right away, about an hour later for $31.80 my flat is good to go. Thanks for getting me in so quickly Pat!

Pomp s got my vehicle in the same day I called and patched my tire; when a different tire repair business said that it couldn t be fixed, and checked my treads on my tires and reported them good, more than 50% life left on my tires; when I was told by another tire repair business my treads/tires were bad and that I would need to replace all 4 tires. I will return to Pomp s for all of my tire needs!

Always have had excellent service by very friendly folks here in Mankato. I buy my tires here and have my summer tires switched back and forth with my snow tires. 10/10.

My brother and I got the pleasure of working with Randy and Patrick. They were sooooo friendly, helpful and kind. We had a unique situation with some tires (car and tractor) and they went above and beyond for us. I highly recommend Pomp's.10.20.23 - My brother, husband and I again had the pleasure of working with the wonderful team at this company! Matt exceeded my wildest expectations! Thank you Matt!! You have NO idea how much your generosity means to us and our family. Patrick, thank you so much for fixing the tire on our Sorento. I just can't say enough about this team - and company! Please check them out if you haven't already!!!

They were very good and very helpful. I m sorry, I don t remember the guy s name but he went above and beyond to help my daughter at college with her flat tire and getting new tires for her car because she needed to drive home that weekend. I highly recommend, anyone going there.

Worst place to take a vehicle to have done. They can t even fix head lights correctly paid 2500 for stuff to be done and new head light assembly put in etc. such rude people that work there too. Never again will go to a this place and thinking about taking them to court to get are money back because you didn t fix anything what is the point of you keeping the money we gave them.

I had some issues with the front end of my Kia, Pomp s got it in and found out the problem right away. They found another problem while fixing it. They called me and explained what they found. Got it fixed and ordered new tires. Tires were supposed to show up the next day, they weren t on the truck. So they made a special trip to get them for me. It was fast, friendly service and reasonably priced. I will definitely go back again.

Really enjoy coming down to Pomps. The team is always so welcoming. They not only give you the time to explain issues with your vehicle , but give a positive feedback with no pressure. Pat is great to explain things with your vehicle to help prevent later problems with your vehicle. Always have a good experiences.

The only reason I'm giving them 2 stars is because I know they were having issues with their phone and computer systems, otherwise I'd give them 1 star. I made an appointment last week to have my car looked at Monday afternoon. It wasn't looked at until late Tuesday afternoon and was promised to be done Wednesday by 4pm. I get there after 4pm Wednesday and my car wasn't done. Their phone system was back up so they could have called me to let me know. I called a 45 minutes ago to get a status update and the employee I talked to (Pat) was very rude. He told me he'd find out when my car would be done but still hasn't called. I will NEVER use them again!!!Edit to add: Someone else had to call to get information for me. Turns out they were having problems getting the new fuel pump and now it won't be done until late today, maybe. Their phone system is back up so there was NO reason they couldn't have called me yesterday or even call me back today. I am changing my review to 1 star.

The guys at Pomp's were top notch. They were friendly, efficient and accommodating with repairing the tires on my truck. I plan on buying new tires for my car at Pomp's before winter. Great service!

I have never posted a bad review, these are nice people at Pomps, but: Took my RV there, spent $3800 and they didn't know how to align my steering wheel with the front end they worked on. Said it could not be done without a $400 part. Took it to Baurer Built in Mankato. 30 minutes later, they fixed it no extra part. Pomps did cover the $62.00 charge.
