Went in there yesterday to buy a fish finder that had been clearly marked down and the staff wouldn't honor the price. Bait and switch ? I wouldn't expect this from a hometown store that relies on repeat business to keep the doors open. Won't shop there again.

Decent selection of most things you'd expect to find at a hardware store. Friendly staff, clean store. Prices were a little high but expected for the area.

This store is not only well supplied, but more importantly, to me, well staffed with courteous, knowledgeable, friendly, helpful people.

Very helpful staff. Rare to have employees with trade experience who aren't just guessing, but actually know how to help. Have all the essentials of Fleet Farm but you can get across the store in two minutes and actually find people to answer your questions along the way!

Very nice to have a store like this in our neighborhood. Todd and his staff have done an amazing job and have went above all. Keep up the good work!! Most people don t appreciate the hard work the owners do to be able to help others. All they ever look for are the negatives.

Gary is the absolute best!!! He knew what we were looking for right away, stayed with us until we made up our mind and gave us good information at every product we were looking for. We now visit this store if we need anything, from gloves to big equipment. Gary is the best- please recognize him for his efforts!

Very friendly employees who have gone out of their way to make sure I leave with the item I went in to get weather I know what it is by name or if I explain what it is for they know or will find someone that does. Also the items are of good quality and prices are very reasonable.

Extremely disappointed as a long time customer at this store. Bought a bottle of chlorine bleach to disinfect a sprayer. Bottle had the safety seal removed before I purchased. Bottle tipped over on my way home, but I did not give it much thought until I started smelling chlorine. Spilled everywhere staining my carpet in my truck. I called to tell them what happened and they offered no assistance. Stay away from this store as they will do nothing to help you after the sale. Will do all of my business somewhere else. Terrible customer service. Beware...

Tried to purchase furnace filters that were on the monthly sale and the sign that was next to them. The sale states they are on sale from 10/1-10/31. Lady at register said that sale was over today is 10/10. Why put items on sale if you are not going to honor your sales????

Reduced rating. See update. It's a great place and their new location on the other side of town is HUGE. Hometown service. Prices are... competitive? Locally anyway, I guess?Updated: It was decent until I tried to return galvanized fittings with their barcodes on them. Apparently a receipt is necessary to return things now. That isn't atypical, but I asked when I purchased them if it would be a problem and they said so long as it wasn't over a year or two, they wouldn't see an issue. As a homeowner, taking into the consideration the price of their stuff, I'll be driving to a big box store in a Brained from now on.Oh, did I mention that when I went here for some deer slugs, I had to find the case myself because someone was too lazy to open the unmarked case and actually stock the shelf? The package was in the manufacturer's carton, and in the wrong spot. It took me twenty minutes to find it and there were no offers to help even though they saw me walk in and greeted me. Done. I'm done. Bad business.

Have many things, from clothing to tools too much to mention all of it. Old-school candy's. Friendly, helpful staff. Ice fishing and fishing gear and bait too. Fun little store that's pretty big!

I was happier before the new location, they seem to have less hardware and tools, and home repair items than before, yet they have a full isle of garden hoses, and lawnmowers. Every single store in town has that, where every store in town didn't have hydraulic fittings, or a wide assortment of breaker switches. Plus now everyone on the west side has to drive accross town and by 3 other stores on the way that have as many if not more items fleet carries, and one has an attached grocery store. I wouldn't be surprised if this proves a mediocre or even a poor decision. Hope not.

Great, friendly staff. Only downside is there is virtually zero cell service inside the store, making it difficult to review products online or communicate with others.
