We had a great experience with Best Buy Auto, when we purchased a vehicle with them, the Dealers were polite and very helpful to find the perfect fit. The owner is honest and kept his word with holding the vehicle even though we lived a couple hours away. At the end of the day we drove home in a nice little car and a great fit for what we needed. Would recommend them to anyone that needs a decent vehicle at decent and honest prices. Thanks Best Buy!!!

I bought a 2006 Jeep Commander in November of 2022 The Jeep worked fine for around 2 Months. I start having popping noises in the from end. I was told by a mechanic in the The Twin Cities there where bearing problems but more concerning your Transfer Box is out. I had a car note on the Jeep could not afford a huge car repair. I thought I would have to junk the vehicle. I called Chuck the owner of Best Buy Auto and told him about the issues I was having. Chuck said I dont want you to be dissatisfied bring it in let's look at the Jeep. Chuck said at the end of the call thanks for alerting me of the problem. I expected that the Dealer would say sorry you bought it as is. Chuck and his son Chris worked tirelessly on the vehicle. The Jeep was in the shop for sometime I got a call from Chris apologizing for the repair taking so long. I just said I appreciate that your working on My Jeep. I got the Jeep back and it works Great. Chuck Chris and the whole staff at Best Buy Auto are PROFESSIONALS!!!! I will definitely buy from them again. I also work with customers and will recommend them to buy at Best Buy Auto. Hands down the Best experience I have every had at a Dealership.if you need a car buy from Best Buy Auto. This Dealership is truly the Best!

Messaged about a car I was interested in.asking about how rusty it was underneath and if they were firm on the price.,shows message was read but no reply from the seller.if thats the way you treat potential customers. They don't deserve to be in business

So, my boyfriend and I were up here today, to look at a 2000 dodge intrepid, when we walk thru that door, we were greeted! Ok think next amazing service! And remind you my boyfriend googles reviews before anything, but he just risked it! But the service here was super damn friendly, yeah I said damn, he told us what was wrong with it, just grilling us with information like ok. My boyfriend said he Respected it! Just so much that we HAD to check it out, he Said I wanted to be upfront honest about it Highly Respect it! But it s our first time writing a good 5 starts review, I could left 6 but damn google, but if your guys from ( BBA) Best Buy Auto, please continue to do great to your customers! Great Customer Service, And honestly is Hard to find, and great team work! Your highly Recommended and 5 start Rating!

We love you guys! A huge. Thank You! We bought a 2007 SUV from Chuck in the beginning of 2022. We ended up driving 4 hours on a Saturday the SUV wasn't as clean as we thought it was when we got there, but Chuck apologized and gave me $60 for gas.He then said a lot of people can talk but less act on there words. Solid Dude. He also sold me the SUV for $1400 under what he had advertised it for. This is not the end. I drove the SUV to my brother in law to check everything over. Found out it had a bad transmission but I thought I got this for cheap and cars are worth more so we ended up spending about $1400 on minor things that day and put the transmission on hold. Well it didn't hold up and a few short months later it was in the shop and it was around $3000 to put a brand new transmission in it. After that it took two months for the timing belt to go out and found out the motor was bad. This SUV was a nightmare. There it sat in Sioux Falls SD and the dealership wants almost $10000 to put the new motor in. We were dead in the water the SUV wasn't even worth money they told us to call the junk yard. I called Chuck I told him I am stuck don't know what I am going to do. Chuck sent a trailer to Sioux Falls SD 6 months after he sold me the SuV. He got a used motor and had it put in. He changed out Family only $2000 and he dropped it off in Fargo North Dakota. This Man is honest and He acts on his words. Thank you Chuck. God Bless you!

Great friendly staff. Straight shooters. I left a very happy customer and plan on all future business with them. There's nothing bad I can say about this place. I just had a great experience if you need a vehicle check them out! I almost didn't want to leave. I saw the bad reviews and laughed as I'm sitting here happy as can be.......Here we are a week later and still happy as can be. Have it a 200 mile test as is for what I need it for and zero issues! You obviously can't expect perfect for high mileage used vehicles. But my expectations were surpassed. Coming here again for sure! Thanks guys

Just wasted 2 1/2 hours driving up to this POS only to find the car that I was interested in wouldn't even go 40 mph on the high way . Talking to Chris is a waste of time . He assured me that the vehicle was in great condition and ran well . SHAME

Immediately walked in and noticed several red flags. For starters, they have numerous chickens running ramped and screaming at us. I was honestly terrified. Drove two hours to see a vehicle that ended up being 10x dirtier in person than online and DUCT TAPE on a hose inside the hood that started smoking after only driving it for not even ten minutes. Not to mention all the rips and tears the vehicle had. When we asked Chuck to come out and look at it he responded with I do my business back here. Everything we told him about the car he wrote down and said it ll go on the list for Monday. My friend then asked to use the restroom and returned looking absolutely horrified. I then asked if I could go use it as well and my friend responded with a firm head shake no. Confused, I followed her to the restroom and saw a toilet that had to be climbed up stairs to get to on a platform. Not only that but spiders littered the bathroom and it looked as if someone had let off an explosive bomb in the toilet. We walked out and my mom said that we looked like we had been through war. I asked her if we could leave and the look on our faces alone made her put the bathroom key aside and respond to the employees with a we ll be right back. Spoiler alert, we will NOT be right back. Only reason this gets a one star is for the pug. There s a lot more issues that need to be put on the list for Monday but good luck Chuck!

