Great place with very nice staff. They also have a decent number of appliances and things like that in store so if you are looking for washers or dryers or Stoves or fridges etc they have some to choose from! They also install if you need them to do that as well which is a bonus if you dont know what you're doing with appliances like some of us lol.

The staff is amazingly helpful. From electronics to appliances they have the expertise to assist you to make the right decision. Our wash machine went out and they answered all our questions on all models so we could make a good decision for us.

Outstanding service even when the store was extremely busy. Steve was able to get me fixed up with a new phone and get everything transferred on short notice. Definitely better service than I ever got at other Verizon stores. We will be a customer in the future.

They came and worked on our satellite dish. The technicians were very friendly and went above and beyond. There was local flooding that day and they still kept their appointment. Would recommend.

I had set up a glass claim through Verizon and it did not go well. I ended up taking my phone to Design Electronics on a recommendation and I was glad I did. They reset up the claim in about 2 minutes and had my phone fixed the next day. Next time I will start there!

Worst experience ever owning a cell phone bought at this radio shack !I'm on my second battery for a Z2 phone.Waited two weeks for a new battery to get to their store and also a phone call from them to let me know that it was in, they never called.supposedly out of all their employees they only have one person that can replace the battery and then now they tell me I have to make an appointment, which I can understand.left a message for their technician to give me a call back and he never did. Now, what I call them today to find out what was going on and to make an appointment,their technician is leaving today and won't be back for a week. I just got done paying for this phone through there payment plan,and they're also telling me that I might have to buy a new phone if this battery, the second one doesn't work. As of right now I have to keep my phone plugged in all the time and cannot leave the house in order for it to work. I am self-employed and this is a busiest time of the year for me. This kind of service does not deserve my business and or hard-earned dollars. Do not patronize this store, you were setting yourself up for disappointment.

Excellent service! We were in need of a new washer, Steve and his staff were incredible. Jordan installed it and was on time and did a great job! Would definitely buy appliances from them again

Employees took almost 2 hrs to figure out ho to port over a ph# from one carrier phone to a Verizon phone. At first didn't even think it could be done. I think Verizon just hires morons. Last time at a Verizon store it took almost 45 mins for them to reprint a proof of purchase receipt...and took 2 trips to the same store because first time receipt had no phone identification. Unreal

This store and staff is amazing, after getting no help from a few other local Verizon stores I came here to get a new phone. I will never go anywhere else, as a matter of fact I'm going to purchase all my appliances from this store from here on out as well.

Helpful and friendly, helped me find what I was looking for while giving advice on another I was interested in, got what I needed for now, didnt have the main item for my visit but that is okay as it is hard to find.

The staff is very helpful. I retired from RadioShack in thr 90's. So sad to see so little RS merchandise. The end of an era.
