My Master Mechanic is the very best I have ever met! He is Certified in knowing exactly what is or isn't wrong very fast. I am grateful I had him review a very bad Estimate for me it was entirely wrong nothing was needed out of $1386 of that quote from another location whom was suppose to be helping unfortunate people. Thank you, One Stop Auto, Long Lake!!!!!!

I called to see if I could get my car in for brake work. Their available time worked for me. When they were able to get it in the shop & look at it they were able to identify another noise that they heard. The timing of completing both projects was good. But above all I appreciate the reasonableness of the cost to complete the work.I am enjoying how quiet my vehicle drives now! Thank you, One Stop.

I took my car there for a new/used engine for my car. They found a used engine for my car. In the process they never told us that the subframe on my car was so corroded that it was broken in two spots where the motor mounts were. We had to find a used subframe and bring it to them to have them install it. Which was fine. But I was I was driving around with a dangerous car until I took it in for a front end alignment and they found the problem which One Stop Auto should have when installing the engine!! The used engine lasted 17,000 miles. They never checked the engine over before installing it!! They just found a used engine at a junk yard with X amount of miles on it. Which we were never told. Why it was in the junk yard who knows. Installed in into my car. I should have been told while they were installing the motor I needed a new subframe because would have observed that as they were installing the used engine but they didn't. Don't go to this place. I've had to find another engine Again!!! They cost us a lot of unnecessary money!!

Neil and Carry do great work at reasonable prices. I've been taking my cars here for over 20 years. My parents and other family members also use their services.Good honest people!!

Ive decided to tone down my review. I've gone to One Stop a few times over the years. Never felt great about them. After a particularity poor experience I won't be back. Long story short, you can find better service almost anyplace.

Great shop, hidden behind the Gear West bike shop, in Long Lake!If you need it fixed, this is one of the many, great, locally-owned, mechanics shops in our growing community!One Stop, is owned by volunteer fireman Neal Giese and his wife, and has become a local icon, since being taken over by Neal, from World Ferrari, years ago!However, if Neal is having difficulties, he's brought reinforcements to his shop, the one and only, "Top Gun Mechanic, Tom Koopman"!Tom, or Koop, as he's locally known, being a mechanic of legendary decent, can fix, just about anything you throw at him. He's no "Derrick Monroe", but he is awe-inspiring, in his own right!So, stop in, say hello to everyone, but don't forget an ice cream cone, or donut, for the very spoiled dogs!