This place is family run. Chuck and Chris are really easy to do business with. The environment is very casual but the dealings are professional and in my opinion pretty fair. The office is full of memorabilia and collectors items so there's plenty of things to look at if you find yourself waiting for any length of time which doesn't seem to be the case often. I bought a car off the fix it lot and they've been very helpful with a handful of inquiries and tips on places I might go to find or recycle parts. If you're somewhat mechanically inclined and/or looking for a deal on an as is vehicle definitely check these guys out. If nothing else you'll get to see some really cool stuff.

I purchased a trailer here and it was a sold as is transaction and I ended up having to pay on tabs even though it was supposed to be a lifetime deal when I bought it so I called and talked to Chris and even though it was supposed to be a sold as is he actually reimbursed me the money I spent when I had to pay for the tabs that I thought were supposed to be paid for. He was very kind and easy to work with!

These people are awesome! My husband has a problem collecting cars after they break down. They go in our dead car graveyard as I like to call it.I messaged Chris and asked him if he'd pick them up? He said absolutely. We had a huge snow storm so things got delayed...but they were very flexible . They came a picked them up hassle free. 2 less vehicles in the graveyard and about 6 to go.Will be buying a new vehicle soon and I will definitely be going through Chris. He is very knowledgeable and honest about the process.I will be recommending them to others as well.

Tried to buy a car and their website ads are misleading. They tried to sell me a car with all sorts of structural integrity, turned them down. Found a different car to look at, as i drove a long ways to look at a car, and this one was seemingly decent, but business owner lied about book value on car. Car was way over priced by $1500+ and they claimed it was $1000+ under book and when I called him out on it, and showed him the real book value with the VIN, he said he doesn't want to do business with me and that my website is fake....it's KBB sir...same site you claim to use...They are ripping everyone off who comes thru. Ridiculous Best Buy Auto should be shut down. No excuses. Deserves no stars.

I made the trip from Duluth to Little Falls to buy two used tires from Best Buy Auto. They had exactly what I needed for my truck, two matching tires to replace one with a staple in it and one for a good spare. I was able to check out the tires and choose the two I wanted. I'll go back to them again if I need tires or parts. Thanks!

We bought 2 vehicles from here and the people were really nice, and will work with you on whatever you need. We bought a dodge ram 1500 and a ford taurus both were good running and my kids loved their cars. Good prices as well. They treat you like family. We recommen this place for anyone who is looking for inexpensive but good running vehicles this is the place for you. Even better for the kids just starting out. Looking at buying a couple more.

This is the best place to go if you want to trade get rid of or buy a vehicle. The people are super friendly very honest and are all about what you want. They are also very kind hearted and will work with you to the best of there ability.We thank you for getting us into our new suburban we love it. I would buy from them again and also recommend them to anyone.

Eh- large selection, but buyer beware. You get what you pay for sometimes with used vehicles, but when i test drove a vehicle, they were far less than honest in regards to what they thought was going on with it... Immediately I noticed SEVERAL major red flags that would be costly to repair and could tell that great care was done to mask some of it... Even something as simple as a headlight being out was overlooked on their part... When I gave them a gentle heads up on some of it, it was mostly played off and I was told that if they were to fix everything on their cars, prices would go way up!

I took a vehicle on a test drive. Got back to parking lot and checked under hood. Gas leaked into the oil pan and the wires were ducted and smoking. Chuck said he would fix it on MONDAY. I then asked to use their restroom. THERE TOILET WAS ON A PLATFORM THAT YOU HAVE TO CLIMB STAIRS TO GET TO. SPIDERS EVERYWHERE. Guy seemed sketchy. Don't recommend buying car here.

They have always been so honest and upfront - never fix what doesn't need it. Have literally gotten all my cars since 1994 from them. Super prices. They always list what might still need fixing (as these are used vehicles and some fixer uppers if you want to do it yourself). Great front desk people and owner always takes time to make sure I'm being helped. Love Quimby the cat and the dog and chickens! It's such a fun place to shop. Check them out.

Great place to buy a car if you are willing to do some work to fix it. All of the vehicles ha e prices on them, and have the major issues noted as well. Pricing is VERY fair, and you can be left to look at the selection without being hassled.

The owner is the best. Stayed late so he could sell me 2 used tires for my work truck. Very nice inside too! Would recommend to anyone!!!
