Clean, organized, and good service. There are lots of different things to browse with a surprising amount of children's toys and art supplies. They have been missing a few specific things (pipe fittings, bolts, tools) I have gone in looking for, but I will continue to go back.

For THIS particular visit I was impressed by having a worker come to me and ask me if I needed help. He then walked me right to the correct aisle. This was unexpected as this has not been the norm. I truly appreciated this service! Thanks!

I would like to thank whoever found my Debit card in the parking lot, and turned it in to the store. Again Many Thanks !!!!!!Also, I want to Acknowledge the Manager for his willingness to get on the Computer, and figure out how to find a phone # to call and inform me of my missing Card.I Appreciate it Greatly !!!!

No military discount. Tried to make me pay full price for open box model. Floor employee was helpful. Manager was rude with Zero customer service. This why I shop anywhere but Ace.

Very friendly and most helpful staff, I am always better informed on tips and tricks to the current project after visiting with them as they walk around the store helpling until your list is done. I will be s long time customer.
