The staff are awesome. Desiree and the whole team are really great and have made my experiences there even better than they have been in the past. Prices are reasonable and they're quite quick with services. The updates to the waiting area have been welcome and a few more would be great.

Purchased a full reconditioning for my wife's Jeep Grand Cherokee. We arrived after Lagers had closed for the day(they closed early as we arrived at 4:50 and they were closed) and upon inspection of the vehicle, I notice the back passenger door had not been cleaned at all and there was visible dust/gravel still on the door next to the window. There was also dry water marks all over the dash and windows. Overall, not impressed. When we purchased a "Full Recon", I figured it would be very clean and similar to any of the cars on the used lot. Not even close. I will not be going back or recommending this service to anyone. Really a waste of $260.

This is the only hand car wash place around. They do an amazing job and do a detailed clean of the inside of your car with the regular wash for $23. Great price and great service. Call in advance to see if they are busy because it is a walk in service but they do get crowded with appointments.

Favorite place in Mankato to get an oil change. Hang out and relax :) Mitch the service tech was amazing he stopped and apologized for my wait, but I was in no rush. So sweet. Thank you for taking good care of my vehicle and when I checked in and out Cheyenne (apologies if it s misspelled) Great customer services skills and very genuine personality. You guys are always awesome! Thank you for your hard work

Asked for hand wash only on my truck and they ran it through the brush and ruined my ceramic caotin on my new truck. Beware and don't take your truck there. No black vehicles

Purchased the oil "service contract." When I go there, I'm told there is a long wait due to the number of folks ahead of me, as in three hours or so--three stops in a week, same story. When there was no wait, finally, the lady working the desk said she didn't have a password for the computer and couldn't honor my contract. "Cash only." Great...how about giving the person the password that they need!I called and spoke with the Service Manager. She told me that the lady working could have called the service department to get the password.Funny, the lady working the desk said no one was answering in the service department. The Service Manager said she'd research the problem and call me back. Weeks later, still no call, still no oil change, no service--terrible. Regardless of the low price, it's not a deal if you can't ever use it.A sign of great customer service is a prompt, returned phone call--some semblance of concern. Not the case here! STAY AWAY!

Never can get a appointment they always say a week away but no cars are there when I'm outside calling so I go through quick trip instead

Brought my vehicle for a total reconditioning and they didn't do the job right, had to bring it in a second time for them to finish cleaning it and still wasn't completely done

Didn't do a good job washing my car. They did not clean up the back seat nor they vacuumed it.They did not clean up the hand stand from the inside and they didn't even throw away the trash.
