I was shocked by my experience with them. I was able to get my car in right away, a honest quote the same day and my car was fixed the next day. What really surprised me was they gave me a loaner car free of charge. They did a great job for a fair price. Unbelievable! Everytime I visit these guys are top notch. Easily saved me hundreds over buying myself and having installed somewhere else....and that was with an alignment! Strongly recommended

Probably a fairly decent shop but for me the experience was poor. 2 week wait time for a service I called ahead to confirm the shop offered. Upon date of service, the owner or manager called to say they were busy and didn t really offer the service I m not sure why we said we could do this . Headlight installs are not difficult but I didn t want to take on the project myself. $300 later and the shop didn t correctly complete the install which left me with no turn signals while leaving the shop. I ended up resolving the install myself but paid $300 for a service which The shop didn t complete and took on a project that I didn t want to do. As someone who works in services, a full refund is what I would offer if I promised a service which I couldn t complete, regardless of the time I spent trying to complete the work.

Absolutely unprofessional i had called spoke with salesman and said i was on my way to purchase that car they knew i was driving from 2+ hours away and didn t call email nothing they sold it before i got there i wasn t even given an option to pay a deposit over the phone. bad business bad customer service all around horrible car lot, and i was shrugged off zero accountability on there part.

I had went to get my oil changed on my day off, it only took 25 minutes and I was on my way home again! Everyone was super friendly and helpful. On my way home I noticed my car smelled like burning oil. I popped the hood when I got home and saw that I was missing my oil cap. I called and let them know what happened. They came all the way to my house to help me figure out where it could ve went. They then drove back to the shop, and about 20 minutes later told me they d found another for me. So he came all the way back to my house, put the cap on, drove my car to the shop, cleaned the oil off of my car, (and off the oil that spilled on my driveway). Then on his way back to my house, he got my car washed and filled my gas tank! Incredibly good customer service, most people would ve just said sorry and moved on with their day. So thankful and will continue getting my car serviced there. Highly recommend!

After my father, a couple decades long customer, passed away. His truck had sat for a couple years prior and needed work. After being towed and fixed up by the only shop he used and swore by, I had a tire completely fall off on my way to work. All the lug nuts either stripped or were loosened, the cause is unknown. However after having it towed once again to Lakeville tire and auto, they were able to find another wheel out of state and within 4 days have it repaired. Here's where the 5 star review isn't enough. Even though the cause was unclear and the shop was never even a thought of being the cause, they did the repairs free of charge, parts and labor, the whole 9. As a way of showing their gratitude for years of loyalty and also a way of saying our condolences they did this act that honestly has made now a second generation loyal customer and I will forever be recommending this shop! Started as a family auto with the first generation, still owned and operated by the second, and now forever a part of my families regular business! No amount of stars will ever fulfill the gratitude I feel for this business!

I had a second opinion of the issues they reported to me after an oil change. Not one single one of those issues was a concern for the local mechanic I had look at my vehicle. They make suggestions based on mileage and year of your vehicle. I would would take their diagnosis with caution.

Honest, fair shop that does the job right. I've been taking my vehicle here for many years and have always been satisfied. Recently my truck had an engine fire due to faulty wires from there factory. Mark and his staff went the extra mile to work with my insurance and ensure all parts were replaced to make sure my vehicle was safe to be back on the road. Can't say enough good things about this shop.

Super honest and trustworthy establishment. Extremely timely with repairs. Extremely fair pricing and super flexible with drop offs and pick ups. I drive from Minneapolis to have my Jeep Wrangler serviced here and I am very happy with the outcome.

I've been going there for years, excellent service. I just had an oil change and mentioned I should get a tire rotation soon, well it was done with my oil change them knowing it was due. I did purchase my tires there awhile back.

I had a schedule mishap, and ended up bringing in the vehicle 3 hours later than they expected it (Sorry!). They we're still able to get it done for me in a couple hours, which was great. I had them mount and balance my new tires on aftermarket wheels. They did not damage the wheels at all, which is a huge plus, because I haven't been able to find any other shop locally that was able to do that. Will def be getting future business.

Mark and his staff are phenomenal!! Honest, trustworthy, good service at a good price... We just moved to Lakeville recently and are so happy to have found Lakeville Auto. We will continue to give them our business and I would highly recommend them!!

Professional, courteous and worry free are just a few words synonymous with my experience at Lakeville Tire & Auto Service. I had an online order from Goodyear.com to install a set of 4 Duratracs and everything from start to finish went without any hiccups. I was met with very friendly and courteous staff. They answered all my questions and ensured me of a positive experience! They indeed delivered! My truck was in excellent hands. Zero issues and zero problems!

The service was atrocious!We went there to get two tires repaired. The mechanic removed all four. We Do Not believe that our rim's were cracked when we arrived. (We bought the vehicle from a family friend who would have told us that)Lakeville Tire and Auto tried to sell us a Used rim for $250.00. A new one is less than that. After bringing tires there to be fixed for almost 30 years, I WILL NEVER SET FOOT IN THERE AGAIN.This saga goes on.....but, I do not see the point. They are now run as a shoddy rip off scheme business.

Always easy to deal with a friendly employees eager to help. Been here numerous times and never feel like they are trying to sell me something I don t need. Could probably find specials at nearby competitors and save a few bucks but I trust Lakeville Tire and Auto so am more then happy not having to shop around and risk bad service.

I needed my back break pads and rotors done a couple weeks ago, and the guys squeezed me in during the middle of the week and got everything done by close that day. I work night shift and have a 4 month old at home, so scheduling stuff like this has not been easy lately, but Lakeville Tire & Auto made it a breeze! I truly appreciate them getting my vehicle in, and they were nothing but professional with both my husband and I! It was my first time here, but it won t be my last!

Mark and his team are top-notch. Always honest, he will tell you cost before he does anything. I take all of my vehicles to them, and never worry about the results. Friendliest bunch of mechanics around!

Purchased tires for my wife's van at the Lakeville store. Staff was very polite and tried their hardest to help me, but we had recurring problems with multiple sets of Goodyear tires that we purchased here. Nothing against this particular store, but I will avoid Goodyear tires after this experience.

They really take care of your car needs and very honest about what wrong with your vehicle and the price is not that bad. I can still breathe after I pay them Lol
