We are very happy with the body work and alignment that Crystal Lake Automotive did on our 2021 Nissan Frontier. We were at the end of a long road trip with our new truck when the accident happened. The service advisor, JC, was very professional and personable, and their shop did incredible work. All the lines are clean between the hood and front quarter panel. We highly recommend them and are so pleased that our truck looks brand new again! Since pictures are worth a thousand words, I decided to post a few with this review. My vehicle was rear-ended in October 2023, as of writing, it s 2/24/2024.After 115 days at Classic Collision, my vehicle was returned to me with a dead gauge cluster, mechanical (fuel system) issues and body damage (dent) that had been ignored. I also noticed a literal CRACK in the paint that hadn t existed prior to its time at classic.For nearly 4 months my Porsche was left static, outside in the winter weather. I m left with electrical, mechanical and body issues. I can provide details/photos/receipts.Back to square one.

UPDATE: was told finishing my repairs would take an additional week in the shop and a rental car charge would be my responsibility. I had arranged for two weeks off of work for the original repairs so I wouldn't need a rental car. Can't get anyone at this place to call me back.I was called at 330PM and told my car was done and I needed to pick it up by 530PM that same day. Two hour notice. I let them know that I would be there the next day and they acted like it was such a hassle. I picked my vehicle up and the repairs were incomplete. There was still paint missing off of one of the doors. I went back in and let staff know about the issue and they mysteriously couldn't locate the person I had been working with. I was told likely it was because insurance denied that portion of the claim but that the person who I had been "working with" ( I was never actually assigned anyone) would call me with an update. I never received a call so I contacted my insurance who let me know they didn't deny any portion of my claim. I was told I had to take my vehicle with me, even though the repairs were incomplete.Service: Body & Trim

Classic Collision Lakeville are the only people I trust for body work on my 2021 Honda CR-V. They do amazing, professional work and always provide excellent customer service. I have unfortunately had to get my car repaired here twice in the last year, but today it looks just as good as the day I bought it!

If I could give zero I would. In complete job. Didn't finish painting car. Had the car for over a week. They said insurance didn't approve it. Insurance stated they approved everything. The guy who worked on the car the mysteriously couldn`t find.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

They took my car in within 2 weeks when others body shops were making me wait 2-4 months! Hussein did an amazing job. Even went out of his way to detail my car inside and out, and buff out some ugly spots on my car. Amazing front desk staff, amazing services, overall an amazing shop, will recommend to everyone closest to me, cannot express my gratitude enough!

Classic Collision in Lakeville replaced a fender on my car. Brian drove quite a distance to pick up a part. JC and his crew do awesome work. To my surprise, when I picked up my car they had detailed even the interior. It hasn't been that clean since it was new. Wonderful people and very friendly. Excellent repair work. Did a perfect job repairing my truck. When I got it back, the inside was like new it was cleaned so well. I would for sure recommend to anyone needing body work done. The entire process was so simple. Staff is super helpful.

I know a huge number of techs and shops, but always go here and always refer my friends and family here. No personal ties to this business, just had a lot of experiences bringing in many different cars over many years. The work has been perfect- oil changes, mechanical repairs, mass body work after hitting a deer. I ask for advice and 100% trust their input, can't put a price on that. The guys have been super- helpful above and beyond what's expected, and twice in the last year Doreen was an expert of experts helping me out with specific tires and a power steering problem. Appreciate her, the guys, the front office folk, and everyone else.

Very nice patio. The pizzas are the way to go as far as food. Hot fires were good as was the coconut shrimp. I would go back again. Kids likes the non-alcoholic drink menu.

Crystal Lake Automotive was one of many suggested by State Farm to consider for collision repairs on my truck and was so pleased that I decided to enlist their services. I seldom do reviews and it has been quite some time since the work but they are the absolute best! A special thanks to Michael who was my point of contact, addressing any and all questions or concerns I had throughout the entire process. From Kelly pleasantly greeting me at the front desk to Michael walking me through job completion, it was nothing less than full on professionalism, efficiency, politeness, respect, and concern for me as the customer. It was also a very convenient bonus to have the rental car office next door that simplified this issue besides. I work in customer service myself everyday and in a world where top notch service can be an elusive thing, they nailed it! I very highly recommend to all my friends and family or anyone in need of these services. Difficult to hit perfect but they were much closer to 5 stars than 4......4.75! I was blown away by the service at Crystal Lake Automotive. I brought my vehicle to them for collision repair simply because they have a contract with my car insurance and I didn't have a preferred shop, however I think they've turned me into a lifelong customer. Repairs only took them 2.5 days. I was called each day with updates until it was complete. I love that they don't leave you guessing on what the total cost or services will be like other shops/dealerships often do. The best part was returning to a SPOTLESS vehicle! And I mean spotless! Completely unexpected, but greatly appreciated. Overall 10/10 shop that goes above and beyond expectations for their customers.Service: Body & Trim

I chose Crystal Lake Automotive due to their proximity and positive reviews for light body work after my truck was swiped by another driver in a parking lot. The front office team and JC provided the level of service anyone could appreciate and hope for. I had a fantastic experience from drop off to pickup. My truck looks like new, pricing was fair, and they even detailed my mats and interior something I wasn t expecting and sold me on becoming a repeat customer. Crystal Lake Automotive is the best! The quality of work and the service there is top notch. Doreen kept me informed with any repairs that were needed with my vehicle. The employees treat you like family and always have a smile on their face. The employees are also the nicest people and everyone there really cares about you and the service they provide. I was so very impressed with the service I received on my 2014 Jeep.I was greeted as soon as I came through the front door and directed toMike. He was so friendly and helpful. I was pretty upset as I been rear ended earlier in the day. He reassured me that I would get quick, quality service. He walked me through the process and made sure I got my rental car with no problems. A few days later I came back to pick up my vehicle and was very happy with the work that was done. Mike made sure that I was completely satisfied with my experience. He also went above and beyond by checking out a sound I was hearing, unrelated to the accident, and gave me his opinion. I am completely satisfied with every aspect of my service at Crystal Lake Automotive and would recommend them without hesitation.

