These guys are great from the friendly kid at the counter who helped me out with my part to bring greeted by and engaged in pleasant banter with all employees that I encountered, to a very pleasantly jolly fellow, Josh R was the name on his name tag, he assisted us with a very minor but vital fix, he got my busted oil cap off so we could put on the new one. Hooray and hazzah!

The staff is knowledgeable and helps you find what you are looking to get what you need for your car. Also ready to order online and just pick it up when you can. Super fast turn around in these orders. You'll be pleasantly surprised!

When my family and I entered the store the employees were busy on their cellphones and didn t even greet us. When we asked for assistance the staff said that we needed to look up the information ourselves .but then proceeded to assist another customer even through they came in after us. Pretty disappointing so we left and went to their competitor down the road.

I had a dead car battery and the staff were super helpful! The store manager, Ralph Bade, installed the battery in my car himself and did so carefully and with attention to detail.

Javin A was incredibly helpful when we came in with a car issue. He went out of his way to look up a code that he found error in. He also did more research on his own and came out to the parking lot to further assist us with more info. We need more people like him in this world!!! Thank you so much!!!

Terrible customer service. I spent $400 dollars in this store and I thought I was going to have to fight my way out. After waiting in the front for ten minutes I finally see someone come out from the back so I asked if anyone worked here. The kid started yelling and swearing at me. After an exchange of words I saw someone who resembled a manager and I reported it to him. He apologized but did nothing to correct the kids attitude. I was finally helped by someone with customer service skills and was leaving the store. As I passed this kid I told him he should learn to watch his mouth. He then begins to swear at me again so I called for his manager again. As his manager was apologizing again, this kid was winking and smiling at me and laughing at his manager behind his back. I honestly can t believe manager s put up with this and enable kids to treat people this way. I work on a lot of vehicles and buy a lot of parts. Due to this encounter I ll never spend another dime at any AutoZone again.

I went to get a battery for my vehicle. Their web site showed they had 2 types suitable my vehicle. They did have both in stock. The clerk also was able to do the replacement right there. It was a pleasure doing business there.

Absolutely fantastic customer service. I was trying to find metal zip ties to use for a heat shield that was dangling. The person helping me checked every corner of the store to find them. Yes it took a little bit, but I appreciate them actually looking. I went to Oriley before and the employees there had the worst attitude ever. They just pointed to plastic zip ties and said yeah whatever just look there (even when I said two times I need metal ones). Almost made me buy $20 wire instead of $5 metal zip ties. Will for sure come to AutoZone first next time!

Went in to pick up an engine air filter and a cabin air filter for my vehicle. They didn't have the engine air filter in stock so I paid for both of them and was told that the engine air filter would be in the next day. Came in at noon the next day and the filter wasn't there yet, truck hadn't arrived yet, so no big deal. Told it would be in the next day. Showed up the next day just before they closed and they still didn't have it. Turns out the part was shipping from another store and that store had to be called in order to get the part sent out. They called the other store and said to come in the next day to pick it up. Went in for the third day in the evening and it still wasn't there, this time there was no reason and was told to wait to get a call to know that it is in. Went two days with no call (one of which was a holiday) so I stopped by a fourth time to check on it. This time I was told that they didn't have a phone number with the order so they couldn't call me, even though they emailed me the receipt. The clerk talked to someone else there and it turned out the part came in but after the part sat on their order shelf with my name on it for the two days and no phone number to call they decided to sell it to someone else. I had never had a bad experience with this store in the past but this one was so terrible that I will only go there again if its my only option.

They were extremely helpful. I knew exactly what I needed and they told me which isle. Has that good hometown feeling when you go there. Only reason not a five is because they re short handed but everybody is today.

Needed a new battery, bought one here and they installed it for free on the spot! (not sure if I got the best price but the employees and immediate installation were great!) also they read "check engine" codes for free here so you don't have to take it to a shop to know what's wrong with your car

This place is like every bad clich of a corporate auto parts store you've ever heard. There is one older guy that works there that knows what's going on. The rest are a bunch of teenagers that have to look EVERYTHING up on a computer. Everything. There isn't one spec of experience in any of them. I get it, teens need jobs too, but they should always be paired with someone very experienced.

This place has been steadily going downhill for years but today was the last time ill shop with you. The people working registers have no energy and clearly do not want to be there. Every single time I'm in the store the person who helps me has almost 0 knowledge of car parts. I try to come in to pick up a catalytic converter (that your website said you had in store) and I get to the store to be told that you can order it for me. You wasted 30 minutes of my time gas and my energy for what? Why would I come into your store to order a part when I can order that online? I can save time and money by orderng thru other online companies so why would I ever order through you again? Can't wait to see you go bankrupt.

Decent availability of parts.. Staff is nice. A couple of the front counter staff know what they are doing. The rest, not so much. I always look parts up on their website and give them a list of part numbers. This seems standard of any current generation of parts stores.

Saw and heard multiple employees while I waited at the register and not one employee addressed that I was there or asked if I needed help. One employee walked right passed me and asked the other customer, who was already being helped, if he needed anything and then bolted to the back when he said he was good. At least 4 employees walked by me and nobody said a word.

Friendly store personell. They can usually answer what questions I have and when I've asked for a product recommendation the advice is spot-on. If they don't know they check with someone else and don't wing it. Competitive pricing and a rewards program that's meh. O'Reilly's is better.

I went to AutoZone to have my truck batteries tested and found out 1 of them was bad. Shawn sold me a new battery and installed it for me. It wasn't the easiest battery to install, the area was small and my truck is tall, and it's already very humid out, but Shawn was very professional and got the old one out and the new one in. Great job Shawn! Sorry it was such a pain! I will definitely shop this store again!

I know a lot about cars and what parts I can replace on my own and what I need my husband to help with so it is done correctly. I appreciate the fact you had what I needed but surprised that the man helping me was a bit dismissive or shocked that I knew what I was talking about--yes there are woman that can work on cars!

Went in to get a tail light, the book tells me the wrong bulb so I come back to get the proper bulb and the employee tells me he has to return the bulb on my card then I can purchase the new bulb (same price) which took 15 minutes to do. I check my account and was charged for the bulb twice, and call the store and talk to Shawn (assistant manager) and he tells me that I have to drive back 1.5 hours away to get refunded. Then as I tell him that's ridiculous to drive 3 hours for $8.62 he hangs up on me. I will NEVER go to AutoZone again.

I don't dislike it. I just have not been inside. My wife was meeting a friend there to pick something up. Slightly awkward parking lot to access, but it was also busy in town too (day after black friday, so still crazy)
