Heartland Tire & Auto is top notch. Kirby, Bud, and their talented and dedicated crew are true professionals. This is the only independent repair shop I trust. They always make sure my vehicles are repaired efficiently, with quality parts, and to OEM standards. Their knowledge base never ceases to amaze me and I have thrown some curve balls at them. This crew always has my best interest in mind. Thanks guys and you have a forever customer!

I lost my husband a year ago. He did alot of the car repairs jobs. The staff at Heartland has been honest, kind, fairly priced and treated our family decently with all of our vehicles. We truly appreciate the quality care they provide. And they always greet you warmly and thank you for your business! It keeps us coming back!

I was driving alone home to Iowa when my vehicle broke down. I showed up on Heartland's doorstep and have nothing but praise for this business. Bud and Nick took such good care of me! They both went above and beyond. My repair was a big one and required a lot of communication with a parts company, my extended warranty company and the out-of-state shop that installed the faulty part. I can't imagine how much time Bud spent coordinating all of these players. Nick offered to give me and all my luggage a ride to a local rental car dealer and when there were no rentals available, he drove me around helping me track down a vehicle. These guys are fantastic humans that you can trust!

Being the genius i am, i managed to pop my tire in my own driveway over the weekend. Everywhere was booked up on Monday, but these guys still got me in. The tire had to be ordered and was delayed, but they kept in touch with me and were real professional throughout the ordeal. My wheels are back on and functioning now!

So happy to have found a team we can trust! Our organization Sleep In Heavenly Peace builds and delivers beds for kids without beds. We were out delivering 16 beds in Lakeville when our truck broke down. They saved us over $500 from the original quote from another shop including not doing unnecessary repairs from the original quote! Repairs are stressful enough, nice to know you have someone you can trust through the process.

The crew there is professional and timely. Recently got brakes and shocks. Lots of screeching so I brought the car back in and they fixed it on their dime which is expected. But they still screech. Good place for oil change and tire rotation.

I brought my husbands Tahoe in because it was making a grinding sound. I knew it needed new rotors in the front and breaks. They found that the break line was also twisted around and were able to fix that as well. They called me as they found things and gave recommendations but didn t make me feel pressured to do extra work. Super happy with the service and pricing. Amazing customer service! They went above and beyond to help. We blew a tire on our camper coming home, and we got there right at closing time. They put the new tires on the rims for me. Very grateful for help in a stressful situation.Service: TiresService: Tires

Good service and very efficient. Been with this garage for a long time. When I brought my car in however, with a brake issue, they first blamed me for trying to fix it myself by bleeding the brakes. Bleeding brakes is a simple process. Then they call and say I need a new master cylinder. Ok, no problem. I ask how long, well it will probably go into tomorrow. So I say, ok. I start looking for rentals because I'll need a car. Get a rental figured out. 30 min later I get a call saying by car is done. It was 2pm. I ended up paying, because of th extra for a rental I didn't need. Lol*

We were on our way home from Minnesota to Iowa on a very Snowy Sunday night, the battery light came on & then shortly thereafter all the lights on the dash came on. We were able to pull into a Target parking lot - Uber'd to a hotel and called Heartland first thing Monday morning, The gentleman I talked to was absolutely incredible- He was quick to get my car in, figured out the issue, and literally had us back on the road before noon! I can't tell you how calming he was, treated me with great respect, reassured me he could get my car fixed and I would be on my way in no time! It was outstanding and very reasonably priced too- ended up with a new alternator & oil change! The peace of mind he gave us was priceless. For sure a 10/10!! We have been going here for over 20 years but no more. Took the car in for oil change and grinding noise when stepping on brakes. They said the brake pad were good. Well they weren t and needed them replaced at a reputable shop. So sad they don t care. It was really the best place years agoService: Oil changeService: Oil change

I brought my car in to have my AC looked at. They quoted me $66+ tax. The plan was to check the pressure and for a leak. Then they d do an evacuation and fill. They said they would call before anything was done to my car. They did NOT do an evacuation and fill. They only did a diagnostic and when I went to pick up my car I was charged $232! For a diagnostic ONLY! That is absolutely ridiculous. What s even worse was their customer service when I asked why I was being charged so much!Service: Air conditioning

Awesome experience! All the staff including, Bud and Kirby, were so accommodating. We got a ride to lunch we had planned before a piece of my car bottom fell. Turns out it was the oil pan. Our driver was friendly and took us to a great restaurant and picked us up. The quality of their work is superior and prices very fair. I will definitely return and encourage you to try them out if you haven't already.

We have had such exceptional service from Bud, Kirby and their team at Heartland Tire and Auto. In the past it has been very hard to find a group of people we can trust with our vehicles. These guys are honest, fair, forthright and kind. Every experience is a good one and we currently bring 5 different cars into this shop for service. We are thankful that we can trust them and they provide such excellent service. We couldn't recommend more highly.

