City Auto Glass took care of a small chip in my windshield making sure it didn't become a big problem. They loaned me a car to use while they were working on mine so my day wasn't drastically impacted. They do quality work and have a friendly office. I've used their services multiple times and have always been satisfied.

Was so easy ! I contacted my Insurance. Right away I got a call to make an appointment with City Auto glass . Jake called before he came to my home to fix my windshield and did an excellent job .

Called these guys to replace a drivers door window. They stripped a bolt trying to get the old glass off and were unable to replace the glass. All they told me was to take it to a dealership to get it fixed. Now I have to spend my own money to fix their screw up and then need to find a new place to get the window fixed. Horrible company.

Brad texted me to say he would be here in about 10 minutes. He arrived as estimated. He introduced himself. Brad got his workstation set up for the first process of removing my cracked windshield. My old windshield was really attached, so he had to work to loosen it up. Brad removed the broken windshield and put it in his van. He went back and cleaned up the area where the new windshield would be attached, by scraping away the remainder of the old rubber seal and old adhesive, and cleaned it with a solution to get it really clean so the new windshield could be installed. Brad was chatting and answering my questions as he worked. He didn't stop working. Brad remained cordial throughout the whole process even though I kept asking questions. He proceeded to prepare the new windshield and the surface of my van to get it ready for the new glass. Brad carefully carried the new windshield to my van and set the windshield in place where he had prepped the surface. He made sure it was lined up properly, then continued to seal around the entire windshield. Brad reattached the mirror, cleaned the glass, inside and outside. Brad put away his tools, AND he cleaned up all of the scraps of old and extra materials laying on the driveway where he was working. The work area was free of all debris when he was ready to go.Brad was very professional, courteous, great attitude, friendly, visited with me and answered my questions while he was working, was efficient, cleaned up after himself.Brad is a great asset to your company. City Auto Glass in Mankato did an awesome job replacing a windshield for me. They were flexible with scheduling and had the car for 2 hours in total. I called in at 130pm to get a smashed window replaced from vandalism on vehicle. The lady who answered the call was very helpful and was able to get me squeezed into the schedule on the same day! They came out on site at my work and had a new windshield installed on by 330pm. If that isn't great service I don't know what is. Thank you!

Chad, the service tech was great. He replaced my windshield in my driveway in about 20 minutes and was very friendly and easy going. He found a mouse nest along the way and cleaned that out and also put my new wiper blades on. I would definitely recommend City Auto Glass of Mankato to my friends and family. Timely and very satisfied. One negative: I cannot seem to get the glass clean; it appears to be an adhesive residue, possibly from the protecting film that is on the windshield during shipping. City Auto Glass in Mankato is an awesome business with solid leadership and employees! I just had my windshield replaced by Jake. He was extremely friendly and professional. There is literally nothing he could have done to make this experience any better! I'm very happy with the quality of work that he did and the outcome is perfect. Thank you Jake! I hope City recognizes what a man of character you are and also your awesome work ethic and perfect people skills, and pull you right up the ladder because you're a keeper! It was great chatting with you while you worked and thanks for being cool with me watching and learning how windshield replacements are done. At 47 years old, I guess I'm officially that old guy who is fascinated by random things hahaha.I went with City Auto Glass because of their excellent Google reviews and because they accept Geico insurance, and it paid off! I had tried three different appointments with Safelite (because they're Gieco's recommended shop) and three times they made an excuse to not do the work! Just another example of a really big business that is too big to care about customer service. City Auto Glass is the complete opposite and they are rock stars. Jake had mentioned how his manager is a beast and cranks out the quality work. Obviously, he leads by example.After experiencing the Safelite nightmare, these guys made my day. Prompt on-site service. Sent me texts just before arrival, answered all my questions professionally and also sent text when they left. Windshield replacement completed without incident or needing followup. No leaks/air flow issues after several weeks of driving. I was referred to City Glass by my insurance company, State Farm. They replaced the windshield on my truck and recalibrated all sensors within 90 minutes. They were able to complete the work on my driveway while I worked from home. Their technician was very knowledgeable and friendly. Our sunroof exploded unexpectedly. We needed it replaced as soon as possible because this is our main auto. Painless experience with City Auto Glass. Other businesses gave us an estimated replace date of April. We were able to get in the same day the part came in. Four days from initial call to replacement complete. Awesome place!!

City Auto Glass was recommended by my insurance company. I could have chosen someone else but glad I decided to go with City Auto Glass. They came to my house and replaced my windshield. They were on time and when they finished you would never know anything had been done as it was all cleaned up. Called my insurance company for a windshield claim after a rock was flown at my windshield over the weekend. Within minutes I received a call for a time and day that works best for it to get replaced and for them to come to me, when they got here I had just woken up to fill my dogs bowls by the time I had gotten my dogs bowls filled I look out my window and they were done already with the paperwork sitting on my drivers seat. Very punctual. Prompt and professional. My new windshield looks amazing and writing about it does no justice. The lady on the phone who called me was very nice and answered any questions I had. Thank you very much. I ll definitely use again if needed (hopefully not anytime soon LOL). I ll definitely refer anyone that needs glass repair or replacement on their vehicle.
