My goal was to get a new lease car. The service I got was outstanding. Every thing was explained to me in great detail. Donnie answered all my questions. I was able to drive 2 different cars to see how I would like either one. He spent a lot time with me. Also Chris the finance person was excellent explaining every thing I need to know. I have leased and bought cars from this dealership, and they are great to work with. I would recommend this dealership to any one.

Let me start off with saying how much I love this specific dealership. I m on my FIFTH vehicle with them because I just can t get enough. Christopher Hawes has been my salesperson each time, he always finds me the perfect fit according to my wants & needs. All the staff are people-centric & their knowledge is top tier. The process has always been smooth sailing. They have such a clean welcoming environment. I recommend Luther Mankato Honda to everyone, love love love! You won t regret going here!

Excellent Service, awesome car shopping experience. Jake Menderfeld was extremely helpful and chill, zero pushy at all. Him and the financing department got me a great deal for the new car and for my trade. Definitely was worth the drive to Mankato from the Twin Cities. In less than 2hrs I was out driving my brand new car back to the Cities. I will refer my friends and family to Luther Mankato For sure.

I went into the dealership not knowing what I wanted except that it had to be a Honda product based on my previous driving/service experiences. Cole Thorson provided me with the knowledge to make a good decision based on my needs. He was exceptional in answering my questions (and there were many!) and allowing me ample time to test-drive different vehicles and assisting me in weighing different options. I am grateful for Cole's professionalism and the expertise he provided. And, I am thrilled with my new vehicle purchase! I would strongly recommend working with Cole and the folks at Luther Mankato Honda!

We appreciated the work and effort Chris put in to helping us purchase and understand our new Honda. Since it had been over 10 years since we had purchased our other Honda, much had changed with the many extra features that now are standard. Chris was patient in explaining several times how everything works, and in helping us set up what we were initially comfortable with using. We have been happy with the care received with our older Honda, and look forward to continuing our basic maintenance, with our new Honda, at Luther.

If there were 6 stars available, this rating would be that! I just bought my first Honda, and I'll say that this is the most trustworthy group of people I've ever done car business with. Very sincere and helpful from sales to finance. They're very respectful and truly want to do the best they can for you. Ask for Cole Thorson :-)

This was the first purchase we have ever made at Luther Honda in Mankato, and it will not be the last. It was an extremely pleasant experience working with Cole Thorson. I genuinely think he cared about meeting our needs and not being pushy in order to make a sale. He was upfront and to the point with information and answers to our questions. The fact that they said let s see if just resurfacing front rotors fix s the shake before doing the back. I love any Business if they put the customer first like this, instead of lining their pockets with unnecessary work charged it grows trust instead of breaking it. Car started to shake a lot when breaking after tires were rotated. I was concerned about this drastic change, and they got it in right away to check it and give me peace of mind for safety. Jens and the team are amazing at what they do Honda would be a fool to lose him.

I cannot say enough good things about them. I was a first time buyer with lots of questions. I never felt rushed and they kindly explained everything I asked and gave me lots of options. Worst experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. Bought a used vehicle and within 20 days needed a motor replaced. Had me bring the car in 4 separate times before they actually figured out what the problem was. Then refused to pay the $1000 difference for the motor with the better warranty. Did not care about the inconvenience to me and my family. Will never be buying from this dealership again.

Jim was amazing from initial contact to closing sale. He was not pushy and did not make me feel pressured throughout the process, unlike other sales people had. I don't know a lot about cars, or didn't prior to this experience, and Jim never made me feel like he was talking down to me or taking advantage of me not knowing everything about buying a car. He was informative, super straightforward, and kind AND available for questions at any time. So glad I made the drive to Mankato and was lucky enough to get to work with Jim! Finance was also very helpful and fast and I would go back for sure for my next car. THANK YOU!!!

I had an excellent experience in purchasing my new Honda CRV. The salesman, Donnie Sakib, was friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, and available in person and via text messages throughout the entire process of test driving, ordering, and purchasing my new vehicle. Our experience purchasing our new vehicle at Luther Mankato Honda was great from start to finish. With the help and guidance of our salesman, Casey Olney, we really enjoyed the whole process. Casey really listened to us about our needs in a vehicle and he guided and suggested but did not push. HE allowed for our crazy, busy schedules and worked with us when coming up with times to meet. We liked how he followed up with texts or calls. My husband and I felt we were really well taken care of at the dealership and are thrilled with our new vehicle.

I recommend this place. I was unfortunately in need of a vehicle and wasn't at all ecstatic about having to spend money & time to do that. That being said, Nate Engel helped me pick out a vehicle well within my price range. He ensured a smooth process and an overall positive experience. There was a slight mix-up with the final bill, but Nate fixed the issue within the same day I purchased the car. All in all, this is a good place to do business at.

Financing was smooth and I was thrilled with the interest rate Honda was able to give me as it was significantly lower than what my credit union and other dealerships were able to do.
