I had an emergency with my front right tire and stopped in here because it was the closest place to me and I was in a rush. Needless to say, they took amazing care of me! Not only were they extremely friendly and courteous, but they got me in right away to look at my tire because I told them it was an emergency and I was running behind. They inspected my tire to make sure everything was good with it, replaced my missing lug nut, and tightened the rest on that tire and my other 3 tires to make sure they were all good as well. I would HIGHLY recommend Christian Brothers to anyone in need of any type of auto repair. By being incredibly awesome, you guys earned my future business! Thanks again!

WARNING OVERPRICED SCAM!!!!Please Read AllI called for a quote on having the thermostat replaced on my Pontiac G.T.O. with an Ls1 block (real common popular motor). The job requires an ACDelco: General Motors- O.E.M. thermostat w/seal costing $33.55, 2 gallons of Prestone Dex-Cool G.M. Coolant: 50/50 Ready To Use for $37.98 ($18.99/each), & and you might as well replace the lower radiator hose as well since it has to be taken off to drain the radiator and access the thermostat; so add one Duralast Radiator Hose C72282 costing $25.49. So the parts required cost a total of $96.99+ tax. (All prices are from Advanced Auto Parts in Rosemount) So after loosening the two hose clamps and removing the lower radiator hose, there are only two 10mm bolts left to remove the thermostat housing unit & seal. Then, put on the new seal, thermostat, & lower radiator hose on, tighten the hose clamps, properly fill the cooling system & you're done. It's not a difficult or time-consuming task, nor are the parts expensive. But they said that the cost would start at $500, & possibly go up to $1,500 or so depending on different variables; and he said that there were "Many Variables." Basically, the only variable is the brand you buy if it's O.E.M. or not. I'm a car guy who is perfectly capable of doing this myself, but having to get down onto my cold cement floor and working in a cold garage, I decided to farm out the work and I had to let everyone know how they tried to rip me off. I have a strong feeling that the average person wouldn't know how EXTREMELY OVERPRICED that is, and there are no other factors to raise the price. I ended up going to a race shop in Rosemount and was taken care of for just over $200 A fair and appropriate price. If they will price gouge so much on a simple job, I fear to think what they would do on a job that was actually difficult with expensive parts. They may call themselves Christian Brothers, but those kind of business practices are neither Christian nor Brotherly; Shame on them!Do yourself a favor and go anyplace, but here.Good Luck, and God Bless

Very well knowledge, It s hard to leave my truck someone because you never know, what s really getting done but I felt comfortable and calm. I love the welcome you felt walking through the door and talking to the adviser. To top it off the warranty that stands behind their work is astounding. Thanks for everything and if need to be you will see me in the future, but I hope not lol.

It was a great they explained everything to me answered questions I had and even showed me the part that made need down the road they took there in explaining and patient I would recommend any one that needed any repairs or oil change. They made me feel very relaxed and comfortable so I didn t feel that they would replace things that I didn t need also they listen to KTIs thank you so much

All I can say is I will be coming back!! This was my first time here and I loved it. Everyone is very welcoming and kind, they won t rip you off like these other mechanics. Once they give you an estimate they ll call back and try to reach you so you know how much the full price will be. 404 Was the price they told me after everything was explained & what needed to be done!! I was a bit skeptical but once I got there I paid 404 & nothing more. Great communication & very trustworthy!! Please don t hesitate & try them out!!

Best auto place so far, only been there for one time but they truly feel like a competent and honest mechanic shop! They do not even ask for reviews so this was my true experience but I only have 1 interaction so far. The communication and portal were awesome and quotes and work were fair and accuate.

my mom and i love Christian Brothers. when this location opened, my mom decided to do some research and loved their origin story. we decided to check it out. as women, we feel very comfortable getting our maintenance done here. i am a nurse, so i really enjoy seeing my car s chart . very honest mechanics that help prioritize what needs to be done vs what can wait. once, i had the slightest wrong size wipers on my car (i needed new ones anyway), and the mechanic told us. he explained that this would lead to a bigger fix deeper inside with the mechanisms (more technical than that, of course). he offered to find the proper ones or he told us it would be much cheaper to just buy them ourselves online/a store. i appreciated that! i really enjoy that they check everything out on my car, it makes me feel so good that they are so diligent in their jobs and knowing that my car is safe. it feels like my dad is doing my maintenance, not a mechanic shop.

