Stopped in to get a cabin filter to fix the ac and they were still moving in and setting up so they didn't know where any tools were so I could change it out n get back on the interstate luckily the contractor that was working in the building stepped up n loaned me a pair of pliers to get it changed out.To the contractor that helped me out I THANK YOU...if I knew your company name I'd blast it out there for my readers to see.

More often than not, they give us the wrong auto parts! Very inconvenient to say the least. Not sure what the issue is, maybe they need more knowledgeable, experienced help.
