First time customer here. In a previous life, I was a ASE certified Auto Technician, so I have a hard time bringing my vehicle in for service, difficulty trusting other auto technicians, and I expect high quality service. I double check all work. Brought my van into Jerry's because local folks stay it is a good place. I had them perform a transmission flush and service / filter replacement as normal maintenance because I no longer have the special tools and time to do it myself. All is good, A+ and the cost for the work performed was very acceptable. Thanks guys!Service: Auto maintenance

Honest group of guys. They couldn t replicate my issue, so they sent me on my way without charging me a dime. Even after checking for codes, and test driving it multiple times throughout the day.

Jerry's Transmission always provides great service to my personal vehicles. They also provide all of the repairs and service to the ambulance fleet that I work on. The local fire departments are also serviced by them. I figure that if we can trust them to service all of our local EMS agency vehicles, they can definitely be trusted to service my personal ones.Services: Transmission, Electrical repair, Exhaust, Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Brakes

I was very impressed With everything I needed a new transmission even Though a they had a hard time with getting in contact with their supplier My car was down for no more than 2 and a 1/2 weeks give or take As for the customer service and the empathy 100% Across-the-board even though they were frustrated with not getting in contact with their supplier they did not let their anger get the Best of them If anything the badd review I would say is their supplier needs to work on their communication massively Because as a customer when the car goes down they wanna get it in the shop and get it back as soon as possible That's not on Jerry's that's on their Share

Names a bit deceiving, they do complete repair of cars, light trucks, campers, and heavy trucks. Also have a body shop. Have a sister company that sells ambulances, so very familiar with diesels, and yes they fix transmissions.
