Guys there are awesome. MIKE took care of me and was very professional. Good price too. The young gentleman who loaded my parts up even said, "Thank you for the business and have a good day sir", You rarely see customer service like this anymore!!!! Keep up the good work guys, I'll be doing more business with you guys in the future!

Very polite from the first phone call. Extremely knowledgeable on the parts I was needing and fast to pull them from yard and have them ready for pickup. They even washed and buffed body parts I picked up along with providing packing protection for my travels back. Metro Auto Salvage will be my first call everytime now!!

These guys are amazing. I can't have enough good things to say about them. These guys are fairly priced and they go above and beyond.

It was such a delightful experience working with Travis today. He was patient with me and answered all my questions. I'm extremely happy with the ability to deliver my parts to the shop for a reasonable fee.Highly recommend!

Went there to pick up a headlight for an Audi A4. Had called first to ensure that they had the part. They had two listed. When I got there however, one of them could not be found; and the other was cracked with broken tabs. I would not have minded the broken tabs; but could not do it with the cracked lens. The man at the counter was quite helpful and it was the computer listings which were to blame in my opinion. It was a nice drive from south Minneapolis but, ultimately, I went home empty handed.

The door I purchased was just how Travis explained the condition of it. Awesome place to do business! Will be calling them when I need parts.

Since my insurance company at the time didn't want to repair a massive dent on my front driver's side door, I decided to coordinate the repairs myself. Based on the size of the dent, I figured it was best to replace the door entirely. After searching for multiple replacement doors for a 2009 Ford Escape, I managed to find one sold by Metro Auto Salvage for $500 (including shipping). Despite being in California, I was able to confirm a color code match based on the detailed pictures they offered. While there was a delay in shipping due to a mix up on their end, I was able to get it cleared up and shipped relatively easily with their helpful customer support. They offered me the option of having it shipped directly to a freight company or to a local mechanic. When I received the door, I was impressed by the quality of packaging. Despite the cross-country journey, this door came in almost immaculate condition sans a minor scratch (which I assume was pre-existing since it came from a wrecked car). It was shipped on a pallet and protected with multiple layers of thick stretch wrap.My body mechanic was also impressed and said, "They did you a solid."

I was impressed with the professionalism and excellent customer service. I bought a part online, received it in less than two days. I had to return it and they took the return in a heartbeat with no questions or giving me a hard time. I highly recommend them and will definitely go back to them in the future. Great experience.

Delivery driver likes to go 20 under the speed limit and drive on the wrong side of the road when you go to pass him. Manager is too scared to answer the phone

We bought a replacement lift gate for our Dodge Grand Caravan from their online store and picked up in person. Their office is closed to customers due to covid-19, but there is a phone number posted to call (which worked better for me as I had young kids in the car too.) I parked near the garage door and friendly guys brought my part out and loaded it for me. Honestly couldn't have been an easier experience all around! Thanks!!

I needed a door for my Jeep. After searching the Internet for what I needed, I looked to see what I could find locally. They had what I needed at better than half the price. It was pulled and ready when I arrived and they helped me load it into my vehicle. The door was actually complete with trim panels, glass, switches, etc! It was also, I felt, in better condition than advertised. If you live in the South Metro and don't call this business first when looking for parts, you may be throwing hundreds of dollars away.

Very helpful and reasonable! I called a head and they found me a new rim over the phone and had it ready for me in under 5 min. Also charged half the price compared to elsewhere

They listed a transmission as having 20,000 miles, paper work in glove box. Selling at a premium above other similar in the general area. $100 deposit to remove from truck. Asked to have paperwork included when picked up. They agreed. Got there, paid difference loaded trans, asked for additional papers, now they don't exist. Started gaslighting me, offered to return money and take trans back. Kept interrupting me, being derogatory. I left with trans and promised them this review. Won't do business there again. They are scammers!

BUYER BEWARE!I Just got ripped off by them on Ebay."Rick" was really nice via messaging. Helped me out, got it all set - and then all of a sudden I got a notification that my order was cancelled.I looked it up, and they cancelled the part ($215) and then re-listed it for over $300! The exact same part!No communication from the seller, no explanation. Now I have to hassle with Paypal and Ebay to try and get this resolved - and I still don't have the part I need!

Wanted to buy parts, called twice and hung up both times. No respect for customers.

When I think of quality customer service, an Auto Salvage typically isn't the first thing that pops in my head but Metro knows how to take of you. Chris in particular has been super helpful finding an exact match for a replacement mirror and has provided great communication throughout the process.

Metro Auto Garbage. Staff treats people like the garbage they sell. Horrible horrible service! Drove 4 hours for excellent condition parts, parts were in very used and abused condition. They over charge as well, wanted 4x more than what a brand new part is from the dealership. Again, staff is very very rude and treats people like they are idiots.

They sell the entire assembly instead of just an individual part... It's way easier to do repairs this way! Great prices too. I've used Metro twice in the last 2 years & I'll continue going back to them

I dealt with Jeff on some leather seats. When parts were damaged in shipping they stood behind their name and made it right. Thank you for your help and fairness guys.

As a business owner I guess it's my time to act like Joe Public . Didn't get all the parts the invoice had listed. Can't drive this far and go home with nothing so no choice but to take what I was given.

I live 20 miles from this location, i called ahead for a part and when i arrived was told it was junk. What a joke. Dont waste your time with this JUNKYARD (dont let their auto recycler sign fool you) unless you can make them pull and inspect the part before you go. So mad. Thanks for pissing my afternoon away.
