I went there to order some parts for my john deere 140 lawn tractor. This has been my favorite small engine shop since Gaffers lawn. Jay helped me figure out what parts I would need and was very fair on price. They have a great selection of snow blowers there right now.

Jay's Outdoor Equipment & Repair is a great business with top notch customer service! Jay and his technicians are knowledgeable and friendly. We take all of our small engine repairs to his shop. He is fast and very reliable. I would totally recommend him for you small engine needs. I heard he will soon be a mower dealer and expand his shop! It would be worth checking it out.

Great service and trustworthy service. Needed a belt replaced and asked to replace all since 1 snapped. I didn't realize there are 5 total belts on my mower and saved a bunch of money when I was assured the other belts were in excellent shape. Tune up and other general maintenance at an a great price also.

I ve had several mechanical services completed at Jay s over the course of a few months and I am so amazingly pleased with the service and overall environment of the place. All the mechanics were knowledgeable and courteous. I appreciate honesty and transparency when having mechanical services done and found the mechanics at Jay s to be NOT at all pushy with extra (unneeded) services. Will recommend to everyone in need of GREAT service.

Called and talked to Jay on the phone, was super helpful impressed with his knowledge and friendliness so I set up a appointment for the fallowing Wednesday, was told I should have it back on Friday. Dropped my boat off Tuesday night and was told I would get a call giving me a estimate. Thursday rolls around and still no call, I called them, the kid I talked to was very rude and told me that I wasn t the only guy that wanted my boat back... I let that go and called back Friday morning, same kid told me that they fixed my steering problem but it wasn t perfect, should get better in time using it. He assured me that they would DEFINITELY call me when it was done. Waited till 5:30 Friday night to leave on a fishing trip without my boat because they never called. I called back Monday morning and talked to Jay, boat was finished Friday afternoon.... told him they never called and I went on a trip without the boat, he says sorry about that . I let this go too. Picked my boat up tonight and found the steering is the same as when I dropped it off, was charged 150 dollars for I m not sure what. This I know, the steering cable will not come out of the tube without pulling the motor off, my motor was not pulled off, unless they didn t clean off the old silicone. So irritated over this, we work hard for our money and then to be billed 150 for absolutely nothing is Ridiculous.

Awesome service, I am a lawn care provider and this is the only place I will take my equipment. Jay is extremely trust worthy. I told him to get my zero turn to tip top shape for the year and he did, without replacing unnecessary parts. He will figure out what is wrong with your item and verify that you want to fix it before doing any work. I cant recommend taking your items to him enough.

Needed a new snowblower and after checking out other places Jay was the most reasonable in prices and had the most inventory to look over. I was really surprised when he took my old one off my hands. Definitely going back.

I would rate lower if I could. Do not trust this guy to stand by anything let alone his word. Turnover time took almost a year for a simple repair and another 6 months to Try and repair it correctly. They failed and I took it to Star cycle who took pictures of how bad they messed up. I went to Jay and he said he would refund 600 out of a 1700 dollar bill. Never did. Never go here or put money down as I did. He is a liar and a cheat but will give you the big integrity speech. He is overpriced and unqualified. You will save money and a headache by going someplace reputable.

I took my boat motor into here, I had it in multiple other other shops and no one could get it to run right. After having it here not only did it run right it ran better than it ever had before! I was even told what had happened and how to avoid this issue in the future. I appreciate not only the fantastic service but the information I was given to be able to avoid a repair in the future. I will bring all my equipment here in the future!

My husband thought the engine on our snow blower was bad because it wouldnt start and we needed to buy a new one ($1000 for a decent one). Thankfully the guys at Jay's figured out it was a simple leak so gas wasnt getting to the engine.Could have taken us for way more money but thankfully their honest.

This place is one of the good ones! If you need it fixed, an honest, no-bs answer or good advice on what to buy this is the place and Jay is your guy! I'd trust sending my mom or girlfriend in there knowing they won't be getting the runaround.

Within 2 days of me calling to request a repair to my mower, they had picked it up, repaired it and delivered it back to my house. And very reasonably priced. So recommend!

I have owned my zero turn lawnmower for a year. I bought it used. I have suffered with a problem every 6 months. And unfortunately it cost me $150 (pto clutch) each time. After numerous of phones calls to cub cadet as well as briggs and stratton they didn't have a solution. I walked into Jay's Outdoor Equipment and Repair, and I was excited that Jay figured out the solution quickly. Thanks again Jay the service and help is greatly appreciated. I didn't know what I was going to do.

Jay did an OUTSTANDING job fixing my two snowmobiles. They were very responsive to getting my sleds back in action. With all this snow they made sure I'll be able to ride with all of this great snow!!!!!!

Had some problems with my boat over a weekend. Needed it repaired ASAP as i was headed on a fishing trip the next weekend. No one in town could help me out. Called Jay and he said he was about a week and a half out before he could look at it. Told him my situation and he squeezed me in and had the parts shipped overnight so I could get my boat back before the weekend. No one else does work on my boat now.

Does a great job working on our truck motor mounts and we can always count on them to get it done quick!
