What a horrible customer service experience I had here today. I put a online order for pick up at this Casey's. While waiting for my order to be complete, I decided to buy a cup of ice. The female cashier said $.63. I gave her a $50, she shook her head no and said "I'm assuming you gave me a $50 bill because that all you have?"I asked her if she had a problem with that and she said "Yeah, that she just made a cash drop."I told her to cancel my purchase of $.63 and took back my $50.00. She then tried to say that it was ok, but I was not gonna go back & forth of trying to make a purchase.I went to wait for my pick up order at the black counter. She intentionally took my cup of ice to the female cook and sarcastically said "Look at this, it's ICE going into the garbage. The female cook sarcastically responded with "No Way!"I am applaud by the unprofessional service I received by this Casey's. I will take my $50 elsewhere. Poor customer service. Don't waste your Casey's reward points here, because apparently the cook can just refuse to make your order if they don't feel like it and they won't refund your points either.I can't wait for the Kwik Trip to finish being built, then I can take my business elsewhere.

I would give zero stars if that was an option but it's not so 1 star it is. I have been a loyal Casey's customer for over 25 years. I recently went through several major oral surgeries and was on a soft food diet for 5 months. I have been enjoying daily their coke slushes. I bought one religiously every single day. $1.59 every day. But over 2 weeks ago, my local Casey's slush machine said 'out of order' and they had no idea when it would be fixed. Fast forward to today, it's still broke. I asked two local employees when it would be fixed - they Said it had been fixed once but literally broke 10 minutes after repairman left. No idea when it would be fixed. Now, seems like a really odd coincidence, but we travel for baseball, and I have stopped at every single Casey's within a 100 mi radius of me and found only 1 store out of 10+ that had a working machine. We even traveled to St Louis this week and stopped all along the route from SW Minnesota to there and back, and found 1 location that had a machine and a working one at that. This is a huge disappointment and again, unbelievably coincidental. It's summertime....in the 90s and your big seller...your good slush machines that are unique to your stores are all non-functional and employees have no idea when or if they'll even be fixed? Why no communication to stores? Why no sense of urgency? Why no care for customers? May not seem like a big deal to you Casey's, but for people like me who can only do mostly liquids for a diet, this is a staple and necessity for me to get calories in. This is killing me and has caused me to take my business elsewhere. I mean...why fill up with gas there when I can't get my slush anymore? .....I know I'm not the only one ticked about this. Please get on the issue and please communicate out to your locations so they can keep customers posted!!!Other places do have them but they are mostly air, not slush.BTW, Circle K stores beat your slushes in size options and price...no comparison.

Worst Casey's ever! Older, dirty and horrible service. Asked about getting a whole pizza vs slices. Girl clerk didnt know, then said it would take 10 min. She wasn't sure. No one in kitchen. Asked for a box. Woman came out and barked at me, I should have waited for a whole lot pizza in 6 min. My thought is...she shoulda been in the kitchen.

Asked so many times to have our pizza actually done, unfortunately still not able to cook fully through. I'm done. We called and talked to the lady that cooked it, she said she can't cook for more than 6 minutes. I specifically asked for well done or cook it 2x. She said she can't, so I'm not ordering pizza I have to cook at home after waiting for it to be delivered.

Honestly starting to not like this place anymore. It seems like every time i come here a select few employees give dirty looks and have very rude attitudes, theyre always messing something up, they act like they have no clue how to do their job, i always get the same pizza and its normally the same price each time but i went to get one tonight and the guy working tried to charge me for a multi-topping pizza and all i had was cheese with extra cheese... and my cousin who was sitting in the car, in front of the store said he was watching me while i was getting money from the atm as if i was trying to steal...i also had gotten a pizza that had runny sauce like they put a bunch of water in the sauce and just slapped it on the pizza. I try my hardest to just be humble and not complain but im over this place. I dont think ill be returning after this. Just garbage.

This has to be the worste Casey's in the area. I live in Luverne and whatever I can to go to a different store. They help is rude, they dont acknowledge you when you come in the store or thank you when you leave. It is like you are an inconvenience to them being there. WORST CASEY'S IN THE AREA, hands down!

Got a taco pizza said they had no sauce cook said did not have time for diced tomatoes was trying to get out quick. They would not accept the 50% off deal of the day. And couldnt make my second pizza cause cook claimed had too many dishes to do and made to many pizzas for the night

Diesel pumps were crazy slow, attendant knew about it but didn't have any sign up. Couldn't even keep paper in the pump for receipts. What a dump inside too.

Staff was very friendly. Warmer was full of fresh pizza and other items. Bathrooms were very clean.

The staff was so rude to me I went to buy something and the younger cashier started chuckling I didn t get what was so funny I felt personally attacked and embarrassed this IS NOT how a local gas station or any gas station should be I recommend getting new staff or shutting down.

With all the new upgrades and subline this place is way better. Some people are a little salty over the change but it was a good change
