A new boat trailer was on my list of projects . After failing to find one from several dealers, Tom M. and I talked, determined what I needed and had it within a weeks time as promised. Upon pickup, he instructed me re: fitting the trailer to the boat and answered all questions completely. Daughter Anna, had the paper work prepared needing only my signature. A couple weeks later, I needed an accessory, and upon discussion it's in the mail. The transaction was efficient, informative, no hassle and customer friendly. Thank you for great customer satisfaction Anna and Tom.

Tom Monahan was recommended to us by a friend! We needed a replacement bunk trailer for my son s bass boat! We had zero luck in Twin Cities! Tom had a new high quality bunk trailer that fit perfectly for a great price! Tom is a super nice guy....we will be back!!! Kathy & Eric Kelley

It was the most relaxing layed back buying process I have ever had. No pressure no stress he was willing to work with what we wanted and customize our pontoon to what we needed exactly. We now have the best boat for our family it will be great fishing ahead that the whole family can enjoy.

Purchased a boat from Tom after seeing it on Craigslist. He was very responsive to questions that I had, sent me a lot of additional pictures and video of the boat in the water. When we made the trip up from southern Wisconsin he took us out on the water and was a pleasure to work with. I also enjoyed having a conversation about the history of the area. When we got back home I took it to my local boat shop, that I have used for years, just to have them look it over and see if there was anything that might be an issue and they had a couple of minor things that I knew about before purchase. Was a great overall experience and would definitely go back.

My buddy bought his 2020 all season explorer here. I was so impressed by the owner that next year when I buy my new house this is where I'm going. Great people very fair prices. Beat the competition by a couple grand for the kind of house my buddy wanted. Thank you .

Hi this is Jarrid the tech at Monahan's Marine. We read Dan Myrum's review and would just like to say that when we sent his fish house out the door everything was working properly and if he had any issues he could have called us to address them. The fish house was brought in for warranty work because the sink wasn't working. Upon inspection we found that the sink faucet itself was completely plugged & that the holding tank was a complete solid block of ice. I as the technician had personally drained everything of water and put antifreeze in the water system so that nothing would freeze. The issue with the furnace was that the igniter electrodes were spaced too far apart and couldn't create a spark. After adjustment, the furnace had been tested multiple times and worked every time. Customer attempted to repair the furnace himself and I ended up having to put it all back together. Customer also had changed the position on the door ramp so I had to make an adjustment to put it back in proper position. This customer only lives 13 miles away so if he wishes to have these issues resolved he can call anytime he likes.

At a very busy time of year under extreme conditions, Tom took the time to talk me through an issue I was having. I own a resort and will be calling on Monahan's to do my work from here going forward!

Had boat upholstered here. Poor quality workmanship i.e. carpet/seagrass is bubbling up, they used calking and applied very sloppy along edges in rear of boat to fasten material down, improper cuts of carpet applied on edging, flat out didnt re upholster the gray steering console when they upholstered rest of boat in brown/tan... claimed i said to leave it gray? Wouldnt complete job unless i paid even more than the quote to upholster ENTIRE boat. Upon receiving my boat 3 weeks after promised none of the electrical worked. Had to dissasemble side of boat to fix the wiring they cut and stuffed behind the panel like i wouldnt notice. Wouldnt make it right either after contacting and sending pictures to tom. Will never do business here again and ill be letting everyone i know to avoid this place.

I brought my fish house on to have some warrenty work done on the and done on the water pump tom called and said everything was fine and ready to pick up I get home tried the heater and nothing worked not to mention it took three weeks to get back then I looked under sink and the holding tank was have full of frozen water DON'T HIRE THESE CLOWNS or buy anything unless u want to get screwed like I did