Mike Brasher and Crystal Lake Automotive were outstanding. I brought my truck in for collision repair, and they made the whole process absolutely painless. I went to 2 other shops, and the customer service alone made me choose them. The estimator, Mike, explained everything to me, kept me in the loop the whole time, and dealt with insurance so I didn't have to worry at all. My truck was back to me in 4 days, and they had cleaned it inside and out. The area they worked on was perfect, and the body and paint were flawless. Color was exact match, no orange peel, and the body lines were straight. I would recommend them to anyone.

Had a great experience with Crystal Lake Automotive! We had our truck towed here after an accident to assess damages for insurance. Staff members kept me informed every step of the way and were so pleasant to work with. Todd was so knowledgeable and empathetic to our unfortunate situation, he was always kind and responsive to my many phone calls. Start to finish Crystal Lake Auto takes amazing care of the customer and their needs. Professional yet very personable and welcoming. Declined to do business with company that wants to charge for something I didn't ask for. Asked to fix part and they wanted to charge for diagnostics which didn't need because I new what was wrong. They only needed to back up work done to part I asked to be fixed , I work with public and not recommend for any service, but body shop was good.

We recently had insurance work done here on both cars. (Hail damage.) They were very helpful and went out of their way to help us. They worked directly with our insurance company and with the rental car company. There was a delay due to the manufacturer providing the wrong parts but Crystal Lake Auto made sure we were able to keep using the rental car for no charge even with the delay. They did a great job all around. And the cars both look great. We're happy to have an auto service business like this nearby. Thanks!

Crystal Lake Automotive is like having your father (or mother) fix your vehicle - attention to every detail is standard for them! I have never had such terrific service - Crystal Lake is the Nordstrom of auto service and repair! Routine maintenance begins with an email reminder and ends with perfect service. Recently, I had a collision repair - Crystal Lake explained every step, and my 2013 car looks like new! AND - they detailed the car!! Unbelievable - but true! I recommend Karl and Jim and Mike and everyone at Crystal Lake Automotive with NO reservations! Their work and service has always been excellent - this is over-the-top service! Do yourself a huge favor and take the worry out of caring for your car - please call Crystal Lake!

I recently needed some auto-body work done on my 2018 Rav4. I was so pleased with the work and customer service at Crystal Lake Automotive. Top notch service all the way from the beginning estimate process to dropping car off for the repair to picking my car back up at completion of the work. The team were all professional and great to work with. They made me feel important as a customer and were very appreciative for my business. Greg Larsen worked with me from beginning to end and made it a smooth process all the way. It was such a pleasure working with him! My vehicle was involved in a front end collision and my experience dealing with Crystal Lake Auto was first rate. From the first phone call until the work was completed, everything ran quickly, efficiently, smoothly and the people at Crystal Lake made me feel like family. They kept me updated on the work and when the work would be completed. When I picked up the car it looked like brand new and it was clean inside and out, which was a pleasant surprise. Check in and check out took just a few minutes. I would highly recommend Crystal Lake Auto to anyone that is in need of auto repairs.

I just picked up my vehicle after Crystal Lake repaired damage to both the front and back bumpers. First the Rav looked like new inside and out. And the repair work was superb!! James gave the estimate and also explained what was done. This company is one of a kind. Reasonable repair costs, friendly, knowledgeable employees, and estimated time of repair met (actually was a day and a half early). Thank you for your great service!!

I've been a customer of Crystal Lake Automotive for over 10 years and after my latest experience, I'm reminded of the reason I keep coming back. Once you find a car care business that you trust, you stay with them. The team at Crystal Lake are friendly and knowledgeable, they stand by their work and always find a way to exceed my expectation. With that formula, why would I take my car care needs anywhere else? Our cars are so necessary to us, that when something goes wrong, it's so nice to know exactly where it will be taken care of quickly, correctly and completely. Crystal Lake is the place to go.

We have gone to Crystal Lake Automotive many times for maintenance and collision repairs for years and we have always had exceptional service. For our most recent maintenance service, they were able to fix a problem with our brakes that we had since we had them done at a dealership two years earlier. The dealership looked at the brakes a couple of times after they were originally done since they were squealing after the brakes were done, but they couldn't determine why they were squealing. Crystal Lake Automotive was able to fix the problem on our first visit. Al kept us updated on their progress as they tried to determine what the issue was. We also worked with Mike and Kellie and all three of them are great to work with.

Crystal Lake Auto stays true to their statement to go above and beyond. My 2006 Jetta had to be serviced there due to rust warranty from VW. During the entire process Gregg was extremely friendly and kind. He always called me to update me on the progress and got my vehicle back to me as soon as possible. After receiving my car back I called with some minor adjustment and Gregg took care of me right away with no delay. The entire staff team was friendly and knowledgeable. They will forever have my business if I ever need them for anything else. Highly recommend this establishment.

I have been using Crystal Lake Automotive for over 30 years. It used to be called Twin City Auto. There is still currently one employee there from the original shop. His name is Al and he is now a service manager. He recently moved from the mechanic shop to his current position.The other day I needed an oil change and was experiencing a brake issue. Just like always the mechanics at Crystal Lake are real pros. They are experienced and if they don t know exactly what the issue may be, they research and ask fellow mechanics.I am always treated with respect and courtesy. I know using Crystal Lake Automotive I will get a great value with the services they have for any one of my vehicles.
