This is a very busy place, but it's also very well run. The lounge has plenty of space with free hot and cold beverages available and additional beverages and snacks for purchase. The coffee was ok, which is better than I was expecting! When my car was ready, everything was explained to me and all of my questions were answered. I noticed they had forgotten to reapply the windshield protection product that we had talked about. My car was quickly taken back into the shop and the windshield looked perfect when they brought it out again. I was given a free car wash card for the inconvenience, which I really appreciated!

Their service department is absolutely the best! I trust them implicitly with my car. Their shuttle service is a great perk. I don't have to worry about anything when I'm here.

This is by far the best place to get your car serviced in Mankato. They are so respectful, honest, and quick. Other places have tried to scam me into doing things that weren't necessary and would give no explanation. Here, they explain everything to you and will answer all of your questions with so much patience. And my favorite part is that they remember your name. You're not just another customer.

I went in only wanting an oil change because I got lured in by a coupon I received in the mail. From the minute we "checked in", they were trying to sell us on doing other checks, rotations and maintenance that I declined. We signed the papers for them to start and my husband and I went to their waiting area with our sleeping toddler. The waiting room is very nice, complimentary water and popcorn. My issue is that a simple oil change took almost an hour and a half because they went over the entire car and came back to us with their list of recommendations for small things to be fixed. They almost seemed obsessed with the fact that we had an aftermarket wiper on the drivers side. They wanted to change and add and rotate all types of things (which my husband does on his own) but I just wanted an oil change because I had a coupon. I listened to the sales pitches but said no to it all. If they would have listened to me from the start, I'm sure the entire process would have been faster because I just wanted an oil change with zero intentions of anything else. This experience was like going to a time share pitch, just trying to sell you to fix what doesn't need fixing. I apologized to my husband because the $3 I saved from just having him change the oil was completely not worth it. I threw out the rest of my coupons and have no intentions of going back. I will say that the employees were on the friendly side but probably because they are trying to sell you on $800 in unnecessary work.Service: Oil change

Best place to get service for your Honda or any other brand of vehicle. Always friendly and explain all items thoroughly. Never an attempted up-sale on junk you don t need.

We had our oil changed here. The team was available and helping us the minute we pulled into the garage. They were straight forward with their process and clarified what we wanted them to do/look at. We were provided a shuttle to and from an appointment we attended while the oil was being changed.When the team has assessed the vehicle they called us to let us know what other services, in addition to the oil change, could be provided for our car that day (change spark plugs, etc). They went with our reply and when the service was completed we recieved a message that the car was done and ready. We were able to complete the payment on our phone as we waited for the shuttle to come get us as our appointment was finishing up at that same time. We were 10 mins away from Luther Honda and the shuttle was there within 10 minutes.Overall excellent service!! Thank you Luther Honda!

Parts department is the best service for factory parts wouldn't recommend to have your car serviced here had my honda crv in for repairs and got charged for services that were not performed found this out when the timing chain jumped valve cover gasket and water pump and idler pulley were still factory but I was charged at Mankato Luther for these services performed when In fact they were not
