Henry and Alexis were extremely helpful in fixing a fender/splash guard on my vehicle. Not only did they try and fix it but they took their time to figure out where u could get other parts as they did not have it in their inventory.They were patient and taught me a lot in the time I spent their

This store continues to exceed expectations. Extraordinary knowledgeable staff who are extremely patient and helpful.On one occasion I got a short Ted Talk about lubrication and additives that was informative and entertaining. Tonight Jason was extremely helpful in diagnosing a problematic battery and sending me out with a replacement. This store continues to be my single-source for all auto supplies. Thank you!

What great service! I told them what I was hoping to fix and the helped with finding the product. I also said I needed wiper blades and they told me about some on sale. The best part was they installed the blades and fixed the hood latch that was having a problem. I can't thank the guys enough that helped me!!

The level of service I get from here is unmatched! I used their scan tool to diagnose my vehicle by simply leaving my photo ID which saved me countless hours of guessing and checking about what was wrong with my vehicle. Open late at certain locations, until 10:00 PM most every night. Seem to always have the part I need at a reasonable cost. Keep up the great work!

On our way back home, we were having some issues with our car. We stopped at the Buck Hill Rd. location in Lakeville, MN and we are so happy we did. Henry went above and beyond to help us. Giving us insight on what was going on and even gave us the tools we need to fix the issue. This location need to be the headquarters of training. I wish we lived closer because this would be where we would go for all our cars needs!

I went in for a headlight bulb and some filters and had the pleasure of getting help from Jason Peterson. His customer service was phenomenal! He helped me find everything I needed, was insightful on questions i had, and was very friendly. He went above and beyond, and even changed the bulb out for me. I was so impressed with the level of customer service provided, and will definetely be going back here for parts in the future! Thanks for being so helpful!

Amazing customer service! I went in for a check engine light diagnosis and as I tried to leave my car wouldn't turn over. They tried jumping my battery, removing and recharging it, even replacing a solenoid that I had purchased there a few weeks ago (under warranty). When that didn't work they let me keep my car there and eventually got it running! So thankful. Dan was especially helpful in getting me on my way.

I love O'Reilly's stores, always helpful and Sammie at this location was awesome! Had my Grandkids in the van and she came out with the wiper blade I needed, put it on, took my credit card, brought me my receipt and I was good to go.Great service!!Thanks!!

Yo, shout out to Cameren at this location! My car was having an electrical issue, unable to get any kind of read on the diagnostic machine. He helped me trouble shoot for 25 min despite not needing any parts. Saved me a ton of money & time, I appreciate you sir!

Stopped by the buck hill store saturday to purchase some wheel seals for my boat trailer, (that the other lakeville store couldn't help me with) was assisted by Hannah. she was very helpful & very pleasant to deal with & asked what i had planned the rest of the weekend. that's great customer service. i am in the automotive business as well & she is a great example of the kind of people we need as an industry, hopefully as a young gal she is pursuing a career in this business. Great Visit today... after Fleet Farm wouldnt test my Battery quick for me because it was still in the car... apparently I would need an appointment for a BATTERY TEST because its still in the car?!?! they had done it for me before..... Drove to this location, not only did they come right out and test the battery. It was bad, they found me a new one and without even asking they were grabbing their tool pack and swapping out the battery for me on the spot FREE of charge... of course I bought the battery, but I normally take a new battery home and install myself, then take the old battery back for my core deposit. This saved so much hassle and time... not to mention they did it in a sleet/rain storm

I work at the Burnsville Autozone and Jason at this O riellys will go above and beyond to get you the correct parts, no matter if it gets his store the sale or not. He wants his customers to be satisfied and make sure they can get the part they need. Jason is probably the 2nd best parts sales man, right behind me

I went in looking for lubricant and the guy working, Devin, had some really helpful insight that saved me from buying the wrong stuff and having to replace a whole set of bearings for my board. He was super helpful and really helped me out.

We had a burned out rear turn signal light and stopped here to buy a new one. The employee installed it for us. This is truly going above and beyond and it is why I shop here for all my auto parts needs.

I was recently driving from Kansas City to Minneapolis and a huge chunk of snow fell from a truck in front of me. It damaged my bumper and under cover. I exited the highway and thankfully O'Reilly was right there. I was alone, in an unfamiliar place and I'm not experienced with auto repairs at all so I was scared. A gentleman named Andrew helped me make sure there were not pieces dragging or rubbing so I could safely make it home to Kansas City. So thankful for Andrew and his help!

I want to thank Brandon for going above and beyond for helping me out during the snow storm on Monday. I broke my wiper blade and was stuck at Kwik Trip. Called the store to see if they would deliver and Brandon came to my rescue and even put it on for me. Thanks so much! I made it home too!
