The service rep who worked with me was very polite, well spoken and kind. He didn't, however, believe me when I told him part of the service done on my truck had been done incorrectly. He actually lead me to my truck so he could 'show' me that the work had been done right - only to recognize that I was correct. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to wait for their error to be corrected (something I can easily do - it will just take time). Thus, later when I have time, I will do what they should have done in the first place. I've been using Belzers' for over 30 years so they haven't lost my patronage. This morning was a bit disappointing.

I was greeted immediately and directed to a service service agent. This person checked me in and asked if I wanted a complimentary service inspection and a car wash.This only took a few minutes. I waited in a clean waiting area, had a free coffee, able to watch tv, or read a newspaper.A very friendly experience.Very pleased.

These people are truly the best at what they do. As a customer, you will receive A+ service, the best available price, and a low-pressure, comfortable buying experience. There's a reason we choose to drive 70 miles to this dealership when several others are closer. The buyer is treated well here in every aspect of vehicle ownership.

Took my Chevy Bolt in to address two recall issues. One was resolved, however, in order to resolve the second issue the attendant told me he would have to drain the battery to 80%, which would take 2 hours. I was then given the option of bringing it in another day. If I had been told in advance the work could not be done with a full charge, I could have partially drained the battery myself before coming in. Instead I took a half day off from work and was not able to get the "needed repair" done.

Had a warranty issue on an EV in which it needed a new battery. The team here was great and getting it all fixed quickly - and making sure I was set up with a temporary car. Highly recommend!

went in for yearly rust protection and was told about an hour and 15 minutes. It was about 1hr 30 min before called to cashier. Not bad at all. Was really impressed how clean the inside of vehicle was. Great visit. However wish they would send reminders to service stuff that you paid for with buying your vehicle. Had I not remembered this it would never have gotten done.

Very very disappointed after 4 years of business with this dealership. Bought a brand new car, all service done there for 4 years. To schedule a basic service appointment is always 3-4 weeks or more out. I have some concerns about a knocking noise and engine issue when I came for an oil change appointment, I was told it s more than 2 months out to schedule a diagnostic appointment. There was no sense of urgency or caring once the car is sold. I called Luther Kia and I was scheduled for the next day. The person who answers the phone for scheduling, was very rude. Never going there again and never buy a car from there again.Very very disappointed knowing that there is an engine issue in this cold weather and no one even bothered to look if there is anything can be done about it.

I had a tough time getting anyone to help get my warranty work scheduled. 1st call went to voicemail, with no returned call. 2nd call in, seemed as though it would be impossible to get anything done. I had to continue to call in or it seemed they would have just never done anything about it and would have been happy with that outcome. I finally heard the part came in but the guy had no idea how it got there. At least he could schedule it. The service guy I worked with when I got there (Brian ?) was very good about the whole rest of the process. I am disappointed that I had to do so much babysitting to get my warranty work completed after having a warranty worthy claim and already going in to let them try to fix it 3 times before getting the authorization to get the part and fix it right. I would call it a big let down. May need to shop new vehicles elsewhere.

This dealership did a beautiful job on my car. It turned out much better than I expected. My car looks new. And in dealing with all the staff they went above and beyond. I highly recommend this dealership.

My experience with Jeff Blezer service and specifically Creed, was nothing less than fantastic! Creed and the service team were able to navigate error codes my Ram was throwing, diagnose and then worked with the extended warranty provider and had all repairs done prior to my road trip! This work included obtaining parts from a Dodge/Ram dealer in Green Bay!! While the truck was in service, I was provided a new Eco-Diesel truck to use the entire time mine was being serviced! I can t say enough about how professional and thorough Creed and the Belzer service team was!Much appreciated!!

Had an accessory installed on my truck as well as a recall. All work was completed in an hours. Only thought for improving the experience was more signage on where to go for service. This is my first time having service done, and the layout of the facility made it hard to find where to pull in for Ram service.

Although, it was a long drive for me to get to the dealership, I found the car buying experience to make it worthwhile. The personnel were extremely polite and patient and of course helpful. My trip was very successful.

