Really good inventory and helpful employees. Always had good luck finding what I need without much hassle. Prices are standard, if not slightly better than their competitors. They also can order anything they don't have in store for delivery.

This gentleman Jesse, the assistant manager, extremely helpful. I had to return in store twice and his insight and knowledge on everything and made my stressful night, a serotonin boosted night because with his help I will now be able to transport my family cross country within 2 days. So thanks again Jesse, keep up the good work, Ava, you as well, y all great team.

I was helped by your employee Kenzie (blue hair) She was outstanding!! My friends car wipers were really bad and it was pouring rain, it was 7 minutes to close and she helped us find the right wipers AND she put them on for us in the pouring rain and gave me a blanket from her car to keep me warm and help me dry off. Outstanding employee i hope all employees are just like her <3.

Was helped by store manager, Scott at the little falls location!! My husband had a bad battery and relies on his vehicle for work! He hooked it up and confirmed it was the battery and had it changed out for us in 10 minutes!!! Fast and great service!! Was very happy to help!!

We had a very good experience here with Alex and James. They were so helpful and kind even when we didn t understand what they were saying. We are so pleased with the employees and how the treated us. We spent a good hour and a half there and had the best experience anyone could have.

Yes online prices are usual cheaper but, but in the event of a defect or parts issue online can become a hassle. I do almost all my parts shopping in the Little Falls location for that reason. Great service, friendly staff and always quick to get the parts. Thanks again Scott Hilmerson.

I went in for a replacement headlight. Deven was very kind and helpful. He even went out of his way to go outside and put the new one in for me. I will definitely return to this store. Thanks again!!

This manager helped me out tremendously making sure I had the correct parts an helped me put it together hands down best experience I've ever had at a part store ever... 10/10 I definitely recommend... that guy is a champ an deserves a damn good bonus for going above an way beyond his job to help a me out Thank you thank you

The other day I walked into your business and a employe named brennen greeted me and asked me how he could help. He was really friendly and made me feel welcome i asked him to check my engine light and he diagnosed my vehicle and helped me figure it out, he sold me the right part the 1st timehe was very honest and got it the same day even though they didnt have it in stock. The next time I am in need of ANYTHING related to my car I'm definitely shopping here again!

I tried to have my battery tested. The machine simply stated it needed a charge. I asked if they would please replace it. They said they cant on my vehicle. My car didnt start so I asked for help to jump it. They cant do that either. I wanted my time coming here.

My blinker bulb burnt out. I went to buy the bulb at O'reilly's when 3 other places did not have the bulb. Store manager Scott found the bulb very quickly on the computer and Teagan grabbed the bulb off the shelf. Two employees assisting is awesome to see. Scott went above and beyond to put the bulb into my car. I really appreciated the extra effort. I asked about another product and he showed me where it was very quickly. I was well taken care of. I will return to the store! Thanks guys!

Not like other parts stores! The staff at O'Reilly's in Little Falls understands that women can be gear heads too and won't try to sell you extra stuff you don't need. They'll even change your wiper blades for you in the parking lot and take care of your old ones.

The manger in little falls o'Reilly's auto part store he help my son and I with a special order drive shaft it was the best experience I have ever had at a parts store thank you so much for all your help I will make sure everyone I no will shop for that kind of experience thank you.

Most of the employees don't know what you need and just give you whatever the computer tells them. Had the wife grab some thread sealant for a head gasket, even text her multiple brands with item numbers to show them. They stupidly told her that loctite was the same thing and sold her that instead.

Only reason it's not five stars is because of their turnaround rate with their employees it's tough to get someone that knows everything like Tia who works there and has for a long time and is fantastic

O'Reilly's policy of allowing a person to use (at no charge) any of their specialty tools like torque wrenches,bearing pullers, etc... is an excellent customer service move and very rare in today's large corporate mentality of cutting operating costs by reducing customer service.I was treated well by the local staff(Brianna and Jesse) when I returned the borrowed tool even though I didn't make a purchase.In the future they will be my first stop when it comes to buying automotive parts.Hats off to O'Reilly's.
