Tiffany and Darrick were great. They explained things to me so that I would understand, the billing statement was easy to read. They worked well with my insurance company. I was able to schedule the repairs to work for both of us and they completed the repairs a day and a half ahead of schedule. The repairs were a little over what was initially anticipated (stupid raccoons) but Tiffany had already contacted my insurance company for the supplemental charges. My car looks great and I am really happy with the customer service and work that was done.

"I thought it was pretty good" and "Best i can do" are quotes from Derrick. I've now been given the brush off after the shotty work performed. Meanwhile they have the money in their pockets. Why should they care. BEWARE. orange peel doesn't match the rest of the vehicle dude!! Just look at the photos

I ve taken both of my cars into Wayne s and had ZERO disappointing experiences. I ve had amazing service when Wayne and Willa owned the business and Darrick had been working there for years and still continue to have the same amazing service now that Darrick and Tiffany have owned it. I ve never felt like I was an inconvenience and always had every question answered very thoroughly for me. Never had any complaints. I will always bring my vehicles here and continue to recommend others to bring theirs there as well.

Tiffany and Darrick are great! I have used Wayne s Auto Body for two of my vehicles and for vehicles I manage at work. I have never been disappointed, they do quality work! Darrick was able to give me a ride to work and then drop off my vehicle when it was finished too, this was SUPER helpful!

I just picked up my car from Wayne's Auto Body and am very pleased. I went there for convenience, but the service was excellent, my car looks amazing and it was done a day earlier than I originally planned. I will go back!
