I had some paint repair work done on my car recently. They did a nice job at a reasonable price. I had to go back a couple times to correct some reassembly issues and they were friendly, accommodating and professional. Highly recommended.

The whole crew at Loretto did a fantastic job on my truck. They accommodated last minute requests for more work and got the truck done flawlessly and ahead of schedule. Well worth the hour drive! They even coordinate the rental for me for pickup and return at the body shop. Greatly appreciate the frequent updates and progress pictures!

I had a great experience with Loretto Auto Body. Aaron did great job and very quick. I went walk in and they were able to help with estimate very quickly and repair service was also very quick. 5 Star Service all the way around.

These guys are really nice to work with and did a great job on our car. They did a number of rust repair spots and it turned out great. We had an issue during the process where some parts that we dropped off got misplaced. We both had some responsibility because the hand off wasn't handled well by both sides. They handled the conflict well and we compromised on a resolution. They were very good to work with, even through the conflict. I would definitely use them again in the future. Very nice family business and quality work!

Just dropped off a car this morning and I am amazed at the incredible customer service! They are a family-owned business that genuinely cares. They got back to us within 2 hours of dropping the car off. I will update as our experience continues but just had to throw out a positive note as I am amazed!UPDATE: We picked up the car and whoohoo - it looks fabulous! Reasons we are pleased with this family-owned shop:1) Terry was an incredible communicator.2) The total cost was less than the total quoted.3) The outcome was better than we envisioned.4) The quick turnaround.5) The ease of picking it up after hours.6) The trust we felt immediately when we arrived at the shop.Highly recommend this shop!

First time user of Loretto auto body and can't speak highly enough of my experience. Great communication, car was completed on time, at the price they quoted. They went above and beyond in my opinion, and even washed my interior floor mats that were in dire shape from a Minnesota winter. Highly recommend the shop and will definitely use it again if we need to.Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

Customer service was excellent, from the moment I arrived for an estimate, working with my insurance company, keeping me updated on the progress of repairs. When I picked up my truck, I could not have been happier with the quality of the repairs & condition of my truck. 5 Star Service all the way around. Look no further if you are in need of body/paint work. 10/10 recommend. I had recently bought a used car with some known paint work, and the work done was phenomenal. THIS PLACE IS AMAZING! I cannot say enough good things about it, beyond helpful and accommodating. I had an accident, they were able to get me in so quickly and get it fixed, I had a sunroof/moonroof incident a week later and got me in same day and figured out the problem. Will be the ONLY place I take my vehicles from here on out. Thank you for all you guys do!Services: Electrical, Body & Trim

I brought my car here over a year ago to have body work done to the trunk after I was backed into. Later that year I noticed that items in my trunk were damp, and it kept getting worse and worse. Unfortunately I got backed into AGAIN and brought the car into a different auto body shop in which they discovered that Loretto Auto Recondition never fully repaired the damage by the taillight, hence why water was getting into the trunk. When I called Mark to discuss this he was very rude on the phone, and also told me that the guy that worked on my car has since been fired (nice for future customers!). I told Mark how my entire trunk liner (the underneath side, which is why I didn't notice the severity of the damage until I got hit a second time) has been rotted and molded out (just disgusting! I wish I could post pictures on here to show the damage) due to the horrible patch job his shop did. I told him I wanted him to cover the cost of a new trunk liner ($145) and he reluctantly paid for half. I would not recommend this shop based on the overall ethics of the owner and the rudeness he exerted over the phone.
