I arrived in the morning to find a lone employee rushing around the store to help customers, ring them up, and answer the phone. Despite how busy things were for him, he made the time and energy to help me with my request, administering a battery test on my car. I purchased a new one from him, and he made the entire transaction as smooth as possible. I appreciate his efficiency and professionalism, and would return to NAPA again. It's conveniently located, organized, and well-stocked.

Friendly and professional service. Requested replacement spark plugs, and received the right ones without issue. Also asked to use handheld engine sensor reader and staff offered to help with reading. Of course, they also gave me options for the parts needed to resolve the engine issue code. Finally, the staff helped without any hesitation to look at options for other parts that I explained I did not intend to buy right now, but just wanted to view the options and prices.

Huge shout out to the employee (George?) who put new windshield wipers on for us. We were in town for a basketball tournament today and my mom's windshield wiper broke as it started snowing. We came right as they were closing but they still helped us. Awesome customer service!

Went in to get a paint touch up pen for two cars. They didn't have the color for either one but the girl that was working was very helpful with looking through what few they did have and offered to mix up a can of custom paint, that would have come with a $50+ price tag. I was touching up a tiny scratch on each not repainting an entire panel lol so I just grabbed the ones that seemed like they would be the closest.

Found the staff helpful and informative. Basically walked me through changing some spark plugs in a Ford Fusion and helped clear the check engine code. Saved me tons! Thank you

This NAPA has been here forever. I've been going here for at least 40 years. NAPA is a good brand all around but I consider this my home town store. We used to call it Engine Rebuilders back in the day.

Had a new ignition switch installed in my sons truck as the original one failed.The new part lasted 8 months and then failed again. At that time I read online to make sure you only use a genuine Chevy ignition switches in this vehicle. So I asked They guys at Napa if this was a genuine Chevy/ACDelco part. They assured me it was.Approx 8 months later it failed again. Now I have already spent a lot of money on this including having the truck towed 3 times. I decided to replace the part myself. When I removed the failed ignition switch I noticed it didn t say AC Delco or OEM on it. I took the old switch to another Napa store and asked it it was a genuine part. They told me it was a knock-off made in Thailand.I went back to Napa Long Lake and got a refund.What a waste of time and money!

Staff is honest and helpful with what they have on hand. Other NAPA locations are closer to where I live and work, but the service here is worth the trip.

An honest to God parts store, with hard parts in stock, or a couple hours or on one of the multiple daily deliveries. The counter guys actually work on their own cars, and have some real world, practical knowledge of what they're selling.

Walked in to find the counter guy and a customer both actively talking about killing the governor, it wasn t just the customer. I m good, I ll go to Delano and shop at the Carquest.

Finally, a store where the clerk knew what oil-absorb, floor-dry was! I went to 3 stores asking for this product that you put down where oil or gas has spilled to absorb the spill. The other clerks had no idea what I was even referring to.

They sold the part that we needed a gasket for but they didn't sell the gasket for stud part I find that to be an oxymoron and a total waste of my time