Very disappointing experience!I wanted to support a Faith based company, however, if you live more than 10 minutes away their shuttle won't help, and if you have to wait, their managers start arguing with you, as if I'd feel comfortable hanging out there for 5 hours just for them to check their previous work, even with a first thing appointment.. they don't care

They worked hard to complete my car repair before the weekend even though I didn't have an appointment. They were transparent on the work they did with pictures and regular calls. The shuttle service was a huge help to me. Based on the inspection reports, the technician clearly knew what he was doing.

There's a reason for 4.9 by over 600 customers!Reception is welcoming, technician are knowledgeable. They don't push to sell and all the pictures are really helpful, specially for people don't know anything about auto like me! We have been send our cars to dealership for all maintenance and repairs but now we gonna go here instead! Support local businesses! They're awesome you won't be disappointed!

Christian brothers at there lakeville location kept me in the loop throughout the process on repairing my truck and charged reasonable prices for all repair services instead of price gouging you like most places do these days. I would gladly bring my truck back for any future repairs. Thanks to the whole team at lakeville Christian brothers!!!!

The guys at Christian Brothers went above and beyond. The key lock to my wheels was missing and Chuck ordered me one and had it delivered to CB. If I had a flat on the side of the road, road side assistance would not be able to help me! I had no idea it was missing. I m so grateful to Chuck and the guys.

Jeff is a supervisor at this shop, and I had great experience working with him to repair my SUV. I had CBA replace my brakes sometime after pandemic. I started to hear squeaky noises so I brought my vehicle back to CBA and after inspection Jeff had his team replace the brakes and explained that post pandemic they had parts shortage and the had to go with what was available at that time instead of the one they normally would use. About a few months later I started hearing the same noise and went back to Jeff and after a few more test drive and able to reproduce the noise he had his team replace the brakes and rotors again and told me if the noise continues then I should go back and they will order the OEM at that point if they had to. Luckily the noise has gone away after the third try but I really appreciated CBA s focus on customer service and satisfaction. Way to go Jeff and team.

Discount Tire cross-threaded a lugnut on my Subaru during regular rotation. They sent us to Christian Brothers to get it fixed. They fixed it, which is why One Star rating.Of course they looked the car over and the only thing they found "deficient" was "thinning brake pads (3mm quoted). Need to be replaced." Well I have a guy for that. Brought it to him this morning.On inspection. Rotors are perfect. Brake pads have almost 8mm on them. No service needed. Certainly no replacement.Another "find something that seems important" shop hoping for knee jerk customer to sat FIX IT! It was a flat out lie.Cannot recommend. Stay away. Don't let them sell you a bill of goods for nothing.

My car needed an oil change and was burning extra oil. They looked at the engine and gave me options on what they could do to help reduce the oil consumption. I like their email inspection report and estimate for services they recommend so I can have time to review and make the decision best for me. I also like the face they support local charities and they were doing a food drive for the Messiah Food Shelf in Lakeville.

My first experience with this company. Super kind and generous from start to finish. They made a mistake on my car in that they did not get my oil changed by the weekend. They apologized profusely and comped my oil change 100%. Companies seem to never go above and beyond anymore. But Christian Brothers surely did. In addition to this make-it-right gesture, when I got in my car, there was a bag full of candy and a bottle of water waiting for me. All in all I highly recommend working with them. So kind. Understand customer service and they do a great job!

Nick was great and super helpful as always. I have a new car so they needed to special order my oil filter and he communicated that to me right away and ensured that it arrived quickly so I didn t have to wait too long. First time trying this automotive place and I was highly satisfied! They took in my car, I left and when they finished the inspection I got a link texted to me that brought me to a website that told me all that they checked and the importance of what should be fixed to what was less of an issue. Each item also had a video I could watch that told me what the part was they were going to fix and the importance of it.Not knowing much about cars seeing the videos really helped my understanding of why it needed to be fixed. Super friendly people they really made me feel like I was a long time customer!

5 stars all around. Reasonably priced, quick service. They have a shuttle service to bring you back home or pick you up if you need it. Snacks and water in the clean and well-kept waiting room. The people are nice. It s like the chick fil-a of mechanics. They re kind and use phrases like, how can we serve you? I had them do a whole vehicle check up on a recently purchased used car. They sent me an entire report with images, descriptions and maintenance details. It was super helpful to take back to the dealer for work under my warranty. Definitely recommend them!