I had some engine issues with my Kia Telluride... I was advised from the warranty company to take it to the dealer where my vehicle was purchased, which was at Jeff Belzers Kia in Lakeville. I had the honor of working with Joseph whom helped me tremendously. He contacted the warranty company about the repairs on behalf, to ensure repairs will be covered. He advised me of other repairs my vehicle needed to be back to good health. I loved the fact that he was honest about needing a tire replacement without trying to upsale me on all new tires like other dealers and tire shops have done. I need a sensor repaired & he called the warranty company on my bahalf and the repair was included. Save me a ton of money. My car was dropped off and the next day it was ready. Love the communication and fast service. This dealership has an amazing team that goes above and beyond each time I visit.

My appointment for my 2023 RAM 1500 truck (for a factory recall item check) at Jeff Belzer's service department in Lakeville was scheduled for 10:00 am. Work started right on time and finished 30 minutes later- 30 minutes ahead of schedule. Everything was done as planned and expected. Thanks to Brian in service who was very nice to work with. 100% satisfied.

I brought my car in to buff out some scratches and marks. the tech found oxidattion on hood and sliding doors that needed painting, (still under warrenty) all fixed and buffed and ready for the paint protection application. That also went well.

Joe my advisor was wonderful. My car had a recall issue over the weekend & they got my car in even without an appointment in between appointments and got the job done.I would be coming back to them vs going to my closest Kia dealership. I live over an hour away but these people are awesome here at this location!!

Service check in staff very polite and professional. I gave 4 stars because the paper floor mat wasn t removed after I returned to my car. I also noticed my service technician never filled out the sheet showing they checked everything.Karen W

Recall repair.I want to give a better review because the people I dealt with seemed very friendly and helpful but communication was a struggle and they kept my truck for longer than expected. If a loaner vehicle was an option the second half of my complaint could have been rectified.First I called to schedule a recall appointment, they told me they need to order the part and would call to schedule an appointment when the part arrives. I get a call to schedule the appointment, show up for the appointment and they don t have the part (1-hour wasted). I m told they will order and call me to schedule when it arrives. I wait for 2 months before *I called* to find out the status and turns out the part is in so the appointment is scheduled. I dropped off my truck the night before because the timeframe for completing the work was 2-6 hours and they do not have loaner vehicles. I was without my vehicle all day and I had to call for an update in the afternoon to find out it wasn t going to be completed until the following morning. I then had to reschedule my following day as I was without a vehicle again. It was not a great experience.

I dropped the vehicle off early Wednesday and didn't get it back until Friday. After hours pick up wasn't offered, I had to ask and figure out how to make it work. The service rep wasn't charming to work with. As an example, as he was collecting my credit card information, I asked how much it was. His response was, " I already gave you the total". Why would I have asked the cost if you told me already plus let's just say you did, why wouldn't you give it again? He never gave me the final total until I asked. The car was finished 1 hour into the morning Friday so why couldn't they have pushed to get it back to me Thursday evening, so I was only out of a vehicle for two days. They left the OBD port open and didn't even plug that back in. I have auto-deploying running boards that seemed to have issues right after I picked up the vehicle. The same noise occurred even after it was "fixed". Warranty work was performed to fix a leak in the oil pan. This obviously includes draining oil to fix and then refilling when complete. Why would I pay 10.99 for the Haz disposal fee when this was warranty work? I would only bring my truck there for warranty work because I have to. Not impressed at all.

I had an intermittent engine light on and the staff at Jeff Belzer's in Lakeville, MN went out of their way to get my truck in to get the problem diagnosed while the light was on. While the history of the events may have been recorded on the trucks computer system, they wanted to get right at it while the problem was occurring. After finding the trouble, it was a relatively simple repair, they had the part on hand, so they fixed the problem right away. I was in and out in about 2 hours. It was wonderful considering how busy they were. Soon after I was on my way with the confidence that my vehicle was repaired properly and I could depend on their fine work.I met some nice people who are very good at what they do and they certainly seem to enjoy their work as well. I am grateful for the care that my vehicle received and how kind they were to me through the process. I have Nick and Evan to thank for organizing my repair. The whole process had an old-fashioned friendly feeling to it, which I greatly appreciated.

I made an appointment for oil change and tire rotation weeks in advance. I arrived 10 minutes before appointment. Arrived with 2 year old, didn't expect over 2 hours.No communication with me!

The oil change was satisfactory but a 3 hour wait with an appointment is excessive. The wiper blade replacement is unacceptable as they installed after market blades. I didn t realize how horrible they looked on a 2023 Corvette until I got home. Ordered a pair of OEM blades online. Lesson learned, don t accept after market parts on a high value car.Services: Wiper blade installation, Oil change
