I never leave reviews but this place is absolutely trash! We got here and they checked us in and we walked around Walmart for nearly TWO HOURS! Just for them to tell us they didn't have the filter for my car so me and my girlfriend called places to see who has the right oil filter and we found someone who does and so we waited to ask the lady if we can buy one and come back. She went to the back for nearly a half an hour leaving me and my girlfriend and 4 other people just hanging there and then she comes out and tells us that they were using the air hose and my oil cap popped off but she wants to take my skid plate off and cover it so we can drive and get a new cap! YOU CAN'T DRIVE IT WHEN THE OIL CAP POPS OFF BECAUSE IT LEAKS OIL HOW DOES SHE NOT KNOW THIS!? WE SNAPPED ON THEM AND TOLD THEM TO GO FIND IT! BECAUSE IT'S NOT OUR JOB TO GET A NEW ONE! Don't ever come here for a oil change

Place is a joke. No one ever answers phone. Workers lack serious basic brain power. Avoid at all costs.

Done business with this location several times. The main technician is very unhelpful and acts as if you're an inconvinence. They won't answer the phone and it very hard to make an appointment. You can also forget about first come first serve. They told me they had a tire appointment at 5pm and I'd have to wait around the store until around 7pm to get in (first come first serve). Overall I'm done donig business here and giving them my money

It s 4pm they close at 7pm. No one here. Guess they expect you to change the tire yourself.

Lost 2 of 4 hubcaps within a week that had been on my car the 4 years I've had it. I brought my car in the next weekend for the 50 mile torque and told the assistant Mgr. He told me they only replace them within a week. When I told him it was this last weekend he took my name and number and said he'd call me about them Tuesday. It's wens day and still no phone call. Also balance is off because my right front is shaking.

So I bought me some tires right, went to walmart to have them put them onThey do my oil change and swap two tiresWhich thankfully took three hours cause I had a very busy day and am so glad time management was on pointUghThenThenThe next day my tire went flatSo I took it back to walmart to fixAnd they told me nothing was wrong here it is second day same tire same flatThank you walmart for you excellent service and wonderful know howYour such a waist of timeAnd I'm glad we have a service like this for people who need a good laugh cause quite franklyYou guys are a jokeService: Tires

First come first serve basis but the tech decided to do us last even though we were there at 330 our tires didn't get changed and done til almost 6pm

Rude and didn't want to check what kind of discount I would get from my old tires. they were only about a 1/4 of there life. So there should have been some. They also said only one set of them would be covered. I all most when to st.cloud that night! instead I Ended up going to Hutchinson way nicer! And all 4 where covered ended up with about 75% off on a new set went away happy never going back to Lichfield tire and lube

Waited 2 hours for my car when they told me they had the parts there for my oil change, but didn't. After, that wait, never did that oil change. Very incompetent staff that day!

When calling the auto center it takes a lot of time to get a hold of anyone... Usually a couple of calls to get an answer. I would give a 5 star on their services once there.

They said they checked air tire pressure but they didn't cause my one tire was still low and it was low when I brought it in plus they said they check windshield wiper blades which was BS cause the passenger one is actually missing the rubber so how could they say it was good plus they said they vacuum it which they did not
