I recently hit a dear going 50 MPH. The damage to my Ford Expedition Max was in excess of $17,000. When I picked the truck up after being repaired I was pleasantly shocked. The vehicle looked amazing...no evidence of any damage!! On top of that the entire car and been detailed inside and out!!!! My service advisor Lee was fantastic. I would refer my friends to Apple Collision and Glass without reservation

I'd highly recommend Apple Collision and Glass. The whole process was painless. They were very detailed, communicated any changes they noticed and the pricing was very fair. They provided an app to use to track the work, which was great. The project was done ahead of the deadline and on budget. Very happy with their work!

This location was quick to look at my vehicle and take the pictures needed for my claim. They also did a very nice job of explaining what the process would be moving forward and what the next steps would be.

I had to get my windshield on my 2019 Ford Fusion. Went in on Monday and they said that they could order the glass and get it installed the day after. From other providers in the area, I was told it wouldn't be until the following Friday. With the snow that was incoming that wasn't ideal.They ordered me OEM glass just like I asked. The install was done in half a day.They didn't do any damage or leave any garbage in the interior of my car.I have driven the car for about 350 miles since; and I haven't come across anytime that I can hear any wind noise. Overall Very happy with the replacement. They did a fantastic job and got it done quick.

Brought my 2020 Ford F 150 in for an issue that was noticed shortly after the sale, they scheduled and detailed the adhesive residue removal, no issues and the vehicle was cleaned and buffed expertly, Shannon G and Tony as well as the other staff are pros! Nice new facility.Thank you Chad

James and his crew (Paul - who is no longer there) were super professional and took care of my Ford Escape insurance repair with expediency and care. I was super happy with the service they gave me and I feel like they went above and beyond in many ways to make sure that I was taken care of!!! Edit (5/08/20): This is my second experience with Apple Collision and I couldn t be happier with the service and professionalism of the staff. My car needed some extensive repairs and they were responsive, sympathetic, and thorough at every stage of the process. A very positive atmosphere and I would recommend them to anyone needing car repair.(August 2019): Had a great experience getting a ResistAll treatment on my new Ford Focus. Kim and Ted provided outstanding service, and Luke from Enterprise made my loaner car experience quick and effortless. Great work team!

Bumper repair and paint sealant. My car was ready on time promised. Wonderful service and I was so impressed by how clean my car was inside & out! Very fair pricing. I had my rear bumper repaired, lower valence replaced and aftermarket exhaust replaced. Can t even tell the bumper was damaged, the paint is phenomenal and matches my car perfect. I was utmost impressed with the very courteous and professional work done at Apple Collision & Glass. Everyone was very friendly and expedited my work in a very efficient manner through my insurance company. My windshield repair was done very efficiently and was first-rate with high attention to detail. I highly recommend Apple Collision & Glass as your very first stop.

My Ford F350 was hit in a traffic accident with damage to the rear suspension and passenger side outer bed panel. Apple Collision and Glass coordinated the replacement of the panel, paint, and rebuild of the truck rear suspension.Besides being just very competent, what I really liked was that they made great decisions about my repair so the repair ended up being of high-quality. When I drove my truck home, it felt the same as just before the accident.They will be my 1st choice for anything like that in the future.Services: Exhaust, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

The staff at Apple collision are seriously rockstars. They went above and beyond to make sure my truck was fixed properly. They even assisted in fixing something that I did on my own. Yep I am a bonehead and can't have nice things. Not only did they fix the issue but did it while I waited and worked with my schedule. I highly recommend them and will bring my vehicle to them the next time I need this type of service.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

These guys are professional and the real deal. I believe they're affiliated with the Lincoln/Ford dealership, but i brought my Honda there for a rear bumper. They drafted up an accurate quote and collected payment from the other party (who hit my car). Their prices were competitive. More importantly, the workmanship is outstanding. Looks new, looks original. And that's what's most important to me.

I was looking for a body shop near my home and drove by Apple Collision and glass, gave them a call and stopped in on the saPaul walked outside with me took sime photos and gave me a estimate within 30 minutes. I was scheduled within 3-4 days. I received daily updates on my car (btw) nice touch. Within a week my car was back to perfect again. Thank you. Friendly , timely.and a very clean car too. Very friendly employees. Got me in right away and had a loner ready for me when I dropped off my truck. They were easy to work with through insurance. Communicated throughout the fix. Very happy with the end results. Can't tell there was ever damage, truck looks good as new. Thank you!!!!

Work was done well. Detailed my car after my repair was complete. My car smells so strong of cleaner I have to keep the window down. I have noticeable finger prints and cleaner residue in my vechile

Wouldn't trust them to hold my ice cream while writing them a check. Vehicle entered their lot by tow truck on accident. When another company came to pick it up the tonneau cover was gone. Original tow company has video leaving their lot with cover. Employee showed me a pick the day it was removed to right collision center of it leaving lot with no cover. When i stopped by to ask about it, first thing out of the employees mouth was " i didn't touch your truck". Seems odd since he told me he had gone out to look at it and started the paperwork the day it was accidentally towed there. I had stopped by to apologize for the misunderstanding and get my key that they did not give up for the driver. They proceeded to grill me about why i chose a different center. I chose based on recommendations from friends, my truck my choice. Very unprofessional staff in front office. Never even acknowledge you when you walk through the door. Bring vehicle at own risk.

My dog scratched my front bumper and I thought it would need a whole new paint job. I brought it to Apple Collision and Glass and Adair was able to work magic. Great service! I was in and out in less time than quoted and for less money than quoted. I waited in their office and did some work while waiting and each and every staff member was extremely kind and professional. I ll make the drive from Uptown to Apple Valley any day for that level of service.

Tyler was amazing. My window was stuck half way down and he came out and got it right back up. He also noticed a piece was hanging in the front and took care of that too. Wow what great customer service.

Did an excellent job with my repair process. Unfortunately insurance totaled out my car but they were able to quickly estimate damage and work with my insurance to make my experience as painless as possible.

Extremely helpful when I destroyed the front end of my car. They walked me through rental, insurance, and repairs. When I had an issue a few months later there was no haggling just an immediate response and they handled it like professionals. Thank you!