These guys seem to always do the right thing, even when it's a bit inconvenient for them. I've had my car repaired here three times and their service is one of a kind and loyal. Usually, I feel robbed and dumb (as a female), but they are quick to help explain why they're doing what they're doing.My break light went off on my car and I thought it would cost me $1500 for a repair (I assumed both front and back needed attention) and then labor would be steep. I forget their labor is reasonable and not overpriced. They called me and said "your back breaks are new -- it's the front ones that need to be done." I know my car well, and that was news to me.What I'm saying is, is they take care of me every single time and they're honest -- a rare find nowadays. I drive kind of out of my way to get repairs done here. Need help? This is place to go.

I have a 2001 Lexus that I'm trying to hang on to until it reaches 300,000 miles. Heartland is helping me get there. They are always very accommodating and do a great job servicing my car. Recently I brought it in and had them do a tune up. When I got the car back, it was running so well and had it's old pep back that I had to call and thank them. Highly recommend this place.

I went to Heartland and got a second opinion on a repair that needed to be done on one of our work vans. I spoke with Bud to get my estimate and was very pleased to hear that instead of the 1200.00 that I was quoted by a competitor, it would only be 900.00. The service was great and I received everything that I was promised. I am very happy to leave a 5 star review for this company. Thanks to all who took care of our vehicle and made my life easy!

Really liked the service. Really honest. I brought my van in for front brakes and it turned out to be rear. They could have easily sold me both, but they explained that the fronts were still good and really didn't need to be done. They then quoted me a fair price for the back brakes. Pricing was good. I highly recommend them. It's hard to find a honest place you can trust.

I brought my vehicle to Bud and crew yesterday. I made them aware of my repair concerns and they did a very thorough check of my vehicle. Bud presented his findings and recommendations based on their inspections. They recommended certain repairs that should be done because of safety concerns and also shared other less urgent needs. I left my vehicle and was given a loaner to use. The repairs were done on time and I am very happy with the outcome and cost. Thank you to you and your crew Bud. I have been very happy with the team at Heartland Tire and Auto near Mills Fleet Farm. I had my truck tires painlessly replaced in the late winter. They helped my son with his car replacing his AC and some other minor repairs. He needed a new engine and they helped my son with that as well. They are replacing my daughters tires this week and helped us find the issue on one item. I have had enough interaction to see consistency and care. All around. Our son s car had an issue on his way home from university for Thanksgiving break. He took his car here, they squeezed him in to trouble shoot the problem and drove him to a hotel for the night. They fixed the car the next day by 1pm and picked him back up from the hotel and he was back on the road. The service was above and beyond. A special thanks to Kirby!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

THANKS for the great brake service! I had heard several great testimonials about Heartland Tire and Auto in Lakeville, so I took my wife's van in when her brakes were acting up. They got me in quickly...even though there were several people in the waiting room. They gave me a much lower estimate than my wife got months ago for the same work. They completed everything while I waited and we were pleased with their pricing, service and timeliness. Outstanding experience!!

I was driving southbound on I-35 heading to Iowa for Easter, when my car was vibrating violently and felt like something was wrong. I checked for local tire place, and Heartland Tire and Auto were the ones closest to where I was and had a great review. After arriving, they got me in immediately, and diagnosed my car in a matter of minutes. They identified the problem, gave me my options. They had to go pick up my tires however, and would be a wait. I was not surprised, as my car is almost 15 years old, and the tires are not common anymore, and was told it would be about an hour to get everything done on my car (during rush hour). They did not disappoint! They picked up my tires, had them fitted and balanced, and on my way in almost exactly an hour (give or take a few minutes). They were prompt, and fixed my issue, and at a reasonable price! They came through in an emergency situation and got me back on the road to celebrate Easter with my family!

We needed to find a hard to replace tire for my classic car. Nick was knowledgeable. We came in. Lobby was spotless. They offered coffee/bottled water. Women's restroom was clean and fully stocked w expected needs plus hand lotion &feminine products. Couldn't believe how welcoming a tire store was. Nick also found us a better deal than originally quoted. Will be happy to give them my future business for my 3 vehicles.Thanks Nick.

I got tires at a decent rate for what I needed. I had some tire balancing issues and ended up having a bent rim, however, my other mechanics found the rest of the tires were off by about an ounce. Honest mistake, tire weights are easy to mis match. The staff is friendly. They gave me a credit for the balancing I got done at the other place and I've been back a few times.

I have been coming to this location for a few years and always appreciated the level of service they give. A recent visit elevated my opinion of this business. I recently started hearing a " howling" noise in my car. I first thought it was out of alignment or a wheel bearing and brought it in. They did an alignment and the bearings were fine. They did suggest replacing one of the tires as they noticed some scalloping which could be the cause. I did so but to me the howling did not go away. I got them to recheck the alignment and it was fine. I was about ready to leave because I felt that maybe this was simply the sound the tires made. Still I was happy with how they addressed the issue. Two days later I received a call from them saying Goodyear was willing to replace all the tires in hopes of remedying the problem. I was surprised at this as I felt it was far above what was needed. We changed the tire style and the noise is gone. I don't know the names of the team at the front except for Kirby. He has always been upfront, knowledgeable and great to me. I won't go anywhere else.
