My wife and I bought a used camper. After using it for a week, we had some issues, but Camping World worked with extended warranty and got everything covered so close to buying warranty. we were nervous that things may not be covered so soon after sale. But Jamie, Jeremy, and Nicole made it all work.

What an outstanding team at Camping World!, Medelia. We purchased a used toy hauler from Ryan. After a couple of weeks, we found some slide issues. Barry, the GM, worked with Nicole and Jeremy from the service team. (very knowledgeable). They were able to address all the defects under warranty.Nicole sent pictures and updates often.From the purchase to the repairs, my wife and I were very pleased!.I will purchase from these guys again.Denny and Dawn Barwald

Ryan is a great salesman to work with, he takes his time to make sure you re getting what you re looking for. My husband and I really appreciate the extra mile that Ryan went for us!!On the other hand, hopefully you don t get stuck doing paperwork with Christian, he doesn t seem to understand that when the customer says no to something, they mean no. He was very persistent on trying to sell us an extended warranty package that we absolutely wanted nothing to do with. We shouldn t had been questioned on why we didn t want it, or have him keep trying to push this package on us. He even went as far as going to get another worker there to question why we didn t want it. We are the customers, we are the ones paying for what we want, we say no, let it be!Besides that we can t wait for nice weather so we can try our new camper out!Isaac and Christina Cruz

Started with a lady that was great-Joy was her name .Then had to talk to another guy Zach Let s call him the price guy! What a jerk. Rude!! actions speak to me and as soon as he started talking I walked away.,let my husband finish. We have been buying and selling campers for years. I know its been longer then this guy has been am adult. So don t talk to us like we are dumb. We know prices ,we know trade in value, just a tip get a feel for the people you are selling . If they seem to know things about camper s maybe not treat them like it s the first one they have ever looked at.I have never left a bad review on google! I understand customer service and unfortunately this guy had zero. Joy is the only reason you even get on star. Rant over. :) have a beautiful day!

Insurance hustle. Tied me up with made-up bureaucracy after I bought the camper, to bleed me of more money; insurance I didn't need and services I didn't want. After weeks of hassle, they finally gave me the title without explanation, apology, or improvement of the situation.There mechanic seemed an honest guy. The rest are crack-pot near sighted used-car salesmen.Seriously, don't trust these people.

Ryan was amazing, I made an appointment to look at a specific camper and anything else they had matching my needs. Ryan walked me through different brands of campers ensuring I got what I needed. He made the purchase simple so I was able to pick it up on Monday and be camping by Wednesday.

Don't call if you are looking for a camper. I was in the market 2 years ago and shortly after bought one private party. They have called me twice a week for over two years trying to get me to come in. EXTREMELY annoying. I've blocked their number but still get messages that plug my voicemail. I can see a call every few monthes. But this is borderline harassment. I've requested many times to take me off your list. TAKE ME OFF TOUR LIST. Worse than scam calls!

Chris, Bobby and Jeremy were wonderful. We had an appointment and they helped resolve our issues. Then found another issue and they worked us in on another day. Bobby, thank you for all the time you spend helping us and discovering the problem. Chris, you were great getting us in and making sure we were happy. Jeremy, thank you for getting our electrical problem resolved. The level of service is above and beyond. We purchased our Montana from Frances a year ago. We continue to rave about how great this dealership is and how well they take care of their customers.

If you buy a camper here, you will be paying 2-3 times what it is worth. We had to go back more than once because they kept them power cord, we had to hound them to get the license plate we were supposed to get in the mail... When they FINALLY decided to register it, we had to drive all the way over there & pick it up because the temporary license EXPIRED!

This is the best Camping World by far that we've been to. We purchased our 2021 Montana from them last Sept. We had some warranty issues with it. I contacted Nicole from here and she made sure the issues were taken care of (when the one in Sioux Falls wouldn't). Chris Boyd was awesome to work with. He made sure we were happy with the work. We will definitely bring our RV back here if we ever need to!

Jeremy did a amazing job of getting out travel trailer ready for our trip south this year. We have owned it two years now, and he was able explain features of travel trailer that we didn t even know we had on it. That really made our trip even more comfortable knowing how to be able to dry camp longer with the comforts of home fully working. Thank camping world for having such nice and knowledgeable staff.

Will not do business there in the future. We paid for them to winterize and inspect our travel trailer for any issues last October. The winterization failed and we have cracks and leaks in the lines. They will not stand behind their work. They want to charge us for the repairs and will not refund for the failed winterization. They said that since we had it winterized after October 1st that it might have already been leaking. We had it winterized in mid October, and we had been using it up until that time with no leaks. If it had been leaking at that time, why didn't they find it during their winterization and inspection? Shady! We are looking to upgrade after this camping season, and we will be going elsewhere!

