Used Alternator. Purchased over phone. They could not care less. Bearings noisy and not worth rebuilding. Should have gone straight to ebay and got a genuine motorcraft 130A rebuilt closeout for $53 delivered. Word to the wise, recycle (junk) yards just don't care, find your Alternator elsewhere. :(

Great shop - I ordered a door module from eBay and when I got it installed, one of the switches wasn't working correctly. They sent another one free of charge that was fully functional. Couldn't be happier with how they handled things.

Driven here twice after confirming over the phone that they have the part - ( control arm for a Volvo today)Only to be told by the guy that they don't have it. Drove through rush hour, in the middle of a storm.The guy claims, he didn't have my number to call me back, we just spoke 20 minutes ago!! Seriously.This happened again earlier in the year. ( Chev Traverse Radio) was told it was there, and ready for pick up, dove 30 minutes, for the guy to tell me it's still in the vehicle.Not good customer service

I called to see if they had a part I needed. The person who answered was extremely rude and hung up on me when I was just trying to explain the vehicle I had to them. Also, I had called a different time to try and pick up a hvac control unit they said that they had in stock. Drove all the way out there to find out their inventory was off and they didn t have it. I would do 0 stars if I could. Don t waste your time.

I always get great service and fair pricing. They have a great selection of German car parts and other foreign and domestic parts.Just stopped in again and got a good used battery. Saved $100 versus new?

Very rude employee. I bought hub bearing ,mechanic guy installed and is make noise when driving. They refuse to return money. I am not recommending this company.

Drove 3 hours to get some parts at another place in Fridley they ended up not having what they said. Called Elite Auto Parts they had exactly what I needed and paint match. They worked with me and pulled the part an hour before they closed last minute. Will definitely buy more parts from these guys in the future just because of this experience.. THANKS ELITE AUTO PARTS!!!

Run which I should have done after seeing these reviews. Sent me the wrong part. I even called them to confirm it is the right part number as the image as not matching the description. Was told they did have the right part number, so I ordered online and placed a comment with the order to make sure its the RIGHT part number. Still sent me the wrong part, wants me to pay to ship it back and blamed me for ordering the wrong part then hung up on me. Their customer service is horrible and ordering process needs improvement.

Dealt with them numerous times, once it was ok. They are rude, pushy, over priced, sell old broken inaccurate description "parts". Whoever calls and answers the phone should learn how to talk, customer who give them business they should appreciate instead of making it seem like they doing favor. He yells and cusses you saying you don't know anything, he did this to 4 other customers, mechanics, and shops that I know of. If this was somewhere else he wouldn't be working anywhere nor able to. I wish there was 0 stars.

Happened second time:Today called for rear bumper.......- Yes, we got in stock.When we come, - Sorry, we don't have, it was sold 1 year ago -dirty office - it is real "JUNK YARD"

Cory was a complete LIFESAVOR! On my trip up to Minneapolis, my car broke down. He eased a extremely stressful situation for me by going out of his way to do a lot of things for me. He checked my car out 30 mins to close, looked for recalls, found what was wrong with my car, set me up with the Kia dealership to replace my engine, and didn t leave us stranded in a town we didn t know! It was so great to have amazing customer service and advice even when it was almost his closing time! Even the next day he helped me with the what to do next process and made sure I was taken care of! Thanks so much for all you guys did for me, I can still have a stress free vacation! I appreciate you and your business.

Horrible customer service, I had a question about a part and the guy told me I don t have time to talk for half an hour, I have work to do.. after he called me back to confirm an order.. ya you don t have my business BUDDY..!

If you don't mind being treated extremely rude and overpaying for used parts you can get elsewhere, then by all means go to (not so) elite auto. I went there to get a pair of used tires recently (which I helped to find in their completely disorganized piles of tires) and when they had no price, I offered a fair $20 each. That is when I received a loud condescending "HA!" from the sales rep since he wanted plenty more. After a discussion about how new tires can be bought for $49 at Discount Tire or Tires Plus, the entire sales counter began to say "No they're not". So now that price was irrelevant to these blockheads I left and they had lost not only a sale but a customer. I have been in the salvage industry for 15 years and know of other facilities with better service and prices. Such as: A-Abco in Fridley, John's Auto in Blaine, AAA Auto in Rosemount along with the two U-pull yards in East Bethel and Rosemount. Not to mention shops online that can even ship for free.

Called this morning to inquire if a car part was still available and whoever answered the phone was snappy, but told me they had the part that I needed. I drove three hours only to be told that they forgot to take it off their inventory on their website and do not have it.

Really awesome recycled parts source that's in the twin cities. Our shop has had great luck with Elite, especially when it comes to ABS modules!

I would rate 0 if I could. Salesman on the call have some mental issues. He start cussing when I asked him if he could lower the price on parts. Do not recommend.

Communication was a bit of a struggle at first, but once we worked through that (I'm local so I just headed there) it was great. Friendly, and fast.
