The guys from Outlander Mobile RV Repair are the best, they answered the phone on a Sunday morning. They were at my RV within 2.5 hours of my call and had the heat fixed in under 1 hour. They had parts on hand and worked fast and safely to get my heat fixed. Thanks guys

We had an issue with our transfer relay switch. It had malfunctioned due to loose ground wires and was actually becoming a fire hazard. I called Bob at Outlander at 8 pm. We re in a very rural part of Minnesota and Outlander advertised 24 hour service. He drove an hour and a half to us that evening in order to diagnose our problem. He arrived at 9:30. We needed a new rely and he didn t have the part. He was able to bypass the relay and fix the problem so we could safely have shore power during a heat wave. The next day, he contacted us to let us know that he d found the part and would be back that evening to complete the repair. So, on two consecutive evenings after working full days, Bob worked on, and repaired our RV. If I had to sum up his service in one word, it would have to be dedication . Outlander is an outstanding, veteran owned service. Many many thanks!!

Bob was able to fit me into his schedule quickly to look at my a/c that wasn't functioning properly. He gave me options for a replacement and was able to complete the same day. A few week's ago I had another issue. I texted Bob and he returned my call within a few minutes and was able to walk me through a few troubleshooting tips that allowed me to avoid a service call. I highly recommend Bob and will definitely use him in the future!

Bob was great. He drove out to us in Henry, S.D. and fixed our 5th camper same day that I called. We had a plumbing leak in the walls and our hot water heater was leaking. All fixed in no time and he was off to save another RVer.Thank You Bob, you saved us.

Bob is great! We took our camper to Pleasureland in St. Cloud over a year ago...they screwed us over! Couldn't figure out why our lights wouldn't work after having a new converter installed. Bob looked it over. Didn't even want to touch it because he was afraid he'd get electrocuted But he did and told us what they did should have caused a fire. We used it for a full summer and borrowed it out to family and friends during that time. Bob fixed it for us and was very reasonable on his price. He is mobile. Can go anywhere you need him. Nice if you break down on the road. I would recommend him 100% for any repairs. Thanks Bob!Service: Electrical

I contacted Outlander Mobile RV Repair while stranded in a deserted state park with a malfunctioning rental RV on a Sunday morning. One of the RV s hydraulic lift jacks would not retract, so I could not drive. We tried everything to fix it, but it wouldn t budge.I got ahold of Bob and even though it was Sunday and he was busy with other work many hours away, he spoke with us several times over the phone to help us, called back multiple times to check on our progress, asked us to send photos of the hydraulic lift system in order to help us troubleshoot and wanted us to call back to let him know how it worked out. He did this of his own accord, knowing he would be unable to come our way or charge for his knowledge and service to us.Bob helped us target and understand the problem, locate the proper service panel and try to fix the issue multiple ways. I was ultimately able to contact someone local to help us out only after Bob helped us understand what kind of help we needed to seek out. We really appreciated his help and expert advice and would highly recommend him. Kind, knowledgeable and conscientious.
