Personal interest in your purchase and complete knowledge of what the vehicle is capable of couple that with a service department that I have complete confidence in and I cannot find any reason to purchase a vehicle anywhere else

Pros:- Family like atmosphere- The owner has the cutest dog- They are very professional and work with you to lay out your options- Cosmetically my vehicle was beautifulCons:- They do seem to stereotype a bit- I say this because as a young female, they didn t believe me when I told them I had a good credit score, and further felt the need to comment on it after running my application with, Wow, you really are doing well for yourself . Which may have had the best intention, but it felt a little condescending.- They didn t really know much about the vehicle I purchased. All they can tell me is that it was a now college graduates college car.The neutral:For me personally the vehicle I purchased from them did not last. It could be a Ford thing. It could be lack of maintenance by the previous owner. Or they very well could ve known.I have had the vehicle not even two years and already had to get something else. Last year before I had even owned it eight months, the steering column went out. Then more recently this week my transmission went out in it s entirety. For a vehicle with only 130,000 miles this seems a little strange. Especially considering it only had a little over 110,000 miles when purchased. Again, this could have nothing to do with this dealer, but I do feel it s worth noting if you intend on purchasing a previously owned, or as is vehicle.Overall:The staff was super kind and I m sure other people have had much better experiences, especially with the newer selections. Maybe I just got the short end of the stick, but we all need honest reviews to make good decisions.

Well after waiting almost three hours, was told it would take an hour to an hour and a half. After all the waiting and 1200 dollars later, I didn't even get a thank you. Pretty disappointed

Mike at Madelia Ford was fantastic to work with. The order process was easy, and he kept us posted on the delivery. Once my Bronco was in, he took the time to show me all the ins and outs of it. I would highly, highly recommend that you buy your next car or truck from Madelia Ford.

The whole sales team is especially helpful and very knowledgeable about Ford vehicles and all the options that are available. A special hats off to my salesman Dave. Looking forward to the next new vehicle on order. Update: Our second new Ford of the year arrived this month. We couldn t be happier with Madelia Ford and the entire sales team.

I've been stationed all over the place in my 31 years in the military. I've NEVER run across a more professional and talented car dealer than Madelia Ford. Not only is it the ONLY place I will buy a vehicle, it is the ONLY place I will service a vehicle. Simply the best!!I feel compelled to provide a follow-on review. This past Monday morning as I got up to go to work, I discovered a flat tire on my F-150. I called Madelia Ford for emergency help because I didn't have time to deal with it myself. It was fixed in 4 hours. More importantly, the owner's son and Madelia Ford's lead sales manager came to my house, got my F-150, fixed the flat and then returned it to my workplace. This is why it's great to be back home in a tremendous small town. This is also what right looks like. It is for this reason my family and the company I work for will always be loyal Madelia Ford supporters!

Mike at Madelia Ford is top notch. I reserved a Bronco on July 15th, 2020 and worked through the entire process and multiple delays with Mike and his team. He was always very prompt with replies to questions and did his best to make sure my buying process was transparent and professional. This is the 2nd new Ford I have bought from Madelia and I ll be back for my future vehicle needs

Madelia Ford takes care of their customers in a fair and honest manner. I drive 1/2 hour because Mankato can not be trusted with their services. They have an employee that doesn t understand what customer service is and he happens to be in management. Thank you Madelia Ford for understanding how to treat your customers.

I was very unimpressed with the service received from Mike. We were there to buy a car but he had no time for us. Continuously told us how busy he wasn't how he had no time for this and that. Seemed like we were an inconvenience to him. One of the worst sales men I have ever encountered . I will definitely think twice before buying a car from here.

I ordered a new Bronco Sport form Madelia Ford, in January 2021. We picked it up May 13, a day after it was delivered to the dealership. Mike Jose and the Jose family continue to operate a fine small town dealership! Much better to deal with than large dealerships!Thanks Madelia Ford!

We experienced very poor service with Dave. Yes, we bought a used truck, but there was more wrong with it then what they told us. First day home we noticed things, they told us to bring it back and we did. He said he'd make it right, but then 2 days later told us, sorry its a used truck and we wont fix it!?

Very good service. They were able to get my vehicle in and told me what the problem was even when they were busy. The other places I called said it would be next week before they could even look at it.

Absolute fantastic family-owned dealership. I shopped around within a 200 mile radius, visited multiple dealerships, and nothing could compare. They offered significantly higher trade-in value for my vehicle than anyone else and were never pushy in their sales tactics. Honest and a true to desire to help in every way possible. Jim (owner) and his son Mike are very enjoyable to speak with. This is how all car dealerships should be!! I d give them 10/5 stars if I could. I look forward to having my new vehicle serviced by them in the future.

Great experience with these guys. Small town dealership with very friendly staff willing to help. The service after the sale has been top notch. I find the 1 star review a bit impossible to believe based on my 1st hand experience here.

The most horrible experience. Limped our truck into their lot, they told us they could sell us a new Ford, chuckled then ignored us completely. The service manager was piss poor at his job and has no business being in the industry! Thanks for nothing