The Right People Make All The Difference!We were in the market for a very specific Couples Camper that several Camping Worlds had in stock. To our disappointment, the local Camping World didn't want to assist us in transfering one to our location. This disappointment became a lesson in great people making your experience great. I called two different Camping Worlds that had the camper in stock. One played games, but Camping World of Mankato turned the disappointment into a wonderful experience.It wasn't exactly convenient to drive from Kansas City to Minnesota to pick up our Camper, but every member of the team at Camping World of Mankato made the trip an enjoyable one. It isn't easy to buy a camper sight unseen, But Francis and his Sales Team answered all my questions and even worked together with the Service Team to provide a video of a few of my technical questions. Driving there hoping the service team inspected and prepared the camper was on our mind, but they did not let us down. Our pre-inspection identified several issues, but the service team worked tirelessly to get everything fixed. We departed Minnesota with our beautiful camper confident about the journey ahead. Even after the sale, Francis and the Sales Team remains there for us and Nicole and Service are ready to help.In the end, three different Camping Worlds revealed only one that had the people with customer service in mind. Their values and professionalism made all the difference in the world and I would not hesitate to travel there again to purchase an RV. No distance is too much for deealing with the great people at Camping World of Mankato.

I ve been to camping world a few times the staff is friendly especially Kyle, Jason and Chris. Jason can help anyone finding exactly what their looking for. Chris is super friendly over in the service department. He s a funny guy too. Kyle the sales manager was very helpful in showing us some trailers. I highly recommend Camping World for everything camping related.

We thoroughly enjoyed dealing with everyone at the Mankato Camping World. Francis answered all our questions and even took measurements for us when we asked. Todd was a joy to work with and Jason took care of all our parts needs. The techs did a great job walking us through our camper and getting our hitch installed! We recently purchased a new travel trailer through Madelia Noble RV. Tyler N. was superb with customer service and it is due to his great cs skills along with Nobles lifetime warranty as to why we purchased from this company.Rob gave us the tutorial on our new camper and was very patient with all our questions as well as knowledgeable.Once the travel trailer was in our possession, our first outing at the campground prompted a few questions and concerns. Jeremy actually came to our camper at the campground on his "off" time to address our concerns. Now that's A+ service!Bravo to Noble RV for the dedication to your customers! Excellent service is hard to find these days but is so appreciated! Thank you Tyler, Rob, Jeremy and the rest of the team for making our first camper purchase a success! We appreciate you!

Love my camper, price was good. Staff very pleasant. Every good service.However, the after the sale push to spend more is ridiculous. They hand you off to one salesman after another. And they won't take no for answer. It ruins the experience.

We purchased a used 5th Wheel from them, they has a good section to choose from, but once we paid them it was a real battle getting updates on delivery and any other information we requested, they told us they go thru them and fix what they could find wrong, we believe that wasn't done. We wouldn't recommend them even to buy a tent from them!Deb & Steve

The entire staff was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and nice! I would highly recommend anyone to check them out, I came all the way from fargo and we have 1 there if that tells you anything and will again in the future.

Had a great experience at Camping World in Madelia during their grand opening. Doug took the time to show us over twenty units and explained all their features. We found the perfect camper and we re able to make a deal.Very happy with whole process.

We had a fantastic experience with Noble RV of Madelia!! Everyone that helped us throughout the process was amazing and knowledgeable about everything! We had all our questions answered and never felt judged for anything we asked. We will definitely recommend them to all of our family and friends! Thank you for the great experience!! Was paired with new person. They was phenomenal! Listened to what we were looking for, took exceptional notes, and showed us 3 rvs all within our price range. Did not appreciate the manager trying to sabotage the visit. I didn't need to know we were the second client of theirs and we were exceedingly insulted when you told us you only had rv's in our price range because of the sale. While it may have been true, Not once did our gal mentioned. Because they are a true professional. I hope they keep their head up and kerp trucking because as a salesperson....they rocked! Your campers are seriously overpriced to begin with and the sale prices are where they should have started. Found a great camper at Herolds Trailer Sales and a reasonable price.

We bought a 2017 Montana High Country from Owatonna Noble last fall. We found a few issues that needed to be fixed. The main issue was the front door. We brought it in, & almost two months later we got it back, the door still didn't work. We brought back in the spring... the door was worse. We had to deal with it all summer! During our travels, new problems occurred. We brought it to Madelia in Sept. Jeremy was the only one that would get is in (in under a month) I did have to contact Keystone for them to approve a new door, but Jeremy took care of everything!! He definitely went above & beyond to get us going. We're full timers & can't be without our "home" for long. Todd also was fantastic! We really appreciate them & all they did for us!! It's hard to find such outstanding customer service anymore... look no further than Noble Madelia!!
