Would be great if I received a title for the vehicle I purchased. It's been 7 months now and still no title, no call backs from them or anything.. was trying to avoid this but looks like we will be going to court. I don't recommend buying from this place.

Do not buy unless you see vehicle in person. It's guaranteed not to be as good as the description. Also don't waste your time contacting them about the title if you don't get it before temp plate runs out. They seem to have some arbitrary system as to who gets their title and who doesn't. Contact the Dealer Services Unit for the State of Minnesota and let them deal with them. That's how I got my title 3 months after the temporary plate ran out.

I bought a car from here back in early August. At this point I still don't have a license or title for this vehicle that he said he turned in. He will not answer his phone so I can try to get this resolved. Poor, poor business management. Do not buy from this place.

Horrible place. Bought a car from them on Hbid and was told they will mail me the title. They never did, and now won't answer their phone, email or facebook messages. I contacted Hbid and they said they are now aware of these guys (because they have done it to 3 other people recently) and will no longer allow them to sell on Hbid. DO NOT TRUST THESE CROOKS.

BUYER BEWARE!!I have bought 2 vehicles from here trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. The first time it took a year to get the title. The 2nd one im still trying to get the title. They don't call back they lie. They tell stories of it being sent or at the dmv. I think this place needs to be closed and not be able to operate due to not sending titles for vehicles people buy and to get the title its a fight. Worst place to buy a car. Don't buy 1 here you will regret it.

If I could leave a 0 star review, I would. I bought a vehicle from these guys in March, and received the envelope that was supposed to contain the title a month later. The envelope had been ripped open in transit, so I reached out to then to get a duplicate. I can't get these people to send me another temporary registration, and I can't get a duplicate title. Absolute garbage customer service.

Horrible horrible customer service, drive on the car you plan to buy for 500-600 miles from the amount it stated online. Title don t even expect to receive that even after a year STAY AWAY AND DONT GET TRICKED INTO THIS SCAM. The owner swears at you NICK for not doing his job and driving on your purchased vehicle. Except no help whatsoever and they don t pick up most of the time and say they have someone on the other line. Like dude your priority is me not the new customer u plan to rip off I hope you read this and stay away from the scammers like this!! Trash dealership not a good place to be at all. Go to ace auto or rav motors instead they are better dealerships then this scammer

I bought a car back in January and have left numerous voicemails / emails with no response.. I can t get a title.. I had to put about $1000 into the vehicle when I got it to make it driveable. I can t get a bonded title either since there is still a lein on the vehicle from somewhere in northern minn. I basically have a giant paperweight sitting on my driveway.

Do Not Buy Car off this Auction location! This place is so messed up. I bought a car off an auction here in January...I went off what they described the condition of the car... "drove 20 miles and drove down the road well" is what was said. Since I got the car first issue was the big crack windshield across...can't see it in pictures...nor did they mention it. Wheel driver front wheel bearing was bad..had to replace it. All the shocks are shot...drives so bad. The heater didn't really work. But didn't think much of it..since I have really drove it much since shocks are so bad... but now today I drove it for 2 straight hours and No Heat. This Car was the biggest lemon i have ever brought. Ill never buy from this place. Always go in person and see the car first...I should have but I believed the description they gave.

I am Very unhappy with my last purchase from Lowry!!! I purchased a vehicle on May 2nd and have Not received my Title from that purchase and it is August 2nd today. And only received 1- 30 day temporary registration. I'm not getting any results from my requests for the TITLE.

This place is a joke. Bought a vehicle on k-bid through these guys and it was listed as runs great, no problems. Picked it up and got half way home and it started acting up. Took it in the next say and was told that the transmission is shot. I've tried multiple times to get a hold of these guys by telephone and email and nobody will respond to me. Real classy people, don't buy anything from these people.

Currently being ripped off by them. Can't get ahold of anyone now that k-bid cut ties with them right after the auction I "won a 2014 jeep patriot with 108,000 miles, two owners that runs and drives NOT AT ALL, they knew it, mechanic I had to tow it 100 miles to the day I bought it can prove it. I'm getting a lawyer. Anyone else who thinks they can prove mnautoauctions robbed them through intentional false descriptions is welcome to piggy back off me. This is gross.

DONT DO IT. 3 MONTHS OF LIES AND GETTING MY PHONE NUMBER BLOCKED SO I COULD NOT CALL ASKING ABOUT MY TITLE. SCUMMY USED CAR SALESMAN VIBE.

After winning the bid for the Ford Explorer the making arrangements for transporting the car to the cities was simple, and after deciding to pick up the car the refund was also not a problem. I will give them the benefit of the fought that they did not know about the leaking water pump, and my short test drive did not have it show up, but the longer drive home did show the leak.

I got a great deal on an SUV here, Nick was great to work with. The ability to come and drive the vehicles is a huge plus for an auction, these vehicles sell for wholesale and below to the public.

I purchased a truck from MN Auto Auctions(Minnewaska Motors) 1/21/22 that stated: "No noted major engine or transmission issues. Runs and drives well." I drove it home and noticed issues with the steering. I brought it to a dealership to have an estimate done and they informed me that the truck has extensive frame damage(bent frame and cross members), major suspension damage and major alignment issues from hitting an object very hard or from being in an accident. The shop considered the truck to be TOTALED and the costs to repair exceeding the value of the truck. No damage was noted/stated besides seeing in the pictures a broken front bumper trim. I was finally able to get a hold of Nick who said the truck is sold as is and he would do nothing about it. I paid market value for a truck that is now only worth $300 to a salvage yard. This will be taken to court to hopefully resolve the issue.

Just want to give a shout out to Trish for the exceptional services she provided me the other day!I picked up a car here that had a flat tire. I didn't want to bother her but she went out of her way to make sure I got the car home as desired.

Bought a truck from them at auction feel price was fare. However was very disappointed on vehicle description. Had called and asked for the condition of rocker panels and was told they were in good shape.

Sold a vehicle with egregious and erroneous info and never replied when asked about it. Obviously they only cared about making a quick buck at all costs.I was planning on buying multiple vehicles per month for years to come - which I won t do now due to slimy tactics and no response after 3 attempts.

Do yourself a favor and purchase elsewhere. Bought a car in middle of February and they claimed transfered it in middle of march but still no title and I received tow different titles within a month of transfer after this issue. Will not provide me with answers

They are remodeling their lobby! My boyfriend bid on a car online, and won (k-bid). So we were there to pick up the car..after all the charges & fees it was 4xs as high! WOW!

Bought a jet ski from auction in September 2020 and still do not have the title for the machine . Tried reaching out to Nick on numerous occasions and still have yet to hear back on the status.

This company is horrible they take over three weeks just to send my titles for cars I have bought. This has happened to me multiple times , they really need to improve .
